Fantastic experience: I’m from out of state and chipped a tooth on my denture. I was so upset and in tears when I called! Natalie is absolutely amazing and kind. She was sympathetic to my situation when I called. Got me in within a couple of hours after my call. Not sure which dentist came in but he was absolutely fabulous! They are sending my denture to the lab and will have a one day turn around! If I could give 10 stars I would. The dentist said he wants me to have a 10 star smile!. I recommend this place with 1000% confidence! Update!! I got my denture back at the end of the day!! The Minot Dental Lab did a great job! I’m completely satisfied and happy! Fantastic experience: I contacted Dakota Dental for an emergency appointment for my 12 year old. They got us in within 2 hours, even as a new patient. On arrival, the waiting room was welcoming and relaxing. We were greeted pleasantly by front staff. The dental team that cared for him was prompt, reassuring and efficient throughout the visit. Every staff member we encountered had a positive attitude, which made the emergency visit in a new facility much easier to navigate. I am hoping to transfer more of our family dental care to their center.

Fantastic experience: Always timely appointment, skilled and caring staff. Greeted by name. Further care outlined and appointment made without bother or fuss. If I did have a comment, it would be that the changes to the seating in the waiting room area, and the total lack of magazines or reading material make it much less comfortable, than earlier times. Also the changes in exam rooma were a little confusing to an elderly patient as myself. Dental treatment was excellent. I certainly miss the older staff that have taken care of me over the years.

Fantastic experience: The staff I've spoke with are wonderful. My hygienist is great and explains everything thoroughly. The staff really are supportive of their patients. I have seen both Dr. Shaw and Dr. Bengson. They are passionate, careful, calm, and seriously caring. I have had so many procedures done and in over 90% of my procedures I have had very little, very minor complications. They have fixed every tooth of mine and have made my life much better. Plus, their receptionists are kind and overall pleasant to interact with.

She is congenial and efficient. Thursday, June 27, 2019 Receptionist Sophia Bengson was the first one to greet me at Dakota Dental and she was very congenial and friendly! As I was early for my appointment, I enjoyed reading the current Minot Daily News in the pleasant waiting room. Hygienist Heather Rakness was welcoming, professional, and thorough, as always. I especially appreciated Heather’s recommendation and instructions, to begin using OraCare Health Rinse...and went home with the new rinse! Dental Assistant Kathy Kramer helped with taking depth measurements. Kathy and I have a fun, long term friendship, so we spent a couple minutes catching up on our family news. Kathy & Heather were an efficient team, and the measuring went very smoothly. After Jo Wolf and I exchanged warm greetings and said farewell, I walked out into the sunshine, knowing my dental health is well covered by likable, kind, professionals!

Fantastic experience: Both my husband and I have been going here for years and the ladies have always been so friendly! But today was a whole new game when I brought our little man in for his first check and to get my teeth cleaned and offered to help and to play with our little guy while I got my teeth cleaned! Fantastic experience: I've been waiting to review until I had some real work done & billing completed. As you can see, I've opted for 5 stars... for a dental office! Inconceivable! The initial wait was pretty long to get in, which led me to another dentist for emergency treatment. It was a horrible experience, and I opted to go ahead with establishing ourselves as new patients here. (Our long-term dentist retired during covid.) The staff are all quite friendly, and I was impressed with the email & text reminder/confirmation system. Once my initial visit was completed, all I've had to do was confirm there were no changes on arrival & have a seat. Appointment times have very little, if any, delay. Insurance claims are processed quickly & accurately. The copay is due in full at time of service & has been spot on every time. My actual procedures were performed flawlessly. I was informed at each step, with no pain felt during numbing or the procedures. I am as happy as I can be about going to the dentist & would recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I went to this office for a second opinion and came out knowing that I did not need to do all the work that would have cost me well over $4,000 at my previous dentist's office. I want to take care of my teeth but why replace a crown when there is no cavity under it as I had been told. I was treated with dignity and respect. I plan to go back to this office for future dental care.
