Courthouse Pediatric Dentistry

Fantastic experience: Courthouse Pediatric Dentistry has a great atmosphere with pleasant employees. My daughter has been receiving care there since a toddler who is currently a pre-teen, however we have always been satisfied with their services. I now will enjoy seeing my youngest(my toddler son) being able to have his experience with Courthouse Pediatrics!

Fantastic experience: It was my 11 yr old daughter's first time getting a tooth pulled and it took them a second to pull it out! Setting up everything took longer than the actual tooth pulling. Dr. Datta and assistant Syndie were very friendly and explained everything.

Fantastic experience: My son recently needed 2 teeth pulled and Dr. Datta was very kind and took the time to talk to my son and made sure he was comfortable and wasn’t in any pain during the procedure. We are really glad she is at Courthouse Pediatrics.

Fantastic experience: They were extremely nice and polite,very respectful,,very careful with children the staff had smiles on there face like they were happy to see patients and happy to be at work I will definitely recommend this familyi it was very clean in the building all of the information on my child was spoken with and care my definition of a team they all worked well with each other and my daughter making likes it there she doesn't complain or anything never reported to me extrem pain or anything

Fantastic experience: New to the area and brand new patient. Called this dentist office one late afternoon due to my son having extreme dental pain. They got us in the very next morning and took care of the problem THAT DAY. Dr. Datta was absolutely amazing. So attentive, informative, and non-judgemental. The DA Shawna was also so amazing with my son. They both made him feel safe and loved on him when he got a little antsy during the Novocain shot. Will absolutely be using this office for all 3 of my kids dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Great pediatric dentistry, they always make my kids feel safe and welcome. They're all very friendly here and the dentists and dental hygenists are all amazing they explain every step to both the parents and the kids and they're always very gentle and funny. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Dentist on duty was confusing and talked down to the dental assistant. I've been very happy with previous Dentist, but this time was very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: This was our first time and I would 10/10 recommend anyone with a munchkin to visit this office. Everyone was so polite and friendly and made my daughter 100% comfortable. They were easy to talk to and explained everything to where the patient understood what they were talking about. They explained step by step to her what they were doing before they did anything. She was nervous about going but walked out of there feeling good.

Fantastic experience: We just brought in all 3 of our boys and we were so lucky to end up with Samantha as our dental hygienist. She was so patient and kind. Dr. Datta checked on the boys and was so nice. I really appreciate how everything was explained. We ended up needing a same day procedure for one of our boys and they didnt hesitate to accommodate and make him feel comfortable in the process. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: Courthouse Pediatric Dentistry is a top notch place to take your kids for all of their dental needs. They have moved from their original location to their new & modern practice in the heart of Gloucester Courthouse’s flourishing business district. Going across the bridge is becoming less of a burden for us especially with such a necessary service. If your child needs a dentist, do not hesitate, go there and life will be good!!!

Fantastic experience: My son is Autistic and Layla did such a good job walking him through every step and she made it such a fun experience for him. Dr Alex, also amazing, had a patient in front of so Layla and another girl went out of their way to find my son's favorite show. It meant so much to me!

Fantastic experience: From the front office staff to the clinical team this practice is the best dental practice. The front office staff schedules my 4 children together for same day routine cleaning appointments trusting that we will not no show, the dental assistants always approach my children with smiles and are educated in dental hygiene. Dr.Miller always provides excellant care with a bright smile. At their last appointment 2 of my children needed additional treatment and Dr. Miller offered the option for them to have the treatment done that day instead of having to come back for another appointment. Even with his busy schedule in the office Dr.Miller considered my time as a busy mother and made sure my children received the dental care they needed. I wish I was a kid again so I could be a patient at Courthouse Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics. 10/10

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I have always had a positive experience at Hampton Roads Pediatric Dentistry (Gloucester). Dr. Miller has always been good with my daughter since we started going there about 3 years ago. My daughter had an appointment on 10/20/25 and Dr. Miller was great as always, and the DA Willa was perfect, so sweet and personable. My daughter felt really comfortable and she loves the waiting area with toys.

Fantastic experience: I have had great experiences with this office. The staff is kind, even when clearly busy, and Dr. Miller has done great with my girls over the past several years, and we have loved the hygienists. Willa did such a good job that my youngest actually enjoyed her experience. Even on the visits when she hasn’t enjoyed her treatments and had to get sedated (lightly, she was awake), they handled it with professionalism. I’m grateful for this practice!

Fantastic experience: Our children have been going to this dentistry since we moved to this area in 2023. We love this office! Everyone is always friendly and greeting from the moment we walk in. Our children always receive the upmost care while in the chair. We are very pleased with the staff, hygienist and dentist here. I highly recommend this office for all you pediatric dentistry needs.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is absolutely petrified at even the thought of going to a dental appointment. So today when she found out it was appointment day she became the modified version of Houdini. We finally make it to the office and are immediately greeted with smiling faces by the ladies up front they really made us feel welcomed. We were called in the back to start Houdinis procedure in less than five minutes after check in which we loved. After getting to the back we were welcomed by the DA Tori who instantly made my daughters fears nonexistent Tori stayed by her side the entire time making sure she was ok and even had her smiling honestly it was like having your best friend by your side bringing you comfort and making you feel safe threw a natural disaster. Our dentist today was Dr Ray he also went above and beyond to make my daughter feel calm and comfortable explaining every detail of her procedure as it was in progress.I highly recommend both Dr Ray and Tori two of the best personalities we have ever met anytime you can walk in a dentist office and come out smiling and laughing that's a place we want to be.Big thank you to the office staff for graciously setting our future appointments with Dr Ray and Tori ❤

Fantastic experience: Dr. Miller and his assistant Layla did incredibly on my 6 year old's filling with nitrous. He didn't feel any pain, was comfortable the whole time, and the appointment didn't take too long. They showed my son all of the tools beforehand and let him feel/listen to them, to improve his comfort. He had a wonderful experience and I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: My 10yr old son has been coming to this dentist office for his whole teething life. The level of service from the staff front office to back have always gone above and beyond to not only provide the highest level of service but to help me understand how as a parent I can help my son as he grows. With that said, we luckily have had the same DA, TORI, who is not only one of the most personable people I have met but connects with my son on another level and makes what could be an uncomfortable experience not only enjoyable but memorable. She is beyond well informed and goes out of her way to help me feel comfortable as well. Additionally, Dr. RAY truly cares about his patients and does a great job of making sure they know what they need to do to improve their oral health. Thank you guys!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve taken my daughter here twice now and both visits have been excellent. The waiting room is kid friendly and everything is extremely clean and up to date. The staff is amazing from the front desk to the doctor and techs in the back and they work hard to make the experience great for kids. Thank you Sydnie and Dr. Miller for making it a great experience for my 5 year old. She gives you a double thumbs up and this happy mom gives you 5 ⭐️!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Miller and the team at this office were AMAZING! My usually anxious 6 year old left smiling and continues talking about the experience. When my 3 year old was upset and anxious, Dr. Miller said he didn't want him to have a bad first experience and was happy to offer a suggestions about getting him to have a positive experience another day. Very happy this was my boys' first dentist experience!

Fantastic experience: Lectia was excellent with my children and very calming for my daughters first time with the electric tooth brush. She got her through it !
