Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend!! They were kind and gentle with my daughter. Kind and understanding about the fact that we were self pay.

Negative experience: My child was seen for significant tooth pain and facial swelling. He had been up crying all night despite being on Tylenol and ibuprofen. We were told by the dentist that this pain was likely related to him outgrowing his spacer (that he has only had for 5 months). It was compared by the dentist to braces pain when they get adjusted. Having had braces myself, I never remember being in that much pain. We were prescribed antibiotics as a precaution given the swelling, with a recommendation to follow up in a week. It didn’t seem right that he had suddenly outgrown his spacer- let alone it causing this much pain and swelling. We went to get a second opinion at Jerome Dental. The dentist at Jerome showed significant concern for the swelling and pain. They asked for Little Smiles to send over the x ray from earlier. The x ray was not good enough to diagnose and had to be repeated at the second office. Imagine my child’s pain at this point. I left a voicemail with Little Smiles regarding their misdiagnosis and my disappointment, to which they told me their x ray wasn’t the best because my child was crying. It was surprising to me that a standard dentist office could achieve clearer imaging while my child was crying vs a pediatric dentist. Had they taken some accountability for their mistakes, I probably wouldn’t have made this review, but they shifted the blame to my child instead.

Fantastic experience: This place was absolutely everything I had heard it would be. So many friends of mine who take there kids here and rave about them. They called me quickly for a referral that was placed and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Dr. Katie was super nice and walked my Daughter who has ASD through everything she was going to do. She handled it as well as she could and Katie and her hygienist were so good with her. 10/10 Id definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: This place was amazing. They took their time and came up with a plan of action. They not only explained it to me but my child as well. You can tell this place is all about the kids.

You guys did absolutely great with both of my kids with them going and coming back from the anesthesia along with no pain afterwards they were pure happy kids.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful and welcoming staff and an adorable, kid friendly office. Highly recommend. The hygienists were wonderful with the kids and made them feel comfortable right away. We will be back! As a matter of fact, we booked 6 month appointments, so we will see them soon!

Fantastic experience: Hands down, the best pediatric dental office there is. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. From scheduling with Kayla (her kindness,knowledge and professionalism) was amazing! Arriving at the office and being greeted by everyone with smiles and very friendly, the exam/consultation with the dentist went so smoothly. I can not put into words how awesome this entire staff/office is. After our daughter went through a traumatic experience at a previous office, she was terrified to go to the dentist again. When we were leaving the office, she asked me, “When do we get to come back?”

Negative experience: Reschedule because of a super early pregnancy emergency and they want $150 to reschedule. Kayla being rude over it and said well usually when you make an appointment you plan for that. Your not better than everyone. Life happens people it’s not all about you

Fantastic experience: This office and really the whole team is just truly amazing. We have a seven year old that is autistic and this office has been so kind and helpful for our Layla. We are so appreciative and thankful! They have done more in just a couple visits for her than we have had in the past probably six years. Even our toddler loves it here❤️

Fantastic experience: Hands down best pediatric dentist. We have been coming here for years from Marion, but recently moved further north but it’s worth the hour drive to have my 4 kids seen (simultaneously) at such a kid-friendly and clean environment.

Negative experience: Front office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. My child was only 1 minute late for her appointment, and they canceled her appointment. Nobody ever bothered to tell us about their cancelation policy. Stay away from this place if you care about your child's dental health. I have read their response to my review. It's AI generated / fake and there's no truth to it.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ben is the best! My oldest had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist due to an experience with a different provider. Dr. Ben changed all that for her and now both of my kids absolutely love going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ben and his staff are phenomenal! We aim to be as lease invasive as possible on our kiddos baby teeth, especially when it comes to pricey dental work like crowns and fillings. Dr. Ben makes us feel respected and heard! He dosnt push unnecessary fillings and he listens to both the patient and the parents! We don’t use nitrous on our kiddos and he had zero problems with that and getting our kiddo taking care of! We feel so blessed to have found such an awesome dentist!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going here since she was 2 because I noticed issues with her teeth. They have been incredible through the entire journey and prepared us for surgery to correct these issues. Since then, her teeth have done amazing! They got my son in when I couldn't find a dentist to accept his insurance. His teeth are well cared for and he hasn't experienced any dental concerns. I will not take my children elsewhere. The atmosphere is amazing and they truly explain every single step to the children. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My son is 9 and has Autism. He has been to multiple dentist and has NEVER let them touch the inside of his mouth. He has never had an actual cleaning or x-rays without being put to sleep. Well today he visited here for the first time and allowed them to clean AND do x-rays! He walked out with a smile and no tears. They are extremely patient, kind, gentle, and understanding. I can't recommend them enough. I drove an hour to get there and I don't regret it one bit.

He is very thorough with explaining things and at answering any questions or concerns you bring to him/them. I'm glad i came across them living in Marion it's hard to find a somewhat decent dentist for small children under 5. I love it that they do. I wouldn't take my kids to any other dentist than them.

Fantastic experience: The staff is amazing! They were very kind and helpful. I had been having issues finding a dentist to take our insurance, and they actually made it fairly quick and painless. My child has sensory processing issues and they were very understanding with him. They explained everything before they did it, and as they were working on him.

Fantastic experience: Beyond thankful that we found this place! It’s about a 35-40 minute drive for us and it’s way worth it for us! The staff is fantastic they go above and beyond. They answer all your questions never make you feel like you are a problem. Dr Katie really takes her time to make the child feel at ease and comfortable with what is going on. She explains everything before she does it in a way that really keeps the kids calm. I have a very anxious 12 year old who got a tooth pulled today and I was scared how he was going to do. He did so good and that has a lot to do with Dr. Katie and the staff!!!

Everyone is so nice and down to earth and they know exactly how to make my kids comfortable and keep them looking forward to their next visit! Fantastic experience: We've gone to Dr.Ben for a couple years now! He's taken very good care of all 3 of my children! They all want to see Dr.Ben and always comfortable with him! He explains what he's doing before and during the visit and I think that helps keep the kids relaxed as they watch t.v! Dr.Ben we can't thank YOU, your lovely assistants, and the 2 lovely secretary staff enough for what you do! We'd love to see an office closer but an hr away isint bad to see the best!

Fantastic experience: We absolutely adore Dr. Ben and his staff! So much so that when we moved a half hour away, we travel back for every visit. The office is always clean, the staff friendly and our girls look forward to going there each time! They are always professional and kind. Seriously, my youngest threw up in the lobby, no symptoms at all before that. And they calmly said, it's okay mom, we've got it. They cleaned up the floor and helped clean her off and soothe our kiddo. They told her it's not the first time that's happened and it won't be the last. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: My son’s dentist was on vacation, and she had referred her patients to Dr. Ben. My son fell and needed to have a tooth removed on a Saturday. Dr. Ben and his assistant happily came in on the weekend to do it. They were so wonderful to him. I would definitely take my kids back to him if we didn’t live so far away.
