Fantastic experience: The service is always fantastic. I’ve had an extraction and 4 fillings and 2 cleanings. Never had any issues at all. Being a local resident it’s great having a dentist so close and dependable. I don’t reminder the ladies makes but they are all awesome. HONESTLY THEY ALL NEED A RAISE!!!

The dentist I use to have were mean and didn’t care if your were hurting or not. Talk about being traumatized!! Fantastic experience: First off, I'm terrified of the dentist. My nerves were settled as soon as I walked in. I was greeted warmly. Seen promptly. I only had xrays done today, but my treatment plan was explained completely. They were professional and friendly. I'm still nervous about my upcoming procedure, but I have a feeling that they will take excellent care of me! Update: I had my extraction on Monday and I was nervous for absolutely no reason. I felt no pain from beginning to end. Shots were a little uncomfortable, but nothing like I had played it out in my head. I need more work done, and I'm not afraid to go back. Thanks again for being so gentle and caring!!

Fantastic experience: I walked in with a tooth that was causing me the worst pain I’ve ever felt. They were receptive; they listened, they even took my bosses Secure Trade for payment. Marla was the nicest and the young man that did the extraction was very professional, had a nice appearance, and did remarkable work. They helped me feel comfortable, eased me anxiety, and all worked very well with one another. I’ll be back to get more work done soon. Happy Holidays

The front desk receptionist is very friendly and all of the staff have been very accommodating with my son. Dee was a great hygienist. My 4 year old actually enjoyed getting his teeth cleaned! Negative experience: This place is awful pulled out my finances tooth without fully numbing it and they were aware because he told them multiple times he could still feel pain but they didn’t give a damn. I have them the benefit of a doubt and tried to make an emergency appointment with them and was turned away for being a couple minutes late…what ever happened to having a couple minute grace period especially when people are in PAIN. and then wanna tell me I’d have to wait another seven days to be seen because I wasn’t even 15 minutes late. This place is trash

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Affordable Smiles of Lacombe!! I called them a few minutes before 10:00 and they had me come in for 10:30. I was in a lot of pain and had to have a tooth pulled, well I am a big ninny when it comes to needles. They made me feel so comfortable and they were very caring!! Everyone from the front desk to the back was super nice and helpful. Dentist and dental assistant were awesome!!

Fantastic experience: The conveniently located dentists office in Lacombe is under new management. Woo hoo!!! It is now Affordable Smiles. While, thankfully, the super sweet receptionist, who calls everyone “my baby” hahaha, has remained, I am SO glad that they have a new dentist and a new dentists assistant. Dr. Barient is patient and gentle, taking her time when administering the shots, and C.J. was the BEST!!! She remained calm and soothing through the whole ordeal, reminding me to breathe, assuring me that I was doing good, and even offering her hand for me to hold. Thank you :)

Negative experience: I had no idea that somebody with Medicaid dental insurance would be given such an EXPENSIVE treatment plan. If I could afford to spend that much, I wouldn’t need Medicaid. I was nervous about the appointment and the experience was devastating. I have PTSD and my visit made me go into a crisis. I will NEVER go there again!

Fantastic experience: New Dentist. Changed my plan. Did not really ask my opinion. Did a filling on my tooth and part of filling has failed. Will be calling soon and I would like my dental plan that Dr Patel had recommended 12/18/23 Crown came off after a year in place call clinic at 7:45am. Lila answered, professionally. Made me an appointment for 9:30am. New dentist cleaned and repaired. So Happy. Everyone at this office is so professional and nice. Especially Myra.

Negative experience: Holy crap if I could leave no stars I would and I didn’t even set foot in the place. I’m having an emergency with my tooth and I was referred to the lacombe office. I called and the operator asked to put me on hold, before I could respond, she just did which is fine because I get that—she’s busy. I’m on hold maybe two minutes and my phone looses connection so I have to call back. BIG mistake because she yells at me as soon as I call back. Insanity. Do the call pull at 9:27a and listen to how she spoke to me. I’ll find somewhere else because that was simply uncalled for.

Negative experience: I’ve heard great things about this dentist however my experience with trying to schedule an appointment was horrible idk the receptionist name but she hung up in my face before I can even finish my sentence! Very rushed and rude idk if she didn’t have her coffee this morning but her services was very unwelcoming!!!

I’ve made appointments through the years other places but my fear and anxiety always got the better of me and I cancelled. Dr White and Cori were amazing yesterday. They understood my fears and were patient with me. They calmed my nerves and were extremely caring. I will recommend them to anyone who has a fear of dentists!

Explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Walters was great to work with and did a complete exam of my teeth and mouth. Going back in a couple of weeks for cleaning!
