Fantastic experience: This is the best dental office ever; and I am 70 plus years old. The front staff, the wonderful dental hygienist and of course the doctor himself, are really like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. This dental practice is the gold standard in excellence.

Negative experience: Dr Samuel Infantino created a dental implant plan for several of my teeth. Total cost $10k per tooth implant. Community standard is $5.k per tooth implant. Does not accept Delta Dental. Payment required prior to receiving scheduled appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Infantino is a capable and gentle dentist. His staff is excellent and friendly. I always feel comfortable and in good hands.

Positive experience: I've been a patient for years and have always received excellent care from Dr. Sam and the entire staff. Unfortunately, scheduling has become so difficult that I'm now having to find a new dentist. The quality of care is outstanding, but access to routine appointments has become increasingly challenging. Rescheduling for unexpected conflicts isn’t an option. I'm genuinely sad to leave a practice I've otherwise been happy to recommend.

Fantastic experience: My visit was as good as a dental visit could be. Everyone was exceptionally nice and they worked with my insurance company making it financially affordable to drive 7 miles to the office. A hamburger at Happy Hound after helped a lot also. Thank you ALL.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first appointment at Infantino Dental and I am so happy to have found this practice. Everyone there is so incredibly kind and friendly. We felt very welcome. Dr. Infantino offered to fix a chip in my tooth that I have had since college and was even able to do it while I was there. I walked out feeling like a new woman. It’s so silly, but it looks so much better and I can’t believe no one ever recommended that I fix it before. They were great with my kids as well. It was a little bit of a challenge to schedule all of our initial appointments, but they called me this week because they had some cancellations and we were all able to get in at the same time. For a busy mom, that’s so helpful. Now that we’re booking out into the future, it should be a bit easier.

Positive experience: The temporary hygienist jammed the device into my mouth and hurt my throat several times when she was taking x-rays. She told me not to put my tongue there because it was in the way. I had to stop her and tell her she was hurting the back of my throat and that my tongue was there as a reflex to the pain I was feeling. I had to ask her to be more gentle and slow in placing the device in my mouth so she wouldn’t hurt me. After that, then it was ok. The rest of the cleaning went ok. I liked that she explained each step of what she was doing and that she seemed thorough.

Fantastic experience: The office staff are welcoming and efficient. Dr Infantino is very personable and I like his conservative approach to dental care. He does not over treat teeth that can saved through other methods. I trust his judgement regarding my dental care.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I love this dental office. The staff are friendly and work together as a team. Appointments are easy to make and they will even call if you might be available when a cancellation occurs and the schedule opens up. Excellent service to set up referral appointments for endodontic work. The fact they all staff are dog owners says they are caring and reliable individuals. Today, just met Dr. Infantino's new tiny puppy that the staff look forward to having at the office. Update: We continue to receive excellent service from Dr. Infantino and his staff. Want to mention that his dental equipment makes review of X-rays and discussions about dental work all convenient to the patient via a tablet where you can view your x-rays. Dr. Infantino has a new piece of equipment that automatically suctions saliva during procedures. With this equipment and ceiling mounted monitors to enjoy relaxing videos - the experience in the dental chair is a comfortable experience and the time flies by.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Infantino offers great service, gentle dentistry, and a friendly atmosphere from everyone including front office administrators, assistants, and hygienists. I once fell asleep watching Netflix, on the TV in the exam room, while Dr. Infantino painlessly prepared my damaged tooth for a crown.

Negative experience: If I were only rating Dr. Sam and Jess (hygienist), it would be 5 stars all the way. Sadly I had an unfortunate experience with the schedule coordinator. It started out with poor communication and sort of escalated to a poor attitude, unwillingness to admit a mistake, and dismissiveness of feedback. I tried to resolve it but to no avail. I rarely write a bad review, I probably have never written one before now, but I think the situation warrants it. I'd like to be able to continue seeing Dr. Sam and Jess as I have tremendous confidence in them; but I also need to feel comfortable with support from the front desk.

Fantastic experience: The office was modern and super clean, all staff were extremely friendly, and Dr. Infantino is in a class of his own! He was very thorough and explained everything before and throughout my procedure. He fixed an old filling that was bugging me…my discomfort is completely gone! No doubt will be coming back.

It's hard for us to give him anything less than 5 stars but it's also hard for us to give him 5 stars as we don't want him to raise prices. Maybe he just stops accepting new patients and just takes care of the patients he has and just lives life. While being reasonable and fair like he has always done. Not all professionals weather it be a dentist or some other professionals are able to run a successful business while also being a professional in their trade at the same time. Though Dr. Infantino and staff are able to pull it off quite well and would never see another dentist as long as he is in business. A real gem to the dental industry and will be missed when he decides to retire.
