Negative experience: I wish I could say something different but unfortunately not, was in and out in less than 15 minutes it was time for my cleaning and the person who helped me clean my teeth I’m guessing she was a practican , I felt like she was in a rush to get rid of me very unsatisfied not typical from that place, I had my wife check to see if I was exaggerating but she agreed that cleaning was not done completely

Negative experience: They are not organized, they told me one price, in the end they charged me 1400 more, they are very expensive, just the extraction of a tooth is 500 dollars, I do not recommend it, at the end of the treatment they charged me another amount

Negative experience: UPDATE: This location has permanently closed. I'm only giving it a 2 out of 5 because the staff was very friendly and nice. Otherwise, it would have been a one-star. I had an appointment at 12. They had an emergency walk-in while I was waiting, which took about an hour of the dentists time. I didn't get seen until about 1:20 pm. The dentist seemed fairly nice but wasn't as thorough as I would have liked. Also, he didn't have gloves on and was poking into my mouth, then typing on the keyboard, and even leaving the room briefly and then fingers back into my mouth... gross!! On a side note, the place looks pretty run down, like it doesn't get cleaned as well as a dental facility should. Lots of debris and dust and missing ceiling tiles throughout the whole office. Basic sweeping or mopping of the floors seems like it's done maybe once a week. You would think with Covid and everything that the place would look spotless. The kind of thing that would get a restaurant shut down, actually. For me, I'm all about the details, if thing look dirty or unkempt at a dental office, that is a sign for me to find another place. Makes ya wonder, do they actually sterilize all the tools they use in people's mouths properly???

Fantastic experience: I went to winnetka Dental to do some dental implants in my mouth. Doctor Benny told me that it is not ready to do implant yet. Dr. Benny is very kind and knowledgeable of his work and how to do an art in people’s mouth very well to have beautiful teeth. I trust his work in my mouth. It is a great idea to visit his office. I believe in his knowledge and work.

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment due to a severe pain they took me the day after, the crew was very nice and helpful, I found out I needed a root canal but they were fully booked but Dr. Benny saw that i was in so much pain he stayed overtime to treat me , hands of an angel, I also needed 2 implants that I was terrified to do for almost a year that I actually booked an appointment for the following morning and did 2 implants. Prices are very reasonable, the Doctor is amazing and his crew as well! I highly recommend them no pain afterwards must add. Thank you and see ya soon

Positive experience: Although I’ve had other dental work done here, Satisfactory, my first cleaning was not thoroughly completed. The technician, although pleasant and congenial, did not manually scrape the plaque away from under the gum line, scrape around the base of my teeth, nor did he floss whatsoever. The whole process maybe took 25 minutes, including the quick, but not thorough cleaning. My teeth still feel dirty!
