Negative experience: I am on MAT and was judged by this dentist, made fun of the teeth I had and I would never return. I have another infection and I will rather let it go than get help.

Negative experience: Worst place I have ever been too they did nothing only worried about there self!

Positive experience: I personally love Dr Gallemore, recently the new Dr., or Dr assistant not sure, was not very kind. Getting an appointment is out a year, which is difficult., wish that wasn't the case. Overall office staff is great., some are snooty, making an already anxious time harder. Office staff used to be kinder.

Positive experience: The experience with Dr. Gallemore was wonderful as the mother to my son patient Mateo he was great and explained everything in details. He understood my concerns with my son’s diagnosis and we both felt at ease. But what was not welcoming and inviting was the nurse that called my son back she could’ve been more understanding to my concerns with my son’s diagnosis. Your office needs to be more welcoming to parents even if they are over thr age of 18 your office downer know what the parent could be going through.

Negative experience: I scheduled for an emergency extract . They didn’t have any openings for over 2 months so I scheduled what they had open. Went in today n they did nothing but look at it n told me they need to schedule for the extraction. When I told them that’s what I scheduled for today they told me no they have to schedule it for a different day. I don’t know what the point of scheduling an “emergency extract” is if it isn’t gonna be taken as an emergency. I was actually looking forward to getting it removed cuz I been losing sleep and constantly having headaches cuz of it . Now I have to wait even longer after I have already made my appointment. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Didn’t feel like they were working for the patients.

Negative experience: This office caters to AHCCS, I learned that by sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes .. if you have private insurance, find a different dentist office. had 2 appointments for deep cleaning. The first was today, 2/23/26 and I showed up early etc. apparently, the office tried to contact me the Friday before to “cancel” my appointment due to an issue with verifying insurance. Funny, because I got a text reminder the Sunday before my appointment asking me to confirm.. which I did.. photo attached. Anyhow. I showed up for my appointment and was told at the office about my insurance “issue”… note, I have private government insurance, my husband works at YPG. They said I didn’t answer the call Friday, where they attempted to cancel, but I had no voicemail of record.. they said they couldn’t leave one. Not sure why. My mailbox wasn’t full and I signed all waivers for text and voicemail communication. I canceled all future appointments and have already found a better place to go. If you like being herded like cattle, choose this office. If I could leave 0 stars I would have.

Fantastic experience: Janett, My hygienist, always explains everything to me so that I can understand. Good or bad. She's constantly advising me of different things that I can do to improve my dental health. She's never critical and is always very friendly. I would recommend Gilmore dental group to anyone.

Negative experience: Went in for a cleaning and they said I have 4 cavities, they barely say two words to you and are highly unprofessional. Well, I went to another dentist and guess what? NO CAVITIES. They were trying to scam me.

I just came back from a 6-mo check-up where a tech checked my denture's alignment & a Doctor looked at my mouth for any complications. They were very through, professional & still amaze me with exceptional care over 3-years of service with them.

From my initial call where they immediately set me appointment for 2 days later. To my actual visit where they took X-ray,explained procedures both pro and con!! To the dentist who told me what to expect and was very compassionate and careful with my extractions....ALL VERY GOOD. I am healing nicely and the constant background pain is gone.
