Fantastic experience: This dental office is tops. The staff is very nice and takes patients’ needs into consideration. I used to be afraid to even have my teeth cleaned. I don’t mind it at all. I’m not saying I’m totally over it, but I certainly don’t mind going and have my teeth cleaned, and my dental hygienist truly cared about how I felt and told me every move she was making and made sure I was comfortable. Fantastic experience: Dr Batterton and Alyssa did an AMAZING JOB on the filling I needed! Alyssa offered me a leg pillow and neck pillow, felt like I was at a spa! The procedure was fast, efficient and pain free!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this practice for all of your dental needs!!!!

Fantastic experience: My entire family and I love this office and have been patients for many years. Betty and Kate in their front office are fabulous to work with and always so kind. Lisa, our hygienist is hands down wonderful. Dr. Batterton is patient, kind and gentle with those who may have a fear of the dentist. This office is a no pressure sales office like many dental offices have become. Regardless of whether this office accepts your insurance or not (they are not in network with ours) you won’t be disappointed if you choose to go there. We are forever patients.

Fantastic experience: I was kind of leery about having my teeth cleaned because I have Bell Palsy. Lisa, who was my dental hygienist, did a fine job. She was careful and caring. Dr. Batterton, Lisa and Betty, the office manager, were all kind to me. I couldn't of asked for a better appointment. Thank you Dr. Batterton and staff!

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist can be an anxious time for nervous patients like me Ha! Not with Dr. Eric Batterton and his staff. Betty, the receptionist introduced herself and welcomed me. Kate explained the insurance coverage before and during my visit. Aileen the Denatal Hygienist, was very personable and patient with me as I explained my situation, then Dr Batterton just carefully listened until I fully explained what I was concerned with. Then he was gentle during my exam. The staff is highly competent and gave me a feeling that I was in the right place My entire experience was handled with experience, understanding and patience. I highly recommend this team for all your dental needs. Five stars. Thank you A team

Fantastic experience: My latest visit was like all the rest, read my previous note. Dr. Batterton is first class as well as all the staff. Having said that, I am not crazy about the cost, because he is out of network for educator's insurance, a large chunk of the cost is not covered. Also the prices are a bit higher than other dentists. I would recommend allowing patients to put the bill on a monthly payment schedule. Much as I really, really like Dr. Batterton, I am probably going to switch to a dentist that takes educator's insurance.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here ever since I was 5, and everyone is so friendly and caring! They make you feel comfortable. My mom has tried other dental offices since moving, but she always comes back! I can’t recommend Batterton’s office enough!

I have had a very positive experience with the front office staff in scheduling and in obtaining insurance information and overall communication. I also was very impressed with overall care from the hygienist, dentist, and entire staff while visiting Dr. Batterton’s office. My sister recommended that my mother go to this office for her dental care, and we are very glad she did!

Fantastic experience: They were wonderful. They got my elderly mother in very quickly to adjust her partial plate that was causing her pain. She is so happy now that she can enjoy eating again pain free. She had been back to another dental office who had made it for her several times with no success. She’s going to go to Dr. Batterton from now on!

Fantastic experience: I hated the dentist until now. First time at this office getting established. Scheduling an appointment was easy and fast, they were able to get me in just a week before my appointment. Reception is very helpful and friendly. The best part of my experience however was Lisa. She was very gentle during my xrays and cleaning. It was actually the best cleaning I have ever gotten. She is very attentive to detail and doesn't rush through like most hygenists do. Dr. Batterton also spent time with me to understand my needs and was very kind. I will not be going to any other dentist!

Well I can say for the first time in my life I felt so relaxed and comfortable at the dentist. My dental hygienist was Lisa and she was absolutely amazing and wonderful. She was so gentle and explained everything very well to me. I’ve never been more happier to go to the dentist. Despite my lack of coverage, the team went above and beyond to ensure the best care possible to prevent further complications. Unfortunately, my tooth was in such bad shape that a root canal was necessary. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed, never leaving me uncertain about the next steps. They treated my tooth and well-being as if they were their own. I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism, personalized customer service, and the straightforward process. Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr. Batterton and his group (Aileen, Betty, & co.) is always warm and encouraging. They’re always great about being really clear and helpful when discussing billing, (though, of course, having good insurance certainly makes that process easier for both parties), but they’re also just very supportive in general, always willing to reschedule an appointment if your calendar changes suddenly and you need to do that. I always leave feeling slightly better than when I arrived, which, for me and my own history with teeth and dental stuff, is a significant thing to notice. I recommend them without reservation.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental facility. I spoke with Aileen, Dr. Batterton, and a couple other folks, and can say that everyone there is excellent, down to earth and very personable. I had some concerns from the previous dentist in another state. It wasn't anything bad, I just had some questions. Hearing this, Dr. Batterton and the team actually called the previous practitioner and was able to clarify my questions. I was surprised that they didn't just tell me to call the place myself and find out. I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone in the Delaware area.

Fantastic experience: For those that are looking for a dental office in Delaware, OH, I highly recommend Dr. Eric Batterton. I switched to Dr. Batterton about 4 years ago, maybe longer, but I was not thrilled my previous dentist. I had felt like they were adding work that was not necessary. When I started with Dr. Batterton's office everyone was very friendly and I was comfortable at the office. They addressed any concerns I had and let me know of costs upfront. I started with Lisa as my hygienst and now with Aileen. They have been both great and very personable and Dr. Batterton is in my opinion very chill and will openly converse with you. Ms. Beatty and Ms. Kate are the two at the front typically and has always been nice to have them greet you by name as soon as you walk in. The office definitely works hard to keep you on schedule. I think I was about 7 or 8 minutes behind, which is very unusual for them, but I was in no hurry and they finished up with me in the alloted time. Aileen was apologetic for the delay but I was good and when I left I felt great. Two thumbs up to Dr. Eric Batterton and his staff.
