Fantastic experience: I thought I was going to have to wait 3 months to get an appointment because I'm a new patient, but there was a cancelation within a couple of days and I got in really fast! Met the dentist and the hygienist, and I liked both of them. The hygienist did a great job of cleaning my teeth, and the dentist answered all my questions. She seemed very knowledgeable about everything, and she did a cancer screening of my mouth and throat!!

Negative experience: I had an appt today that I have waited for 4 like 2+ months. I had major spinal surgery and was still in the hospital and explained that to them. They were very rude about it and said they had nothing available until next March. This was only for a cleaning. I feel this was very rude and showed no compassion. I would not recommend anyone to go here. Not very happy!!

Two years ago, she fixed my chipped front tooth, and when I went back in today, she took such great care of me. Not only did she repair it, but somehow she made it even prettier and more comfortable than it was before. What I love most about Dr. Grady is that you can tell she truly cares. She takes her time, listens, and makes you feel important. Going to the dentist can be stressful, especially when it’s your front tooth and your smile, but she made me feel completely at ease. Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, Dr Grady, was professional, communicated very effectively, showed empathy, listened to me, and had a good personal touch on my life! She shared some about her life. As a Vietnam Vet I felted very respected. I am 80 years young! The X ray tech communicated well and I knew what she was doing. Martin cleaned my teeth. He communicated very effectively, had a good sense of humor. I felt safe with him as I had not been to a dentist in several years! I now have a treatment plan I am happy with for my teeth. Negative experience: Dr. Grady had always been amazing and very professional with my daughters and myself but today her words were very uncalled for and really hurt my daughter as she made it seem like my daughter does not brush her teeth and that it is disgusting. I did not expect that from her as she had never before been unkind like she was today. I had never heard a dentist express themselves about a patient the way she did. My daughter said her words really hurt her and made her want to cry but she held it in until she was in the car. I could tell Martin, the RDH (he’s amazing and kind btw) felt bad and tried to make my daughter feel better by explaining that with braces it is harder to brush but he went on with pointers on how to really get in there. Not sure how we feel about Dr. Grady anymore.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience. Originally called frustrated and upset from a previous dentist due to pricing and no insurance network. Arizona Avenue Dentistry was more than patient with me over the phone, answering my questions, and assuring me they were in contract. Upon visit, Staff was friendly and courteous. During exam for daughter, we discussed the issue, way forward, and scheduling, among others for my teenagers appetite for soda and takis. Afterwards, at the desk, appointment was made and pricing was amazing compared to prior establishment. Absolutely the best experience with dentist that I've had in my 9years in Yuma. If I stay here, this will definitely become our family dentist. (P.S. they have a huge bird cage outside the back office windows, with several birds you can see from the room, daughter thought that was super cool.)

Fantastic experience: This office is amazing! Worked so hard to get me in there being a 1st time patient. Been way to many years stepping into a dentist office but it was ok today. Had a cleaning today, which was difficult but the hygienist was amazing, explain everything he was doing and promised the teeth would look brand new when he was done. They did!!! The Dentist came in to check if I was doing ok which was very nice of her and I go back in 6 weeks to talk about my teeth. Still scared but this office is amazing and I will go back for my appts!! Fantastic experience: My 12 yr old daughter woke up with a toothache and I had heard of Dr Grady from another friend… OMG, the staff is the nicest and the doctor is so caring! Negative experience: I had to cancel my appointment for yesterday sorry, now I need to reschedule but office said not until October anyway it's for a cleaning been a client for 25+ years so that's not good going elsewhere

Fantastic experience: Dr. Grady was able to fit me in to their busy schedule within three days to remove a sharp edge on a tooth that was cutting the side of my tongue, when a ceramic bridge broke off of my permanent tooth, until the VA approves a permanent tooth implant/replacement. She and her staff are very pleasant and professional every time that I have been to their office. I highly recommend Arizona Dental to anyone needing a professional and painless dentist. Negative experience: I wasn’t able to attend to my appointment today February 23 at 11:20 since I have a family emergency but I called at 8:00 am to let them know and try to reschedule for next week, the person who answered the phone told me the they don’t have appointments available until September in a very rude manner, I know it was my fault for not attending today to my appointment but in real life family emergency is first. So no comments about their service but apparently I have to find a local dentist who have appointments for next week.
Lourdes, I’m sorry you had a family emergency and that our phone conversation came across as rude—that’s not how we want anyone to be treated. Unfortunately our schedule is very full and the next openings may be months out, but we should have communicated that with more care. If you do decide to schedule an appointment with us in the future, we would truly be happy to have you.

Fantastic experience: Arizona Dental is Veteran friendly and highly recommended from the Tucson VA medical dental office. I was sent here with because I had gotten my front teeth done else where and they were done terribly that I could not smile anymore. In three visits this office was able to correct and replace, design and give me back my ability to smile again. Special thanks to the Dentist and her two asisstants Xenia and Marissa for their help in making my crowns and designing them as well. I will always be in debt to you ladies. I highly recomended this office to anyone who needs dental work or just a cleaning they are fabulous.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at this office and it did not disappoint. The ladies at the front office are very friendly and kind. It’s a small office but it feels so personable. As someone who had a traumatizing experience as a child with a dentist, I tend to get very tense during visits. The assistant who took my X-rays was kind and gentle. I wish I remembered her name but I was trying to focus on staying calm lol. The hygienist, Martin was very kind and would ask me if I was doing okay while he was cleaning my teeth. As for Dr. Grady, you can tell she truly loves what she does. She took the time to talk to me about concerns I had, was personable and you can tell everyone in the office works well together which as a patient makes you feel like you are in good hands. I am glad to have found a new home for my dentals needs!

Intake personnel very friendly The Denist was also friendly & cordial, explaining my teeth’s condition thoroughly & what each step, if necessary, would be. Very clean office throughout.
