She is so knowledgeable, kind, and genuine, and truly listens to your concerns. The staff is always cheerful and patient with my three littles. Our insurance isn’t accepted, so we pay out of pocket, but we happily do because we love Dr. Hubbard and her team that much! ❤️

Positive experience: As a loyal patient of this practice for years, I have consistently appreciated its professional, high-quality staff. The Providers and my longtime hygienist (Mallory) have always been top-notch and proactive to my dental care. Last week, I underwent minor dental work to address an issue, but the repair unfortunately did not hold, requiring me to return for a correction. During today’s visit, I was informed of a better alternative treatment. When I suggested the amount paid previously be applied toward that option, the office manager entered the room to immediately frame the situation as though I should have known of the other option, itemizing which funds could and could not be returned, all while portraying the accommodation of them fixing this issue as a favor. Her condescending and patronizing manner was disappointing, especially given my long-standing relationship with this practice.

Fantastic experience: Initial Consultation : Family Dentistry in more ways than one. I was treated by the owner's son. Laser works well below the gum line to remove stains (coffee in my case) without the grinding of a typical dental dremel or poking around with sharp objects. Thanks to a very efficient support staff, I was out of the chair in less than 90 minutes

Fantastic experience: In for routine Hygiene Appointment , as always met with lots of smiling faces and always on schedule .Mallory took great care of my changing dental needs ! Lots of good recommendations to battle with Dry mouth issues ! Also met Dr Kakadia , who is filling in For Dr Hubbard for a couple of weeks . The entire Team truly cares about you as a patient & everyone delivered a 5 Star service. Mikala gave me a warm welcome as I entered as well as on the phone. The office is extremely clean, calm & beautiful inside & outside they had a soothing fountain. Jordan did a great job as she took my comprehensive X-rays & talked me through each pictures. Dr. G was so warm & welcoming & explained everything in detail plus I was impressed with all of the updated exam procedures. I’m usually nervous but I felt relaxed the entire visit. Carrie gave me a very thorough cleaning and like everyone else, welcomed me with a smile, explained the cleaning, was gentle yet very thorough. Fantastic experience: Broken tooth from eating popcorn. They got me in to see Dr.Greg early next am .Temporary crown placed with Morgan's assist. Will get permanent crown in couple weeks. All involved were professional, pleasant,courteous & efficient. 1/7/25 Routine cleaning with Carrie--did a very thorough cleaning. She & Dr. Hubbard were friendly, courteous, yet professional. They answered all my questions. Front desk staff were very helpful--filed my insurance electronically. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: I came in expecting the usual dentist experience: mild fear, awkward small talk, and someone asking me questions while both my cheeks were being held hostage by dental instruments. Instead, I walked into a comedy club/spa hybrid. The team was hilarious! The front desk, the hygienist, and Dr. Greg himself. At one point someone canceled an appointment and I loudly suggested they call my wife to fill the slot and that they tell her I love her. They seemed willing to work with me, which I respect. The hygienist’s room even had this peaceful little water feature outside the window. Yes a water feature…complete with stonework and a water fall. For a moment I forgot I was at the dentist and thought I was getting a luxury wellness treatment…until someone started aggressively excavating my gums. And Dr. Greg? Surprisingly cool guy. I did learn he’s from Michigan, which was concerning at first, but the dental work was good enough that I’m willing to overlook that and give him another chance. Great people, great humor, and somehow the most relaxed I’ve ever been while trapped in a reclining chair under fluorescent lights. Would recommend to my wife and son.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hubbard performed a frenectomy on my infant, and she did a wonderful job. Very kind, professional, thorough, and explained her process so well. She also guided me through the exercises I need to do with my baby post operation, first by demonstrating and then by watching me try them. It was a great experience and I highly recommend her for any parent whose baby needs a tongue tie or lip tie release.

Fantastic experience: We used Dr. Hubbard for my 4m/o daughter’s tongue & lip tie. Dr. Hubbard was great with my daughter during the consult; she was kind & compassionate, & she took the time to explain the process to me in detail. Her kindness & compassion flowed over into the procedure, & her skill was demonstrated in the success of the procedure. We cannot recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: After going to 3 other dental practices, I began going to Dr. McDermott's. He was an excellent dentist, and I was kind of sceptical when he sold his practice to Dr. Jordan.
