The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The cleaning went well, and I appreciated the care and attention they gave me. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend Aspen Dental in Lehigh to anyone looking for a dental office that makes you feel welcome and taken care of!

Negative experience: I had an appointment for a cleaning with this location. My appointment was rescheduled last minute 3 times. I work for a living so I requested the last appointment of the day, as this is the only time I can come in. They proceeded to schedule me and a day before the appointments they call me to push it out 3 weeks (3 separate times). On the last call, the girl tried to insinuate I didnt have dental insurance, even though she clarified the name of it on the call and I offered to send them a picture of the card. They then proceeded to tell me they dont accept my insurance. A quick look on their website and they show that they accept my insurance. Extremely uneducated and unhelpful staff, please do better.

The team is exceptional , specially Dayani Hermida , she is a sweetheart , Very comprehensive, compassionate , Professional and helpful ,In reality the best Experience ever . Thank You Aspen Dental team for giving me a chance to recuperate MY SMILE . Fantastic experience: The people at the Lehigh Acres office are nothing short of wonderful. I was hesitant at first to use Aspen again because my dentist in Titusville left a lot to be desired. ALL of the people I have had contact with in the Lehigh office has made me feel comfortable and heard. All the way down to asking if I wanted a blanket and then not just handing it to me but actually covering me with it. Highly recommend this Aspen!

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant experience each of the girls were experienced, personable, and caring. Dayani and Vivi were so sweet, patient and genuine. Dr. Soto was gentle and very uplifting. Thank you to the staff for all they do.

Negative experience: They try to milk you for the little money that you have they sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy and they didn’t even order it when i was supposed to start taking it yes they may “help” financially but they will say you need more work done than what you had planned.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't be more pleased! I came in for a new patient appointment postpartum and worried my dental health took a turn due to mental health concerns! Prior to this appointment I came in with my infant and immediately was told due to X-rays I couldn't be seen- NO WORRIES! I was taken back and given a Saturday appointment. The young lady as so kind and squeezed me in ( I can't thank her enough) My hygienist Amir was so kind and so educational and actually took the time to explain what I needed and why! Dental degradation runs in my family so I prioritize my oral health! The office manager Dayani was so so kind. Taking the time to explain my treatment plan and get the care I needed. Dr. Patel was very supportive and thorough about my filling. Made sure I was numbed and it took all of 30 mins... I've had fillings take hours. She took 30 mins!! As a new mom I rarely have time for myself! They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed for myself! The ENTIRE STAFF was warm, attentive and efficient! I'm so glad I decided to come in and get a second opinion and my annual done!

Fantastic experience: After 60 years, yes 60 my dentures are on the bottom broke. I was a bit leery about having a new set because the ones I had never had a problem ever. From the minute, I walked in the staff was friendly. I was a fellow in the lab that came into assist. Alexa was friendly, and Alexa herself was amazing.. She came up with the idea of how to fix my teeth so they would feel comfortable as the old. I walked out of that place very very satisfied. Alexa herself deserves a raise or promotion both. Thank you all for treating me so kindly and making me happy.

Fantastic experience: All the staff are caring,friendly and really awesome. They made both my appointments smooth. My Hygienist (sorry I forgot his name) and Dr. Patel Who did my filling was so accommodating .They let me stay in my powerchair while they we're working on my teeth. Thank you so much

Negative experience: Worst experience in my life. This place is a total scam with sales people playing the roll of medical care givers. I have perfect teeth. 46 years old never a single cavity. They lied and told me that I had to cavities and severe gum disease. They attempted to sell me 1000$s of dollars of services and treatments. My fiance who went there had a Spanish last name and because they thought she could speak Spanish she had her entire visit in Spanish even though she can't speak Spanish. She was clueless as to what was happening as was I. I suggest you all Google Aspen dental as I did and see the many class action lawsuits currently going on with Aspen Dental.

Fantastic experience: Everything went smoothly despite how busy they were, and everyone was extremely kind and professional. Dayani, in particular, made the process much quicker by making sure I received everything I needed quickly. She was also very friendly and helpful throughout the experience.

Negative experience: The staff was wonderful however they work for a company which demands a push for sales. I was interested in new dentures only and felt pressured to agree to much more. Had it not been for the high pressure sales I probably would have gotten dentures. My time was wasted on sales pitches. I went to Affordable Dentures and I was very happy.

