Fantastic experience: The pain was intolerable this past Saturday and I called them at 7:30 am after asking Google AI who to call in Northridge. Monica answered and she was so kind and told me to come immediately and they’d fit me in. Dr. Nia was great I needed an emergency root canal. They could not do it but they called in medication that carried me through and the next morning they had a referral for me and I had the root canal the same day I highly recommend them . I’m Deeply grateful I landed in their office !

Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed with my first visit. I specifically scheduled a routine cleaning, but no one informed me that the visit would just involve taking x-rays. I felt a lack of transparency, and now I have to wait two months for a cleaning. I would not recommend this office if you just want a straightforward visit.

Fantastic experience: For 20 years I've been looking for a place to go to where I could afford to have an implant done. I never thought I would be able to actually be able to pay for an implant myself. Northridge Advanced Dentistry offers financing. To my surprise I was able to qualify for the financing. I'm a senior on a fixed income. Going to the dentist has never been my favorite thing. The only time I would go to the dentist is when I had a serious problem that I couldn't avoid. Everyone at Northridge Advanced Dentistry made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Everyone was very caring. Each person I came in contact with was very genuine. They even made accommodations for my service dog. I definitely recommend going there for any of your dental needs. What I love about them is that they did not take advantage of me. Not only am I getting the implant, but I'm also getting much needed work done that I've put off for over a couple of years. This is coming from a person that had a very traumatic dental experience from the first time I've ever went to a dentist, a person in the past who had full dental coverage and still would not go. That's how afraid I've been of dentists. 40 years of neglect and fear. I'm grateful that I found Northridge Advanced Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is genuinely so nice and respectful. They scheduled me right away so I didn’t have to wait 2-3 weeks to be seen. I got there and was seen super fast- minimal wait time!! The dentist and his team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were extremely calm, patient and gentle. They made sure I was comfortable during my entire visit. This dentist location has all the latest technology which blew my mind. I was able to see my X-rays and dental photos on the screen directly in front of me and everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand and I was provided a space to be HEARD!! The ladies at the front desk, especially Anna, went above and beyond to process my requests and help me find resolutions for my dental care needs and expenses. Most importantly, they accept ALL insurances so it made everything easier!! I will recommend this dentistry to EVERYONE!! They would’ve gotten 10 stars if I could have. Anna gets a gold star fr bc I literally watched her deal with a rude customer who was giving much attitude. Anna kept it cute, classy, and professional as she explained to the woman how her particular insurance worked...at the end of the day, she resolved the woman’s issue. Everyone was cared for and everyone was happy! Love love love this place!! The vibe there is just golden!! Complimentary coffee and refreshments are available. I suggest yall book your next appointment here!! You won’t regret it. They actually care about their patients. Truly.

Fantastic experience: When I started going to Northridge Dentistry I was so fearful. I remember my first visit was just for a cleaning. The Doctor and girl cleaning my teeth were so understanding. Docters Perla brought me a stuffed animal. The girl cleaning my teeth gave me a cloth , it was warm and smelled like lavender. It really did help. The next couple of visits I was still extremely nervous I had to have a tooth extraction. The office made sure medication was on hand to soothe my nerves. The next visit I had to have 8 cavities filled again they made sure medication was on hand to make me comfortable. Pretty soon there after I was getting fitted for Invisalign, the best decision I ever made worth every penny. I am 100 * happy with this dentist and would highly recommend them to anyone who has fear of dentistry. Oh and the front office so professional and sweet. She takes her time, pays close attention to detail, and truly listens to your concerns. I highly recommend her to friends and family—she is definitely worth a visit.

Negative experience: I had a wisdom tooth extraction with bone grafting at the end of November. From the first appointment onward, I consistently left in more pain than I arrived with. In the weeks following the procedure, I reported spitting out pieces of bone graft material and what appeared to be tissue. I was told this was not happening and that my symptoms were “normal,” without thorough evaluation. My pain escalated to the point where I could barely open my mouth, was unable to work for over a week, and required an emergency room visit. In the ER, morphine did not control the pain; only lidocaine provided relief. The ER staff packed the extraction site after determining there was an issue, despite my dental office previously dismissing my concerns. I requested a doctor’s note due to missed work and was told I would need to return for another visit in order to receive one. Given the repeated escalation of pain following prior appointments and the lack of acknowledgment of my concerns, I was not comfortable returning to the office solely to obtain documentation. It is now February 16th — nearly three months later — and I am still removing sharp tooth fragments from the extraction site. This whole experience has cost me over a week of work, put my job at risk, wrecked my sleep, and left me in unbearable pain. Dismissed me, mishandled my care, and made what should have been a manageable recovery into one of the worst experiences of my life. Avoid this place at all costs.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist in over 5 years and I was nervous prior to coming in but I felt very well taken care of through out my whole appointment by Lyndale! The ladies in the front also took care of me and they are all so nice in this office. I been looking for a dental office and I'm so glad I found this one. Everyone made my appointment so comfortable and that was a big concern of mine. I'll be here to stay as a patient :)

This place went way out of there way to not only treat her, but was very patient and went above and beyond any expectations especially when we found out that our insurance was inactive on 4 days before and we was unaware. Fantastic experience: Best dentist office I’ve been to ever! I have ADHD and Autism and they’re incredibly accommodating and friendly the moment you walk in! The providers are always so informative and understanding of your circumstances & all the staff make you feel welcome and never judged! I’m incredibly grateful to this office, I had two broken teeth and couldn’t afford the root canal option, was able to do an extraction on same day and had financing options available to pay at an affordable out of pocket expense. If you’re nervous about dentist or feel uncomfortable, I’d highly recommend this office! Not only are they all absolutely wonderful, the office is also aesthetically welcoming and all the recent tech features!

Negative experience: Nice office. However the wait is always extremely long and no one in the office is on the same page. Maybe because they schedule so many patients at the same time.

Fantastic experience: I had 7 cavities, a root canal, crown and deep cleaning all through this office. This is a killer office with expert dentists and solid young talent. Scheduling is easy, office is clean. Everyone works as a team and is friendly. Hygienist is thoughtful and caring. Doctors are precise and will make sure you’re not in pain. If you’re looking for some dental work, this is a very, very fine option in the valley. Shoutout to everyone working here that put up with me for months.

Positive experience: The staff is great. But the office has a tendency to close the office withou cancelling my appts. It's happened twice where I have an appt a 9am and I confirm i will appt.

Positive experience: This place is kind of weird - they play loud club music in the office, chat amongst themselves and don't seem to really care about the patient. They seem eager to overcharge you for services you don't need, like a car sales man or woman. I decided to go somewhere else for a simple extraction because they were so impersonal here. Do not recommend.
