Fantastic experience: I’ve had dental issues—and a lot of dentist-related anxiety—since I was about six years old, so finding the right dentist was really important to me. I spent a long time searching and reading reviews because I didn’t just need a basic cleaning—I needed someone who was truly caring and willing to take on more complex work. I found Dr. Barlow through reviews, and I can honestly say they were right. After going to a few different dentists and being told so many different things, I felt like my options were really limited. But Dr. Barlow gave me real solutions and a clear plan, which made all the difference. Now, just before summer, I can finally smile without covering my mouth. I actually feel confident smiling—and that means everything to me. Thank you so much to Dr. Barlow and the entire team for being so kind, patient, and supportive. I never thought I’d say this, but I actually look forward to going to the dentist now!

Jessica is also so extremely sweet and made me feel comfortable the first day I walked into their office . I recommend coming here and seeing Dr. Barlow especially if you haven’t been to the dentist in a long time or have dental anxiety he takes his time and makes sure you’re comfortable. I appreciate the staff so much !

Positive experience: Not recommended for teeth cleaning, very bad technician!!!! Actually the male tech.!!! He did the worst job I haven’t seen compare with another office.

Negative experience: I have enjoyed this office for the years I have been here. Though I have been charged extra every single time for no explanation. I didn't question because I trusted them. I have not been contacted for a payment by them and they have sent it to collections with no notice. Do not use this dentist office until they resolve their payment issues. I will not be back. My fiance will not be back. We will have a new dentist that cares for their clients more than their overpriced cleanings. My insurance I pay for the top dollar one and covers 100% of cleanings twice a year. No explanation of why I have to pay later. Obviously insurance doesn't want to pay their fill premium and puts it on the client for over charging. I will say that even with my issues now I still think Dr. Barlow is great and does great work.

Negative experience: It’s funny how every single one star rating has to do with the same thing. Billing. Absolutely horrendous experience with the billing people here, could never give me a straight answer or a real answer as to why I somehow owe them 400 dollars for a cleaning and ONE filling when I have pretty awesome dental insurance. They never explained it to me when I called back multiple times giving the same word salad non se social answer. Then they sent me to collections. Still have no idea why I owe them this money. Will not be going back.

Thank you so much Update: 2024 this was the last year we will be going to this office do to issues. You think that you build a relationship with an dentist office that they would respect that and be willing to help. But wow is all im going to say.

Fantastic experience: I want to say Dr Barlow and his team was absolutely fantastic to work with! My back tooth cracked and it got infected, I was literally in tears with agonizing pain. I visited Dr Barlow for the first time and he took care of my infection through multiple visits and antibiotics. He was kind and gentle and he always ensured I was comfortable during each visit. I am terrified of the dentist and I told him that, I get super nervous and I hate people’s hands in my mouth, basically I'm high maintenance when it comes to the dentist :o) I felt he and his team was extra accommodating and caring. I’m all fixed up now plus we took care of an old cavity in the process. Professionally speaking I strongly recommend Dr Barlow, personally I am happy I found him because he was gentle and did great work.

Negative experience: We are new patients, and my kids are covered under two dental insurances. Somehow, we still owe a bill for preventative care (cleanings).

Negative experience: FYI. My daughter felt very uncomfortable by Barlow! You have definitely seen at least two of my three teenagers. They have a different last name and I’m not going to use there names on a public forum! Keep your teens away! Some staff is very nice, Sandy was extremely unprofessional! This place used to be great but they have really gone downhill. The owner just doesn’t seem to care. I’ll take my kids somewhere else. This place used to be great but lately it has really gone downhill. With how rude the billing is and how bad my teenagers were treated we will never return. DR Barlow was really creepy and made my daughter very uncomfortable. If I could give zero stars I would. Some dentists can be very creepy this is one I would never go back to. The billing is terrible

