Fantastic experience: It is such a pleasure to be a patient at Cornerstone Dentistry. Everyone involved is so caring and concerned. They truly make you feel like an old family friend. The latest techniques and technology are available for proper and complete diagnosis. They try very hard to get you the financing you may require in order to complete your care plan. Dr. K is a dear and makes sure you understand completely whatever procedure is being discussed and how best to complete your personalized care plan. I highly recommend Cornerstone Dentistry for all of your family's oral health needs. I've never been afraid of going to the dentist, but if I were, my fears would be alleviated by the caring and Christian way Dr. K runs her practice. And a good cup of coffee and a cookie donut hurt none either!!!!

Fantastic experience: This is LITERALLY the best dental experience I have EVER had. I am not a big fan of the dentist at all. Stacy at the front desk put me at ease from the minute I talked to her on the phone all the way until I got taken back at my appointment. Mamie the hygienist was AMAZING. She also helped ease my nerves from the minute I sat in her chair. She walked me through every single thing she was going to do. She was also so gentle and soft spoken. Dr. Lascari came in and also did an exam and told me her findings. She was AMAZING as well. And an added bonus Dr. Lascari plays christian music in her office and I heard all my favorites while I was there. I will be recommending her office to anyone looking for a dentist.

Positive experience: First, let me say that everyone at Cornerstone Dentistry was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. I had heard wonderful things about the practice, and much of that was true. However, I was disappointed that I was unable to get my missing tooth replaced during what I considered an urgent situation. I waited a week for my appointment because the dentist was on vacation. During that time, I explained multiple times that my primary reason for scheduling was to have a missing tooth repaired before an upcoming international trip and destination wedding in Florence, Italy. I was also interested in learning about implants, but replacing the missing tooth was my immediate concern. When I arrived, I received a warm welcome and met with the implant coordinator, who thoroughly explained the implant process. I was given a tour of the office and complimentary X-rays. The dentist then met with me and also spent considerable time discussing implants. While I appreciated the information and professionalism, I became concerned when I was told they “might” be able to help with the missing tooth. Throughout the consultation, I repeatedly heard that patients would never leave the office without teeth. Unfortunately, in my particular situation, they were unable to provide a solution that day. I was told it would take at least another week, and even a rush order came with no guarantees. That was very upsetting, given that my need for a quick repair had been communicated from the beginning. I felt that the focus of the appointment was primarily on implants, while my immediate concern—replacing my missing tooth before traveling—was not addressed. I understand that Cornerstone specializes in implants, and their pricing appears reasonable. However, for someone with an urgent dental situation, it may be important to know that there is no on-site lab available for same-day repairs. I ultimately left to seek treatment elsewhere. My previous dentist has retired, but after calling him in tears, he agreed to see me when he returns to town. Unfortunately, I still have to wait until Tuesday. Since I work with the public every day, being without a tooth has been very stressful. Cornerstone Dentistry seems like an excellent choice for implant consultations and treatment planning. However, based on my experience, those needing immediate dental repairs or emergency cosmetic solutions may want to consider a practice with an on-site lab. I am still undecided about whether I will return, especially since I was told part of the implant process would require seeing a specialist in Prairieville. While I appreciate the kindness of the staff and the information provided, I left disappointed that my immediate dental need could not be resolved. I thought it was important to leave an honest review in case someone else finds themselves in a similar situation with a missing tooth and needs an immediate repair before travel, a special event, or for professional reasons. Let me repeat that the office staff, implant coordinator, and dentist were all very nice, welcoming, and informative. The implant consultation itself was thorough, and I learned a great deal about the process. My only wish is that the implant coordinator had fully understood that my primary reason for making the appointment was to have my missing tooth repaired as quickly as possible. Had I known from the beginning that this could not be accomplished at their office due to the lack of an on-site lab, I could have sought treatment elsewhere sooner and avoided additional stress and lost time. Cornerstone Dentistry appears to be an excellent option for implant treatment and education. I simply believe it is important for patients with urgent tooth replacement needs to understand the limitations regarding same-day or emergency cosmetic repairs.

