Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Alpine Smiles for over a decade. Prior to finding Dr. Pasut I hated going to the dentist. I had to have a lot of work done when I first came in and she never made me feel bad and was always kind and fair in her care. I highly recommend her to everyone I meet.

Negative experience: I didn’t have a good experience. My son is living very close to the area with his brother, who is currently his guardian for the next year or so. I called in to explain to the receptionist that my son was new to the area, coming from the East Coast, and he needed a reliable orthodontist to continue his care. I took the time to provide the with his prior X-rays and care plan from his previous orthodontist and expressed I wouldn’t be present since I still live on the East Coast. It didn’t seem to be a problem. We scheduled this appointment last week, rearranged the day to ensure being timely to the appointment today, and was turned away because they needed prof that I gave my stepson guardianship and permission to agree to the services and sign off on all paper work. I sent in a written signed document that indicated he would be his guardian and allowed to make decisions as well; however, he was still turned away. This should’ve been requested from me at the time I booked the appointment last week. I am truly disappointed with their services.

Fantastic experience: As someone who HATES going to the dentist…Best Dentist I have been ever to. I have been to many dentist in my life. Previously could only do IV sedation dentistry due to severe dental anxiety. I would wait until I had a problem that hurt bad enough to suck it up and go in. First appointment explained my problem (I felt like I was going to have a heart attack just sitting in the chair) Dr. Pasut didn’t pressure me, just gathered info. She gave me some meds to take before coming in, combined with the nitrous gas she has saved me a ton in anesthesia cost. Her staff is very understanding and compassionate.They’re incredibly prompt to get me back when I arrive, and start the gas so it’s in full effect when the doc starts. I’ve alway been told I’m hard to hard to numb or I metabolize the anesthetic fast by other dentist and specialist. Dr. Pasut explained different blocks and found one that works for me. I no longer wait until I’m in pain to fix a tooth. I’ve had a couple of root canals and fillings, her work is not only beautiful but comfortable. Highly highly recommended!!!

My daughter was nervous for her first filling, but she got to watch a movie and had no idea she had even gotten a shot. Very relentless went to my & my daughter dentist. I was able to be with him. I liked how he was treated. The person that did his teeth cleaning , was very nice and explained what she going to do . Negative experience: No reason to smile now. Have been an Alpine Smiles patient of record for many years. Have had regular checkups & cleanings every 6 months & always scheduled next checkup in office after each appointment. Always also scheduled any necessary procedures & treatment for issues with Alpine Smiles or dental specialists as soon as possible After my last checkup in 2023 staff did not schedule next 6 month appointment in office stating computers were down. Staff stated they would contact me later when computers were working to schedule next regular appointment due in 6 months. Was in Alpine Smiles office the following week for a procedure & treatment & staff still did not schedule next 6 month appointment in office at that time. Alpine Smiles staff failed to contact me at any time in any manner to schedule my regular 6 month checkup & cleaning appointments. I depend on my dentist‘s office to maintain my dental & cardiac health by assisting me with scheduling regular checkups & cleanings for preventative maintenance & sending me reminders of appointments so any necessary dental procedures & treatment will be completed in a timely manner. Just notified last week by my dental insurance that I was way overdue for my regular checkups & cleanings. I called Alpine Smiles to get the next available recall appointment. At Alpine Smiles appointment today the xray machine was not working properly & hygienist had to discuss this issue with other staff. The hygienist took xrays, measured gum pockets & cleaned my teeth. Then the dentist informed me that I have two small cavities & a cracked root which requires expensive extensive treatment including an extraction & a gum treatment & an implant. I told the dentist that I did not appreciate Alpine Smiles failure to schedule my normal 6 month appointments for checkups & cleanings. Her response was : *I apologized, what else do you want me to do?* *It‘s too bad you slipped through the cracks* *There are 3000 patients in this office & we can‘t keep track of everyone* A patient‘s dental & cardiac health is severely compromised when a dentist‘‘s office is negligent & fails to follow through with appropriate scheduling of regular appointments for preventative maintenance with checkups, cleanings & timely treatment of issues.

Fantastic experience: THE BEST PATIENT CARE: GO HERE FOR DENTAL CARE Spectacular dental medical professionals who are sensitive (to anxiety and pain), knowledgeable, kind, and focus in all regards on PATIENT CARE. Atomosphere is welcoming and warm. These women are fantasic.

Negative experience: I went in to have my teeth cleaned, they took x-rays, performed an exam that was very, very harsh and what I would call abusive. I never had that treatment with my retired dentist. Then they wouldn't clean my teeth. Wasted my time and money. Won't be back.

Positive experience: The dental hygienist was very nice, cleaning was great, anytime xrays are not due, its always a quick visit.

Negative experience: Not a good place to come. You will get ripped off and will not have the proper work done that they say they will do. I’ve been here twice in two days, as they “didn’t have time” to remove the glue off my teeth. There suctions don’t work so I’ve had my own spit, and water all over my neck and back. Then they don’t listen to me when I tell them only do the cosmetics when and where I want. The response I got was “well you’re paying me $300 for this” DOESTN hand me A mirror to see if it looks good. I look myself in the lobby and there is still stuff on the front my teeth needing to get scraped off…. ABSOLUTELY NOT, putting $10,000 into this place.

Positive experience: My appointments here have been awesome for the past 4 visits. Today's visit was a bit painful. Was some what comfortable but when the injections started disappearing middle of my appt. I felt the pain . They did offer to do more injections but I toughed it out because I didn't want more needle stabs in my mouth. Over all I enjoy coming here.

Negative experience: Friendly staff, but not consistent when informing about pricing. Was told cleaning would be $30 with insurance and ended up paying over $100.

Negative experience: Shared insurance info, they confirmed they accept it. Went for appointment, they billed me for entire cost of visit and said they don’t accept the insurance they confirmed before visit they accepted.

In fact I had to be there for two appointments, and anyone that can walk away from going to the dentist twice in one day and still feel positive…. The entire staff was welcoming , professional and treated me with just great. The facilities are really comfortable and the whole place had a great vibe. If I had four hands it would be 4 thumbs up!