Negative experience: Talk about Greedy! Wow In response back Update. I was told by the front desk it was fully covered and I was fully in network and I get two cleanings per year. If DR Barlow would have called me back things would have turned out differently. I called Barlow the end of June for the 90 days and he said he would call me back and he did not .Sending $30.00 to collections is pure Greed and not having the courtesy for the dentist to call me back to work things out. He still can. Just remove it and be fair if not. I guarantee your business will be making one big mistake. That's up to you. The ONLY reason why this place has 4.9 rating is they do this raffle where you show them you give them a review, and then they give the winner of free toothbrush.SCAM I have never in my entire life have ever had to pay a portion for cleaning never. I specifically asked them If it was 100% covered and they did say yes. There billing is the absolute worst rude, just they just try to squeeze every little thing that they can for Dr. Barlow. That's why he hires her. They're going to try to put a $30 charge in collections when they told me at the time it was fully covered. "Which they're just wasting their time because I have enough evidence to dispute this tiny charge". It was not about money. It was about principal and integrity. The billing and Dr. Barlow have zero integrity. He's been in the business for decades and he acts way worse than a newly dental grad with a half a million in debt. I guess when you're huge and weigh a ton You need to buy the deluxe premium bed that won't break. So the owner can think about how he can scam people. Number one. I have full documentation including recordings of the phone calls and proof that the dentist never called me back. And all the other documentation. So If this company does not get their money in the 90 days Even if you're calling the owner That will not return your calls, they will send it to collections. How greedy do you have to be? Even if it's one penny, That's how greedy this Barlow scam business is. Stay away from this greedy corrupt dentist business. If you're in support of greed come to this dental agency. This was all over $30 because Barlow could have the courtesy to just return my phone call. But the owner had no courtesy to return my phone call. All the owner had to do was return a phone call. Talk about a very incompetent way of doing business. Viewer be warned. That's okay. This business operation will be turned in for the fraud and corruption. Next time the owner really should have the courtesy to call the person back. Common sense isn't so common anymore unfortunately. This place will lose tens of thousands of dollars over this. Talk about stupid and incompetent. When you get greedy, that's what happens. Viewer beware! #Scam

Fantastic experience: Dr Barlow is one of the most considerate dentists I’ve ever had. He’s been incredible with our kids and thoughtful with his approach to performing a root canal for myself. They’re quick, and often times able to get treatment done right away.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Barlow for years, and my mom has been going for probable decades. I always look forward to my visits with them as the staff is always friendly and welcoming, the office is beautiful and always clean and neat, the practice is never overwhelmingly busy, and most importantly, Dr Barlow is a kind and gentle dentist whose advice I trust. I’ve had a few minor issues and Dr Barlow always gives honest feedback and normalizes how the issues may come up. He’s never shaming or condescending but gives advice on how to manage the problem and what to expect should the there be continued progression of the problem. I’ve never had a surprise bill, and even if I did it has more to do with my dental insurance than it would with the practice not being straightforward about costs. My mom was a dental hygienist for years and knows what type of qualities one looks for in a provider and we both agree that Dr Barlow and his staff exhibit each and every one of them.

Fantastic experience: I have done my cleanings here for a couple years. I have also had a crown done and glued on an old crown. Dr.Barlow and the dental assistants are great and capable!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Barlow is a professional and very skilled dentist. I typically don't write reviews but me and the wife have been his clients for almost a decade now. Many a fillings, root canals, wisdom teeth removal and cleanings later, I can assure you that this is a great practice. The dental hygienist are also pretty good and do a proper job. Between us all, we've had everything from preventative care to crowns. Dr. Barlow is professional, friendly, and, important to me, very sensitive to our anxiety after so many years of less-then-gentle treatment by other doctors. To my friends who are satisfied with their dentist, that's great. If you're not, or you're looking for a new dentist, I couldn't recommend Dr. Barlow more.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Barlow and his team were fantastic! The office is clean and tidy. The front desk was pleasant and friendly. My hygienist, Janell, was very welcoming, she listened to my concerns and was quick but gentle when it came to the cleaning. Dr. Barlow was incredibly friendly and not quick to fill shadows on my x-ray, but rather watch them and see what happens. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Then there was a treatment plan. The plan was reviewed with me on both the work to do and cost. I do have dental insurance and the cost was surprisingly low. If you have tooth problem there is no shaming. Dr. Barlow says, you are here now that is what matters. He has a great staff. They all treat you like family or a friend. The work I have had done has been new and better than what i had expected. I strongly recommend Dr. Barlow!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to dentist in a while - I have never really felt comfortable with doctors, physicians, hospitals and Clinics so I'd always avoid it for as long as I could. My entire experience was great. Shaylee who handle my cleaning made me feel so comfortable and she did a good job of explaining things - she was so personable and it made the whole experience not feel like a chore. I had a brief interaction with Dr Barlow and in those short minutes he explained to me what I would be needing in a way that made sense and details on the crown procedure I would be getting in the coming week and he was very pleasant as well. The two front desk ladies were so nice and friendly, It's an overall welcoming environment and just with that short visit, I know this is going to be my long term Dental home.