Let me not forget to mention Michael . The financial consultant/ coordinator. Absolutly hands down the best experience I've ever had with any consultation period! Not only was he helpful, and express sincere concern and empathy, but actually the reason why I made the appointment. I accidently called Cornerstone ❤ trying to reach another dentist office and was so impressed at how helpful, knowledgeable and patient Michael was! Fantastic experience: Wow what an awesome experience!! Dr. Lascari, DDS team was so awesome to meet and work with. From the time I got there I was treated so well by everyone and you can tell it was the norman for these guys. Michael the treatment coordinator was so detailed in the way he explain the implant process and Savannah and Hannah was awesome as well with doing my exams and intake information. I don't remember the young lady at the front desk name but she was very nice as well. Lastly the good Dr. herself Dr. Lascari took time to get to know me and listen to what I had to say. And while she was doing my mouth exam she was singing which was unusual but very nice. The atmosphere of that entire office would put anyone at ease if they had a fear of going to the dentist. Fantastic experience: I’m writing this review because I truly had a remarkable experience. I needed dental implants but honestly didn’t believe they were something I could afford. Interestingly, every time I tried to schedule with other dentists, my appointments kept getting canceled. In hindsight, that felt like divine intervention, because it ultimately led me to the right place at the right time. From the very beginning, the entire team took the time to assess not only my dental health, but my comfort level and financial concerns as well. The dentist, hygienist, and intake coordinator explained the process thoroughly — healing time, expectations, what to avoid, and what success would look like. Everything was individualized to my physical needs and my budget, which immediately put me at ease. At the time, I was wearing a partial and would sometimes have difficulty remembering where I placed it, occasionally having to turn around and go back home out of fear of embarrassment from missing teeth or not having a full smile. Once the implant post was placed and I followed their instructions carefully, the process went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Today, my smile has been fully restored. I no longer worry about forgetting a partial, covering my mouth, or adjusting how I speak. I feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely happy with my smile again. For anyone considering implants but feeling hesitant or unsure, I can honestly say this experience was worth it. And I will continue to come back to her and her team for all of my dental needs!

Fantastic experience: YES, I am so full of Joy right now. My what an excellent experience with Dr. Keleigh Lascari and the whole totally AWESOME "dental family" . You sure a a part of their family from the moment you walk in till the time , could be a while because they love on ya through the entire time, to make you feel very comfortable and have a great experience with each one of them. I am very happy to tell everyone about my wonderful visit but , you truly have to experience it yourself to believe it. I was also treated with respect, gentleness, and kindness.

Positive experience: I made a appointment to get front tooth put in that had come out told this to lady when made appointment did all kind of x-rays and showed what all needed to be done instead of just put me a tooth in . So now $140.00 blowed and steal no tooth. I did not want all the other stuff done just want my tooth put in . Have to make another appointment so that’s going to cost extra. But they were very courteous but no help still need tooth put in no Closer to being done.

Fantastic experience: I seen a commercial a few months ago about Cornerstone Dentistry and I was like wow I think I may try them. Well long and behold I did and when I tell you I’m so afraid of dentist, I was too scared to go, but I finally got up the nerves and went and what’s so amazing about it, I was like she loves the lord and she was very uplifting and confident that I was going to be happy with her work . Guess what ? Yes I did hurt but, nothing like the hurt and pain I was feeling when I would look at myself in the mirror everyday. I hated what I was seeing and now just in the last 5 days I’m feeling so beautiful now Dr. Lascari gave me back my smile and confidence in my appearance. Thank you !!! Fantastic experience: I've been going to the dentist for over 50 years, and this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had, Dr Lascari is the most gentle dentist I've ever had, and she is a perfections, you will not leave with shabby work, and her staff is sooo nice, they are an extension of her, your visit will be unforgettable.

