Fantastic experience: Everyone is super professional, friendly, and helpful. I have not had a bad experience here!

Positive experience: Dental work is fantastic, but I am constantly badgered a few weeks before my 6 month cleanings are due to try and get me to reschedule at a sooner date like the week before my appointment. I appreciate the effort trying to optimize their schedule but there is a reason a date and time were picked months in advance, and this always becomes a hassle. Also, I have had my appointment times changed without notice on same day as appointments scheduled, which is mildly frustrating when again I have scheduled these appointments months out with specific times and days that are ideal for my schedule

Positive experience: The hygienist I see is very thorough and kind. I’m giving 4 stars because the office needs new exam chairs. I always end up with such a neck ache after my cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Emergency-need people, this is the place to go. Three times Doctor Whitney has been there for me. And, Maria is the one to see for aggressive teeth cleaning. She is great. I made sure to schedule my next appointment with her. Went again for routine work. Kirkpatrick seems very thorough.

Fantastic experience: I continue to appreciate the Country Club Dental Flagstaff Team. Now that I don’t have dental insurance I’m continuing to participate in their discount program. I don't hesitate to ask the cost of each service they offer whether its the cost of their discount program which is reasonable or x-rays or fluoride treatment. They are fine with me selecting only some of their services. Furthermore each of the professionals at Country Club Dental plays their professional role to the best they can which provides me with the wrap around services I need to keep my teeth and gums healthy and to minimize the work the dentists have to do. Thank you Country Club Dental you are a true Team and I appreciate your professionalism!

Fantastic experience: Great staff! Very welcoming office and close to my home. They keep me on my toes with my teeth cleanings in regard to scheduling and reminder notices.

Negative experience: Worst experience EVER with Dr. Whitney. Do not go to him!!!! He should not be practicing dentistry.

Fantastic experience: First time back to the dentist in a long time and they didnt shame me! They cleaned my teeth up very well and were extremely personable. The experience changed my attitude about dental visits and I will be going back to them from now on.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I went in a new patient's today. The front desk people were very personable and made us feel welcome. We each had our own hygienist, both were great and did a wonderful job. The dentist came in at the end to do his exam and is a very friendly, down to earth guy. His attitude regarding dentistry is the same as mine so it was easy to connect with him. We have found our dentist and hygienists.

Fantastic experience: Customers are treated like family members. The atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable. The staff is very helpful with dental health advice. My hygienist is as gentle as a dove. They are simply the best!

Negative experience: I literally moved countries and still think about how awful this office was. The hygienist made my gums bleed and I ended up with a painful inflammation leaving me physically speechless after my visit because she was in such a rush to force the X-ray plastics into my mouth, which is way too small for the adult size ones as I am a very petite person. I suggested the kid ones multiple times as other dentists have used those for me and she acted like it wasn't allowed. She dropped one on the floor and instead of replacing it proceeded to shove it back into my mouth... that'd explain the inflammation afterwards. Okay whatever, we get the x-rays done, the dentist comes in. Jesus, no wonder the hygienist seemed scared for her life. Rude and complaining because he had THREE whole visits that day, as if it was too many. Pick a different field if you hate your job that much. I told them I flossed and used a water pik daily, and he proceeded to all but yell at me about how a surface level cavity was my fault "tHiS wOuLdN't hApPeN iF yOu'D fLoSs" didn't even bother to look in my mouth and glanced at the x-rays for 0.0001 seconds. The dentist starts scheduling for a filling without even consulting me on what I want done for the cavity. Scheduled it and left in a hurry. Then I decided I absolutely did not want such an angry person touching my teeth or injecting my gums with anything, so I had them release my X-rays to a different office and cancelled my appointment. I go to my new office expecting them to fill it and that dentist, who was very polite, told me they wouldn't be filling it because it was on the surface and could remineralize and that there was no point damaging my tooth if there was a chance at reversing it. Fluoride treatment and sent on my way with prescription toothpaste. No issues with it a year on and another appointment with a dentist in a completely new country. Don't go here unless you want to be made to feel horrible.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for a couple of years now. I am always greeted by such kind staff. The doctor and their hygienists always listen to my concerns and give me feedback on what I can do differently or what I'm already doing and how it's helping my teeth. Couldn't recommend this office more!

