I received multiple recommendations and decided to reach out to the amazing team here. Dr. Kamel and her wonderful staff took extensive measures to make sure I understood the process through and through, including addressing every single concern of mine. By the time I left the office, I couldn’t stop smiling. They not only left only me with a never ending smile, but drastically increased my quality of life with this procedure. If you don’t know where to start, this is the perfect clinic to address all of your concerns.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kamel is the type dentist you didn't know existed and the dentist you didn't know you needed. Her team and office prioritizes comfort, clarity, and attention to detail. Literally, her chairs are massage chairs, and you can watch TV while you get your cleaning or procedures completed! Her team is super friendly, patient, and willing to answer any questions. Nobody walks away from you, rolls their eyes, or disrespects your time. Dr. Kamel's bedside manner is great and very informative. She gives real information - politely. I went to her for an Invisalign treatment. She pointed out how some of my teeth are chipped due to some imperfections with my alignment. I didn't notice it until she pointed it out, but she corrected it and that subtle fix made a huge difference to my smile. She took the time to explain how corrections work to resolve some long term issues as well. (I appreciated the education as some doctors just "do things" and don't explain it...I hate that!) She handled my Invisalign treatment with care, personally designing my treatment and took the time to explain it with each step. She designed my case so precisely that the results are absolutely amazing. My teeth now look natural and GOOD - not like I have dentures. She is accessible, unlike many doctors, so I was able to ask questions when something didn't feel right. Also, her front desk/office is attentive. I asked if they could try to remember me for if an earlier appointment opened up. To my surprise, they called to see if I was available several days later. Her practice is very contemporary and I can tell she assesses all options for her patients based from her experience and research as a clinical professor at Rutgers. Her practice cares for people, so if you're worried - don't be. She's got you.

Negative experience: This office fraudulently charged my card for $75.00 on 4/11/2026. I haven’t not been to this office in over a year so I haven’t no clue what they are charging me for. I didn’t make any appointments at all. Do not give this place your credit card information they will store only to later file fraudulent charges when you are not looking T your card or statements.

Fantastic experience: I started my Invisalign journey with Dr. Nihal a couple of months ago. The level of care and professionalism the entire office treats you with from start to finish always makes your experience a great one. I travel over an hour to get treated at Aesthetic Dental Solutions because I wanted to have the best care and it’s always worth it. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr Kamel and her staff are excellent patient accommodating clean and friendly. I had an emergency visit for severe tooth pain and left pain free with a plan in place to fix my tooth permanently. I highly recommend Dr Kamel and her staff.

Negative experience: I can’t express how disappointed I am with this doctor and my Invisalign treatment. My last visit I was told that I was finished, but yet my teeth were still crooked. Instead of ordering more refinements, she suggested that I have bonding done. Today I got another opinion from an orthodontist. Not only did he confirm that I wasn’t finished and there was more work to be done, but he also told me he would not recommend bonding. At this point I either have to resolve myself to having crooked teeth, or go to another doctor and spend thousands of dollars more to have them fix what this doctor is either unwilling or unable to do. I also want to add that I kept all appointments and wore the trays as directed. My advice to anyone looking to get Invisalign is to go to an orthodontist for treatment, not a general dentist. Orthodontists are specialists who complete 2–3 additional years of training to focus solely on straightening teeth, fixing bites, and jaw alignment. Get a second opinion no matter which doctor you choose. It could very well save you thousands of dollars and a lot of aggravation.

Doctor was business friendly and gave great advice. I had severe trauma to my mouth when I was young and trusting a dentist took a lot of courage for me. I had a great one for many years until he retired. Searching for a new dentist was very hard for me. I'm hoping this dental practice will be good for me for the long haul. Best regards.

Fantastic experience: Aesthetic Dental Solutions is state of the art with a caring team. I went for years worring about my teeth that was missed aligned. Two different treatments were given at other Orthodontists/Oral Surgeons visits and it seemed a bit drastic. At Aesthetic Dental Solutions, Dr. Kamel treated me with Invisilign and the results are all that I ever wanted. And treatment was all done without the drastic measures that was offered to me in the past. Extremely Greatful.

Positive experience: The front desk staff and hygienists here are truly wonderful, kind, welcoming, and my teeth always feel amazing after a cleaning. Unfortunately, my experiences with the doctor have been upsetting. Every visit turns into a push for Invisalign with very fear-based language. At my last appointment, she told me that if I didn’t get Invisalign my teeth could damage my lips, even comparing me to another patient who supposedly needed part of their lip removed. I left feeling so discouraged that I actually cried in my car afterwards. I don’t even have bad teeth, I have one slightly crooked bottom tooth, and otherwise I have a beautiful smile. Instead of feeling proud of that, I was made to feel like something was wrong with me and that I was going to have different surgeries to correct my face off of one tooth just because I can’t afford Invisalign right now. I know that I am also not the only person to deal with fear mongering tactics from this doctor, as I have family and friends who go there and get told they have terrible teeth that are going to have long-term damage if they don’t get Invisalign. I truly appreciate the hygienists and staff who make the office so pleasant, but I wish the doctor focused more on supportive, patient-centered care rather than fear tactics and pressure to buy treatments. As I’m sure, she probably makes some sort of money off of people choosing Invisalign through her. Definitely wont be going back.