Negative experience: I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. Going to the dentist is stressful enough, and I walked in really hoping this would be the right place for me. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. From the start, something felt off. I met with Michael, explained my dental history, my goals, and my budget. He assured me everything was doable and that my budget was reasonable. After my so-called “free consultation,” I was sent away with a bill and told I couldn’t even get a quote until I paid $430 for a cleaning. I live an hour away in Baton Rouge, so before booking, I called again to make sure I wasn’t wasting my time or money. Michael reassured me multiple times that it would be worth it — so I trusted him. That was a mistake. At my second visit, Michelle did my cleaning and x-rays, and she was actually amazing — gentle, kind, and professional. She’s the only positive thing I can say about this entire experience. When the doctor came in, I felt completely dismissed. She didn’t seem to listen to my goals or understand why I was there for cosmetic dentistry. The plan she presented had nothing to do with what I asked for — orthodontics, crowns, fillings — everything but what I needed. Then Michael called to tell me the doctor didn’t want to proceed with extractions. I was shocked — isn’t this supposed to be a cosmetic dentist? He said he’d follow up after talking to her again, but I never heard back. Not a single call. So now I’m out $430 for a cleaning I could have done locally for half the price, I have a worsening infection, swelling, and a black eye because the problem teeth still need to be pulled — and I’m no closer to a solution. If you’re looking for a true cosmetic dentist, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This office took my money, wasted my time, and left me in worse shape than when I started.

Fantastic experience: If you are new to the area or in search of upgrading from your old school denlist. Doctor Lascari is a must. Her Cornerstone Dentistry located in St Tammany Parish, is the finest practice i have ever experienced in my 72 years. The contemporary calming office decor is only surpassed by her incredible personable staff. Dr. Lascari surrounds herself with the finest of everything from staff to equipment and technology. The days of dental anxiety are over at her clinic. Her calm demeanor is unsurpassed and her knowledge is comprehensive. I recently visited Dr Lascari in hopes of saving a very old broken implant. She made every effort to research and study the ancient pieces of implant that remained. To my disbelief Dr. Lascari spent over two hours of her valuable time, rebuilt and saved my implant at a fraction of the cost and discomfort of starting anew. I highly recommend this extremely personable caring perfectionist.

Negative experience: I am so disappointed with Cornerstone Dentist office in Mandeville, La. The overall interaction with the doctor was cold and brief concerns on her part. The prices were outrageous compared to services rendered to other patients in the past three years for the same procedure. The doctor did not give any suggestions just only her determination without giving different treatment options which i’m sure could have been suggested. The overall experience was unsatisfactory and less compassion for a patient with the issues for what I came in to get an assessment of and be made to expect hope in having a beautiful smile in which the doctor stated on her youtube documentary etc. having the ability to provide. Please reconsider this dentistry for any dentist work without during your research. Fantastic experience: I’ve seen Dr. Lascari twice for cleanings/checkups and she is wonderful! The entire staff is amazing, and Michelle is an absolutely stellar Hygienist!! Michelle takes her time, and doesn’t miss a single spot, and she made me feel so at ease. When I came in for my first appointment, I was suffering with TMJ and was in so much constant pain, Michelle worked around the fact that I could barely open my mouth during her cleaning. Dr. Lascari is so kind, patient, and has such a gentle demeanor. She referred me to a TMJ specialist (Dr. Donald T. Brown), and I am so thankful for the referral, as it has changed my life. The staff was friendly, professional, and reassuring. I was seen promptly, and the results of the exam were clearly explained, and I was provided with a referral for the kind of service that I will need. I was impressed with the professionalism and ethical standards displayed here, and feel that my trust has been earned. Positive experience: I used this dentist office for the first time today 01/10/25 due to my wife bragging on their professional, and attention to details. I’m very impressed with the service, courtesy, and respect they provided. So when it comes to service I’ll give them an A+ rating. Let’s move on to prices, I have a significant amount of dental work that’s needed. They used an high end computer generated price lists that most dentists use. But granted patients fees are reduced significantly, sometimes up to 50% .Cornerstone Dentistry use this same chart as a sale pitch offering 20 % off of my dental work estimated if I enroll in dental plan. With that being said I think they are a little pricey, Again I love the service Cornerstone provide.

Negative experience: The dentist claims to be so happy, empathetic, spiritual, caring, kind, etc, I did not experience ONE of these traits when I saw her today. I guess she only acts in this manner to her patients she chooses. I was not one of them. I saw her and she didn’t smile one time. She didn’t ask me anything or show any kind of concern or compassion. She looked at the X-rays taken and concluded I was not one who could show how great a dentist she is (according to her!) I would not recommend cornerstone dentistry to anyone.
