Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Florence Family Dentistry. I have an implant next to my front tooth. The crown fell off on a Friday night. Although the office was closed on Saturday, I called and left a non emergency message. I got a call back from the office that same Saturday and my tooth was fixed Monday morning. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: My name is Dave Robinson. I am writing this review because I am the patient. I had an appointment today about a small but tricky problem I was having with my flipper tooth. Dr. Bing listened carefully to my description and expertly solved the problem. He made sure that I left feeling more comfortable than when I first came in. He was very patient and made sure that my device fit properly. The receptionist and the dental assistant were also friendly, helpful, and caring. Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit. Alicia in reception was helpful, kind, and knowledgable. Amber, dental hygienist, educated me on the status of my teeth/mouth, was so gentle, kind. Today was the best and worst news- no pockets, minimal plaque, but a cavity forming inside of the molar from a fracture in the tooth. Dr. Bing was very skilled with numbing, drilling, and filling- also kind and patient with me. Sara(h?), dental assistant was also very skilled and kind after I told her I felt nervous before the drill. Shannon, office manager, was also great, she checked in to know how everything went. Awesome team. I'm glad I found you.

Fantastic experience: This office was just spectacular. Amber the hygienist was so educational, so kind and empathetic. She made my visit so smooth and informative, and she took extremely good care of my teeth. This was a new patient visit for me and I unfortunately had a gap in dental care so I was overdue for a dental visit. I was a bit nervous but Amber helped me understand so much about my dental health and pointed out things that no other dentist did before. She is really observant and I left with a really thorough cleaning, and information how to move forward. They helped establish a clear plan for me, and the front desk helped me get in for my appointment a lot sooner and kept following up for an earlier opening since I was scheduled for a few months in advance, which I appreciate so much. Such a great office, really professional.

This visit, I was concerned I hadn’t heard enough about my mouth and feedback during the last visit. They even went above and beyond when they shared with me that I would need my first Crown. ouch!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about how wonderful this practice is! My 93 year old mother needed complex dental work and the team was remarkable. They work together in unison to meet the clients needs with expertise, precision, and dignity. My mom felt so cared for, listened to, and with no pain what so ever. This includes addressing and repairing any issues identified in cleanings, as well as last minute emergencies We live on Cape Cod now but are continuing to keep Dr Bing Dai and Florence Family Dental as our dentist. It was easy to get an appointment, and everyone was friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. It was a long appointment since it was my first visit, and I was impressed with how thorough the dental hygienist (Miranda) was with my cleaning, x-rays, and scans. I was nervous about finding a new dentist, but this practice put me at ease, and I’m so happy I found such a great place!

Fantastic experience: Embarrassed to say it had been far too long since I had been to the dentist and was having some minor tooth discomfort. After review hunting, this was my dentist choice! After calling and confirming my insurance was accepted, the receptionist was so kind and understanding and got me an appointment next day! I of course was an anxious mess, but everyone I encountered was reassuring and made sure I was comfortable for the entire process for a full fix that day. I was not anxious to immediately make my next appointment for a full cleaning and secure my new dentist spot! The icing on the cake was how they were with my 4 year old that had to play tag along for the sudden appointment. How many dentists can entertain a kiddo while doing a filling on a mom?! Top notch bedside manner!

Fantastic experience: Heather did an amazing job of cleaning my teeth. She was gentle and considerate while also doing great work. Dr B listened when I said “it hurt” and protected my sensitive tooth so that the cold water on that tooth was no longer an issue. In an age where many are struggling with emotions and stress related to world events, it is so nice to have a calm, kind, connected, effective, professional experience.

Negative experience: We liked Dr. Ian Modestow, but when he left things went down hill quickly. Dr. Bing was fine, but the staff (receptionist and accountant) chose to publicly humiliate me after my appointment over a matter of having an outstanding balance of a couple hundred dollars. This is after our insurance has paid them tens of thousands of dollars over multiple years of care. I had just had a miscarriage maybe two weeks before this incident and was already in a state of emotional distress. Just got a letter firing me as a client- no kidding! We weren’t planning on coming back anyway.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Florence Family Dentistry. After putting off a dental visit for years, I built up a lot of anxiety and worry. From start to finish, I felt welcomed, understood, and cared for. Shannon took the time to talk with me on the phone and had empathy for my worries. The receptionists were wonderfully welcoming and kind. Amber, the hygienist, took time to talk through my worries and talked through everything she was doing making me feel at ease with each step of the exam and cleaning. Dr. Bing was friendly and thorough. One of my biggest worries was feeling shamed for not coming in for so long and I didn’t feel that one bit from anyone. Dr. Bing, Amber, and Shannon all remembered folks in my family making the “Family” in the practice name feel meaningful.

Before anything took place it was explained to me And the dentist took his time to welcome me as a new patient to the practice.