She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely at ease. The office is extremely clean, modern, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like TVs and massage chairs that make your visit feel more like a spa day than a dental appointment. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and they really go out of their way to make you feel at home. Scheduling was easy. The front desk is extremely helpful and my appointment was quick and efficient. I’m especially excited to start Invisalign here! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

Negative experience: This is one of the worst place for dental care . They are "invislign" friendly. For any issues , they say "invisilign" will fix it . The office staff is rude ; they said they will follow up with us and they don't.

Positive experience: My crown fell out, and my friend gave me her dentist info to call. They gave me a 9:30 am appt;. At arrival I had to sit and fill out a lot of information, then wait until I finally got in. I was charged $114 right up front. Then the dentist came in and looked at the spot and whatever pictures they took, I gave the Dentist my crown and she glued it in., telling me that I will need to have an implant and that she will send me to her implant person. I did not say anything, because I wasn't sure I would use this place again. I did not even know if they would take my insurance at this time. The office staff, the assistant and the dentist were all very nice. I just didn't like the attitude that suddenly I was their patient. I believe they did good work, but are too expensive for me at this time. I was asked to pay another $127 after I came out. I just wasn't prepared to pay $241 right off the bat.

Negative experience: My experience at Dr. Kamel's office was terrible. I was told to set up an appointment for a possible root canal treatment. However, when I arrived at Dr. Kamel's office, I have asked her if she can treat me and end my suffering; her reply, "I don't have 4 arms or hands, I cannot treat everyone at once, I will be advising you to another root canal specialist who is out of your network, in which your expenses will be out of pocket." This response upset me very much, mind you she isn't taking responsibility for my treatment and she is referring me to an out of network specialist who then I will pay thousands of dollars to for something that she could've easily done because hence she is the dentist that I was referred to in the first place. I then didn't consult the specialist she had referred me to but found another dentist who is very experienced and awarded best dentist of 2023. Such a shameful experience.

Negative experience: NOT RECOMMEND ! Visited this office in Octfor my first and only visit. The office was clean, the receptionist was welcoming and the dental hygienists were nice, and thorough, and my initial impression was great...until the dentist walked in. She was not friendly but more concerning was she spent the first minutes talking about the bonding in my 2 front teeth and cosmetic dentistry. I explained that I am 60 yrs old and am comfortable with how they are. After that she advised me that I have infected failed implant and need 2 other implants on the other side of my mouth. My first thought was why is she discussing cosmetic dentistry first instead of a failed infected implant. She was going to refer me but I advised her I already have an oral surgeon. I asked her if the removal could wait and she said no, that it was an emergency. I went to the car, called my oral surgeon in their parking lot to schedule an emergency appoint. It was Wed and they could see me on Friday. I called back this office and asked for the dental records they just took. The person answering the phone said "she would try but they only send them out on Friday" I explained that the dentist said it was an emergency and she once again said they would "try". I asked for the person's name thinking she was new and didn't understand the urgency. She then told me she was the dentist!! 1. The fact that a dentist would discuss cosmetic surgery 1st before discussing an infected implant shows that she clearly cares more about money over health. I was pretty much dismissed when I wasn't interested in expensive cosmetic surgery or using her referral. 2. It is alarming to have a dentist tell you it is an emergency when you are in the chair and then subsequently say 3 times that she will "try but can't gurantee" that the records will be released in time for my appt. I have never ever been to an office where they only released records on a certain day and not prioritize requests according to a patient's health. I now understand that ratings are not always accurate and not indicative of the care you may receive.

Negative experience: Was decent at the start for general dentistry, But when I had to rescheduled an app due to a work call I was told I have to pay $50 for changing my appointment because it was only a few hours before the appointment this is insane and today 06/20 /2023 extremely unprofessional I was called one hour before to be extortion for money otherwise they won’t see me and they would charge me another $50 for not going I don’t recommend going to this place for this people money is first before the patient they don’t care about their patients only about the money

Negative experience: They probably make more money with cancelled appointments. Please be aware. You can call out policies but what was the plan really, to bill perpetually if someone is not able to respond. In your reply you mention multiple, that’s really the question. I may have a situation because of which I am not able to make a contact, does that mean you will bill for years?? I understand once but perpetually?
