Recently Ellen, a splendid technician with wonderful eye to hand coordination did the most thorough teeth cleaning ever, while outside the window birds were flitting about in a group of tall, thin bamboo stalks stretching skyward. Overall, the staff at Leading Edge is five-star.

Fantastic experience: ellen hygienist performed excellent job. gentle, caring, thorough, no pain, no blood. dentist joe rogers uses modern tech to help you see the dental issues and can make crowns on site. his vibe feels like a gentle surgeon that works out. saves a lot of pain and suffering. feel very confident in his bed manner. overall vibe once inside feels very relaxing with slightly dimmed lights with music ranging from arron neville, beatles, etc. meant for old crowd but it’s a good time overall.

Just my first appointment, but they took the initiative and got things taken care of beyond the needs of a typical new client. Dentist visits have always made me nervous, but Dr. Yogi assuaged my nervousness, with his easy manner and explanations transmitted a way that a layman would understand. He gave off good vibes and seems like a very nice guy. From the perspective of a layman, he seemed very competent and confident. He's very thorough and is willing to take the time to explain your treatment. For example, he took the time today to explain to me on how I should properly brush my upper teeth, so it does not cause aggravation with my gums. I Iearned something new today. I don't know about you, but I get anxious when I have to see a doctor or a dentist. Dr. Joe and his staff is always making sure that I am well taken care of from getting my teeth clean to simply asking questions about treatments etc. Tracy is always so helpful in making sure that I understand and aware of my dental benefits through my insurance. Dr. Lee left a year ago and Dr. Yogi is our dentist now. Both have given excellent service and we are very happy with their performance.

Negative experience: This was the worst dental experience we’ve ever had. Our appointment started late because we hadn’t filled out paperwork that the receptionist never sent us. Then we were told they would only have time for half a cleaning and that we would have to come back another day to finish the cleaning. The cleaning was very harsh, the scraping was very uncomfortable and I could visibly see my blood on their scraping tool. The doctor was very nice. However we still paid $320 for neither of us to receive a full teeth cleaning. After we paid and were on the way out, they suddenly said they had time to finish the cleaning? Which makes no sense at all. Either they had time all along to finish the cleaning or they just knew we were upset at that point. Either way, nobody wants to go to a dentist appointment for half a cleaning and have to come back. This place was a huge waste of time and money.