She took the time to explain the treatment options and made sure we were comfortable during the entire time. The cleaning was Painless. The entire office is fantastic. They make you feel like family. They’re all about prevention, which is a huge relief. You can tell they care about your health. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I took my mom in for a dentist appointment. We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Soto, Aspen office located in Lehigh acres. The office staff was incredibly welcoming and got her checked in right away. The facility is spotless, modern, and very calming. Dr. Soto and the dental hygienist were gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which really put me at ease. Fantastic experience: Aspen Dental in Lehigh Acres is my go-to dental clinic for routine exams and anytime I need specialized care. The entire office is so friendly and professional with treatment planning. I had to stop by without an appointment because I cracked my tooth when I was eating lunch and they took me in right away. Dr. Patel is hands down the best dentist I’ve come across! She takes her time explaining what she’s doing during the procedures and she saved my tooth instead of extracting it right away. I felt extremely comfortable from the moment I sat in the chair to the moment I left. Dr. Patel, you’re a life saver! 10/10 clinic, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Called several dentist offices for an emergency extraction. Finally decided to call Aspen and got me right in. My procrastination in calling was price. They accept insurance and from the first time I stepped in the door I felt comfortable. Everyone I saw that day was extremely professional & non judgmental. I was so scared because of a very bad experience I had a few years ago. Yes it’s a bit expensive (maybe) but what isn’t. To summarize-go to Aspen on Lee Blvd. And you will be treated with respect & empathy. I will be returning for further treatment. I no longer have fear of going to get dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: I had a great visit. I knew I would need multiple visits but with demanding travel schedule, I also knew it would be a challenge. The team here worked with me to get everything set up and scheduled as needed. Incredibly efficient but also personalized. Every interaction from the desk, to Amaury the hygienist, Nia the Assistant, Dr. Patel and Nicki with billing. Great work and I’m looking forward to going back.

I was seen by Emily, and she was honestly amazing, super friendly, quick, and very helpful throughout the entire visit. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and kept things moving without making me feel rushed. It’s not always easy to find a dental office where you feel both cared for and in good hands, but this was definitely one of those places. I would absolutely recommend this location.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. This was nothing like a typical dentist visit. I specifically scheduled my appointment for a cleaning, but after arriving, I was told they do not perform cleanings the same day as the exam. I’ve never experienced that before at any other dental office, and it was not clearly communicated ahead of time. I ended up spending about two hours there for an exam that felt like a waste of time. The dentist was unable to identify the source of my tooth pain, which was frustrating, especially since it’s already on my treatment plan with my regular dentist. I only switched to this office to avoid driving all the way to Miami, but unfortunately, it was not worth it. On top of that, I was told I needed a “deep cleaning” that would cost around $1,000. I go to the dentist regularly, so I seriously question whether that was necessary. The one time I previously needed a deep cleaning, it was nowhere near that cost, and I have the same insurance. Overall, I would not return to this office and would not recommend it to others.

I walked out of the office after my procedure with a full set of new teeth! And I have to say honestly my pain level is very minimum! Thank you everyone who helped me get my smile back!!

Negative experience: This review is for Aspen dental in general, very unreliable service, my insurance have them listed as "providers" for all ages. I called and set up an appointment, and they scheduled my daughter. Right before the appt. I get a text from the dental office, letting me know that they appt had been cancelled because their doctor doesn't see patients under the age of 16. Ok, that's fine, I called them to reschedule, and again, the clueless scheduling department apologized for the inconvenience and now rescheduled my daughter for a a different office in Ft. Myers. The day of the appt arrived, I had to be there with my daughter at 8 am, but at 7:10 am. They again text me to cancel the appointment because the other doct6they have in that new office also don't see patients under the age of 16. This is ok, but the simple fact that the scheduling department is clueless about all of this, and that they keep trying to reschedule my daughter for new offices is very unprofessional. I was planning on going there because my insurance have them listed as providers, but now I'll just find a new provider for my daughter and the entire family.

Positive experience: They were all really nice, which is good considering they wanted almost 1700 to pull one tooth . They gave me a "discount" by taking the 300+ xray off then another 400 off because I was about to walk out. I guess I understand they "have" to do a bone graft. Idk so if you dont get ripped off already paying dental insurance prepare to pay 1000 to pull a tooth if your lucky. This isn't anything to do with the employees, they were great.

Negative experience: Super expensive! Just for arriving on time for my appointment, they rescheduled it for later or another day. The receptionists told me I needed to fill out some documents, which I completed in 5 minutes. What was the reason for rescheduling, just for 5 minutes? My appointment was at 1:45 pm, I arrived right on time, and the new appointment was at 4:30 pm. I think it was a huge overreaction.

Fantastic experience: The lady who did my teeth cleaning was very nice, as she had great communication skills with a bright smile. Moreover, the people at Aspen Dental are reasonable and can work with your schedule when it feels inconvenient, offering a suitable date within your means. I've just started going there, and from what I can see, at least to my knowledge, the prices aren't too outrageous. Maybe I haven't undergone a major procedure yet that requires an overly high price. But so far they great, great customer service I highly recommend you come here and see for yourself

Positive experience: If I’m being honest the wait time is a little long and is more expensive than other practices however in my opinion it’s worth it I absolutely loved Dr. Patel she was so sweet and very talkative with me she made me feel really safe and her assistant Viví is amazing I adore her. She also was such a vibe she didn’t make the environment feel like it was a clinic she made me feel like if I was a long time friend. I will definitely be back because of them, they were truly amazing. I was there for 4 hours because I had quite a few cavities and a deep clean but it honestly went by so fast because the girls would engage with me and made me feel at home!
