Negative experience: After being a loyal patient at Haysville Family Dentistry for over 10 years, I'm extremely disappointed with how we've been treated. My husband was billed over $100 for an X-ray that was not covered by our insurance and, more importantly, one that he did not consent to. The office claims he gave permission, but he did not. When I called to explain the situation and asked them to remove the charge, they refused. Over the years, I've also noticed repeated issues with what appears to be overbilling our insurance, and this experience was the final straw. After more than a decade of trusting this office with our dental care, we expected honesty, transparency, and respect for patient consent. Because of how this situation was handled, Haysville Family Dentistry has lost both my husband and me as patients for good. I encourage others to carefully review their bills, insurance claims, and any procedures performed to ensure they match what was discussed and authorized.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee was amazing. Got my stained front tooth looking perfect. No numbing, color of the filling is spot on. Plus I was in out in 30 minutes, maybe less. Now I’m picture ready for my daughter’s wedding in just a few short weeks. Thank you Dr. Lee!

My mind is getting bad on appointments and missed appointments can be costly, something I can't afford on social security budget. I appreciate this detail to make it to my appointments. Dr Lee let me know if he finds any issues with my teeth and mouth and is very considered when it comes to my needs and immediate needs. I recommend him highly.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Palmer Dental Group for several years. They are attentive and do a great job. This last visit my dental hygienist noticed i had a loose crown. The dentist came and looked at it and asked if I wanted him to try and fix it while i was there or schedule a separate appointment. I said if you have the time lets do it now. He removed the loose crown and was able to reinstall it. I was very greatful. Not saying they could always do that in evey situation but the fact he was willing to try spoke volumes to me. I'm a patent for life!

Fantastic experience: Ive been going here for a couple years now after not having the best experiences else where and the dental tech Brandy (im pretty sure) and Dr Lee have been the absolute best !!! They are so nice and welcoming and my dental tech has always made me calm and reassured me when my anxiety has started to rise. She has been the absolute best. Always upfront about any issues and always discusses the best plan of treatment. 10/10 cannot recommend them enough!!

Positive experience: called to set up an appointment and the experience was disappointing. I work in customer service myself and was being polite and transparent about what I needed, but the person who answered the phone had an attitude throughout the call. At the end, I said ‘have a good day,’ and she hung up on me — and before the call disconnected, I heard her say ‘oh God.’ I understand people have bad days, but as a new patient this wasn’t a good first impression and it made me uncomfortable. I still have an appointment scheduled, but this interaction was not a professional or welcoming start.”

Fantastic experience: Wow! Dr. Lee was awesome. I went in for a consult on a bad tooth. He described my options and didn't push any of them. He let me make the decision with no pressure. So many dentist will push for root canals and crowns because they make more money. Dr. Lee gave me the impression that he wanted what was best for me medically and fiscally. He earned a life long patient.

Fantastic experience: I had a terrible toothache and they got me in that very day. Dr. Palmer removed the root from my tooth and fixed me right up. Absolutely no pain at all during the procedure and none since. Everyone there is so kind and friendly. Thankful for Dr. Palmer and staff.

Fantastic experience: My tooth has been messed up for a while, and it finally just broke I've been going to Dr Palmer for years, used to go to his dad's practice in the old school house (I'm from Haysville) .. He had to pull the tooth. Which I've never had done before. But I didn't feel a thing!!! No pain at all during the procedure and that darn tooth broke again while he was pulling it. Plus I got stitches in an effort to ward off dry socket.. I assume. He is an excellent dentist and his assistant is rad too. 20/10 would go back again

Negative experience: I was left sitting in the fully reclined position for 20 minutes waiting for the doctor dentist for the exam. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Needless to say I left there with a very bad taste in my mouth in spite of just having been clean by professional.

Some dentists would just guess or try to fix without certainty. Dr. Palmer wanted to be certain so told me to return as soon as I know. I was grateful.

All the procedures I've had done with the doctors have gone smoothly and they explain everything before going in. The hygienists doing an excellent cleaning job every time. Also the office staff do an amazing job and are willing to work with your schedule when something comes up.

Fantastic experience: I am scared to death of dentists. Had nothing but bad experiences until I came to Palmer. I let my teeth get super bad because I was terrified to have them pulled. Yesterday I had had enough and went to see them. They had the teeth pulled before I even knew they were done numbing me. They were super friendly, very accommodating, and got me out in less then an hour with absolutely no pain. I will be going back with no fear.

The hygienist, Angela, keeps detailed notes about my appointments so that she knows exactly how to make me comfortable and clean my teeth carefully. I have other medical issues that cause pain so I VERY MUCH appreciate Palmer Dental staff for working with me to minimize pain during dental visits. Also, the reception and phone are efficiently managed and I can always talk to a person instead of a lot of recorded prompts when I call.
