Fantastic experience: It had been about 30 years since I had my hair short, it was usually pulled back in a ponytail. I decided it was time for a change and when I told Gracie that I wanted to go to a fade, she was surprised and excited to do it. She looked through my hair and told me what she felt would be the best style for me, I agreed and she did an absolute amazing job. I couldn't be happier! Thank you Gracie!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have loved Salon 361 for our own hair the last four years. Olivia and Natalie have typically taken care of us and done a great job. My positive opinion only increased today - Gracie gave me one-year-old son his first haircut and she was so good with him. I hate that he looks so grown up now, but he looks so GOOD and we couldn't be happier with the service today.

Fantastic experience: Had a great manicure and pedicure from Bella yesterday. She made my nails look great! I've already had several complements on the way the nails look. Salon361 is very comfortable and enjoyed the products that were used in my pedicure.

Fantastic experience: I received my first spray tan at 52 years old. I booked with Aspen and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed! When I called salon 361, Not only did they get me in right away. But they were kind, compassionate, and so genuine. They completely fixed everything and had me walking out feeling like a brand new person. I am so thankful for what they did for me. Danielle is AMAZING! They definitely have a customer for life. Fantastic experience: Gabby is THE BEST nail person I have been to. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 14 and I had given up on any design or frills because no one could do anything but solid color or terrible looking designs. I went in for nails for my wedding and she did a French ombré, which I know is simple, but my nails have never looked better. They have a great color selection, a nice environment, and overall great service. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: After not having my hair colored in over 5 years and recently moved to Mount Vernon I have always heard good things about the salon. So I decided to take the leap and set up a hair color consultation on January 8th at 12:45. Had to give my credit card information in order to confirm the appointment that was virtual. 12:50 rolls around no phone call. I call the salon for someone to tell me that she apologized she just got to the phone and they will be calling me. Here it is 1:37 p.m. and nobody has still called. I guess I won't be using them at all

I knew what I wanted, and she executed it perfectly, even offering a suggestion that made my nails look better than I imagined. I left super happy with my nails and already excited to come back!

The atmosphere of the Salon is warm and inviting. Shannon, at the front desk is very nice and welcoming as well. Hands down recommend Salon 361 to anyone wanting a good experience and to have a spot local to go to.

Negative experience: Absolutely not. They tried to price me out of service for my kid. Owner is a liar. Made an appointment and then they couldn't deliver on the services we made the appointment for. They didn't recommend anyone who could either. I reached out to people the owner told me she recommended and they had never even heard of her.
