Fantastic experience: I can not stress enough how this is absolutely the most amazing place ever with the most amazing people ever. As soon as I got there it took 10 minutes top with X-rays and talking with the doctor to begin the surgery. I was so extremely scared (I always am) and they all made me feel comfortable. I’m talking about it felt like home. They started the I.V and by the time I know it I was on my way home. I’ve had a tooth pulled out before and was in horrible pain for weeks. When this place pulled my tooth out and I woke up. I forgot what tooth pain ever felt like. No pain, no swelling no nothing. I’m so blessed to have been sent to his place. It was truly a miracle and I say this because I had been sleep deprived for 3 days with no food because of pain and I started this day off at 6am jumping from hospital to dentist to dentist then thank the lord I ended up here. I drove an hour to get here and I would do it all over again. Thank you so much

Negative experience: This place is the most unprofessional and unethical place they are such a scam DO NOT GO HERE they made me pay a fee for a consultation to call me the day prior and say “oh our schedule is booked we gonna have to see you another day. Fantastic experience: Incredible staff! I was beyond nervous to get my 2 wisdom teeth pulled. During my consultation, the orthodontist thoroughly explained the process and I went home feeling ready. The day of my appointment, Jen was my nurse and I think she could tell I was nervous and she did great keeping me calm! She is so very friendly and gentle. She was very casual and made some light hearted jokes, and then did a fantastic job inserting my IV and explaining everything she was doing as she went. They even have blankets for you when you go under! They also let my husband be in the room with me when I went to sleep, which was a great comfort. The only thing I remember from waking up was them asking if I wanted my teeth and I said yes lol. It’s the next day now and I have no numbness and zero pain. I must be one of the lucky ones. We’ll see how I feel later, haha! They send you home with a very thorough after care plan, and a fancy ice pack. Thank you for the positive experience and for making me feel safe. My husband also complimented the lobby music, great playlist. The environment is very clean, welcoming, and warm. No cold nor scary dentist office feeling at all.

As an individual who avoids interacting with doctors/dentists as much as possible, I pushed off my wisdom teeth extraction until I was turning 30. Dr. Arnold's team recognized my apprehension and walked me through the operation with care and patient support. Fantastic experience: My situation of needing 2 teeth pulled was schedule in a prompt next day time frame. The staff were great in making me feel at ease and Dr. Arnold took his time and explained everything he was going to do which also lowered my anxiety level and he made my experience as pleasant as possible. Working in healthcare myself I appreciate everything the staff as well as the MD did to take care of my problem in a prompt manner.

Fantastic experience: I was as nervous as you could be, I needed 4 teeth pulled, 3 wisdom and 1 front tooth. Until this day I never even had a IV in my arm, this staff is AMAZING. Jen is the nurse who did my IV she’s so gentle I never felt a single thing. Dr Arnold is very good and fast. This entire visit only took 30 mins or so and I never felt ANY pain, I got the IV Sedation and it was the best money I’ve ever spent. I struggled with a cracked tooth for 7 months please don’t be me, go get it fixed and go to vista dental.

Fantastic experience: After years of not going to the dentist because of anxiety I finally went and got a referral to get my wisdom tooth removed. I went to Dr. Arnold still very nervous to get this tooth that’s been driving me crazy removed. The office was beautiful and clean, the receptionist was amazing at getting me a price so I could be financially prepared, and they got me in so quickly the day after I called. My appointment was for 9:30 I got there at 9am and they took me back right away. They went over everything for me and had me out within the hour. It was quick and thorough. Overall it was a good experience especially with someone with dental anxiety.

Especially Nurse Jennifer, thank you for all the laughs and keeping us feeling good about this procedure right before Thanksgiving. My daughter is recovering beautifully and so fast with the PRF procedure. I got a check up call today from Jennifer and let her know as much as I could that we appreciated her and all the staff at Vista. I wish they could be my dentist office all the time. Dr. Arnold explained everything to me and what to expect. I need to have some teeth extracted at my next appointment. His staff were also nice and very helpful. Looking forward to seeing them again. UPDATE: Had my extractions done on 11/12/2025. Once again staff was so nice. Assistant and nurse explained everything that they were doing while prepping me. I was sedated, therefore I didn't feel or hear anything. Next thing I know dr was finished and assistant was wheeling me to truck where my husband was waiting for me. Didn't have any problems at all. On 11/19/2025 staff called to see how I was doing. I recommend this office to anyone.

I appreciate them being in network with Tricare and for being able to get me an appointment within the week. Him and his assistant helped me calm down during the procedure so I could be done. As a plus, I got a chapstick for the post-op dry lips and a reusable ice pack. Super thoughtful. Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: Patient with the amount of worry and anxiety I had. Although irrational they did not judge. The Dr was quick. The nurses were all so incredibly friendly. I would recommend vista to anyone and will definitely be back if I need anything else! Would also like to add that along the way, with insurance, consult, getting in quickly. Everything was so smooth. Everyone was constantly so nice. They truly made me feel so comfortable. They checked in along the way with appointment reminders through phone call. Not just text/email. Being able to get me in so quickly for a consult and surgery was really great. The doctor taking seriously a particular issue I had from a front tooth injured bc of a car accident, was… I’m just so thankful. It had caused me horrible never pain for a year and a half. Him removing that will allow me to get a bridge and implants now! I can’t thank him and his staff enough!

Fantastic experience: Staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. The waiting area and restroom was very clean and they offer coffee or tea that you brew in the refrigerator and they have free water as well in the refrigerator. The staff brought out games for my young boys to play and keep busy with. Negative experience: I schedule an appointment a month ago with their periodontist. I specifically said I need the periodontist and may need a gingival graft. They received my referral form last month that specified it wad for a periodontist. Today they called to say they do not have and have never had a periodontist… yet they have one on their website and scheduled me when I said I needed to see a periodontist? Then when I said I wanted a refund for the fee they charged me to schedule- she had the audacity to say they could refund me if I would like. Why would I not want a refund when they scheduled me for a service they do not provide and have now wasted a month of my time??