Dr. Weedman was incredible, very skilled, very professional,very friendly, and informative! Dr. Whitney did 4 extractions and all went great, I can tell these are going to heal up nicely. I've had extractions in the past and they didn't go nearly as smooth. Awesome work Doc! Roberta kept the Doc and I in line and made sure everything went as planned.Awesome job Roberta! Bonnie got my appointment scheduled easily and got my prescription problem resolved, she is relentless.Awesome job Bonnie!!! Thank you all!!! Back for more with Doctor Weedman, kicking ass and taking names. I can tell she cares about the patient and her work!!! Gwendolyn was an awesome assistant and just plain nice, always a good thing! Negative experience: The dentist here (I think his name is Dr. Whitney) gave me several fillings, all of which were done incorrectly, and have continued to cause pain months after the experience. They then billed me for two different no-show fees, one of which was for an appointment that I canceled after my first bad experience, and the other was for an appointment that I never even scheduled. Now they are sending me vaguely threatening letters implying they are going to file a lawsuit against me for an apparent delinquent balance. 0/10 experience. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Whitney and his staff are outstanding. Today's visit was another exceptional appointment. I think the fact I have no cavities is a result of the education I have received from Dr. Whitney's staff and the doctor himself about how to care for my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Easy check-in, I showed up on-time, & less than 5-mins later, a hygienist called me to start my cleaning. Hygienist was nice and polite. She did a great job cleaning my teeth and was very quick with using the x-ray machine. Time spent was about 50-mins but it felt like 30-mins. Great staff, always friendly.

Positive experience: My dental hygienist was amazing and did a great job. My issue was with the dentist. He did not address me at all the whole time he was doing his exam. All he talked about was his chili cook off. I will still continue going here because it’s convenient to where I live, but this was not a good experience for me. It was the first time I had a truly bad experience at this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Been here for a bit now. Happy to say my cleaning went very well. For the first time in my life, I walked away with the approval that my teeth were good I am coming back for something I said was bothering me, not surprised by my dentist. Also, they were transparent when offering me a service my insurance would not cover and did not pressure or advise me to pay extra. So, I recommend, trust, and feel confident that I am getting taken care of and quality service

Fantastic experience: Everyone was happy in the office and laughed at my dad jokes . But in all seriousness, I had Devin as my hygienist and I didn’t know that getting my teeth cleaned could be that enjoyable. She was gentle yet effective! I usually hate going to the dentist. Her personality was caring, attentive and fun. She listened really well and explained things to me in a way I could understand. Love going here and I will refer others!

Negative experience: An assistant cut my gum open and started diagnosing lies before I'd even met a doctor. I told them I was done. And they sent me a fraudulent bill for $300.

Fantastic experience: Had probably the best dental experience yet! Going to the dentist has always been dreadful. Mikayla the hygienist really walked me through the health of my teeth, politely informed me where troubled areas may be, how to be preventative, and also pointed out in what areas my teeth were doing great! It means a lot to a patient to feel listened to and understood, and Mikayla did just that! Overall the front staff were friendly and polite. Dr. Whitney was professional and made an effort to connect with me as a patient, which meant a lot! Will be returning for future appointments and recommending to others.

Negative experience: Do not go here. I went to get a bunch of cavities filled and a crown put in. Dr. Whitney was awful. He didn’t introduce himself and then only glanced at my X-rays and didn’t even look at my teeth. Charged me for the entire appointment. When I came in for my next appointment, Dr. Whitney was harsh and rude with his assistant and spoke over me about his kid going to Boy Scouts. There was no communication that he was only putting in a temporary crown and that I would have to come back in 2 weeks later until I was in the chair with a numb mouth. A week later, my crown fell out and my entire jaw was still in pain. Overpriced, zero communication and Dr. Whitney obviously doesn’t know what he is doing.

Fantastic experience: Glad I chose Country Club Dental. Exceptionally nice people, professional and informative. If anyone is going to New England soon, bring Dr Whitney back a “Lob-sta!”
