Negative experience: Tried two different locations both had me in a waiting room over an hour after my appointment time before a doctor comes in (waited a week to hear back about an xray, when I had copy of it in 2 days) not the best medical service I have encountered.

Negative experience: They advertise walk-in appointments, but we can almost never get a pediatric appointment—or when we do, it always takes a long time. The pediatricians and assistants are great and attentive; however, some of the reception staff aren't friendly at all. They seem not to care about the patients. I’ve come in as a walk-in a few times, and they always keep me waiting for a long time.

Fantastic experience: There are not enough words to put Ronald (hope I remembered his name correctly), phlebotomist, on a pedestal and even higher! He is a genius with excellent quality and customer service skills. Wowee!! I had blood drawn, which is nearly impossible even with 2 bottles of water beforehand, this morning at the Lehigh Acres facility. Walked out of there with no pain and a huge smile! He cares and was so very careful!! Thank you - he's the best!

Positive experience: I was seeing in a timely manner in and out for an exam in 37 minutes. The front office was nice. However I qualify for the highest discount that they offer on the sliding scale program and I was shocked at the prices… $50 for an exam and $200 for each filling! How is that affordable for anybody? I couldn’t believe that this was the highest discount that they offer so for all the feelings that I need it would cost me about $1400 on top of it, you don’t get a full service office. They do not prescribe any anxiety medication’s or nitrous for any reason no matter what. You can go to a top-tier dentist And get a filling for the same price This is not very helpful at all for a low income situation

Negative experience: if i could give it 0 stars i would, the dental part was horrible, the dentist told me i had 14 cavities, it was an old hispanic lady with grey hair, i trusted them and let them treat 12 of them; because i moved to another state, once i went to a new dentist office they told me i had 0 cavities and really healthy teeth, then i got a second opinion and my x rays showed no previous signs of decays, so the 14 cavities were a lie they just drilled my teeth for money

Negative experience: Tried to give this place another try and man do they disappoint. Recently diagnosed with a medical condition and had to be referred out to a specialist. When I called the specialist a week later to see if they received my referral, of course they did not. I called the authorizations department and DIANA was no freaking help but what’s new. She told me “it takes time for them to pull it but we sent it” even though I spoke to the specialist and they HAD NOT received my referral. If something medically goes wrong since being diagnosed I have informed my family to sue the whole corporation for malpractice. Absolutely the WORST medical provider in all of southwest florida. If you call they will place you hold and never come back to the phone or even better they just blatantly hang up on you. They never have any appointments available and will cancel appointments without notice to the patient. DO NOT GO TO THIS PROVIDER !!! You are better off going to a private practice.

Negative experience: My son has been seen here since sometime last year. I recall when we first went, we were told his teeth were in very good shape for his age (8), compared to what they are used to seeing for that age group. They said typically kids that age have a significant amount of cavities, and have to get fillings, crowns and such. Then, I also recall them in the next visit telling me he has 6 cavities, most of which being on baby teeth. They talked about scheduling to come back in for them to paint his teeth with a black dye substance that helps to slow down a cavity from worsening. We scheduled for one of the adult teeth to be filled not too long after. My son doesn’t do too well having to sit still or with doctors. He jerked, causing the dentist to slip and catch his lip with the needle. I get that. But his tooth isn’t but so big with him being a child and all. She seemed to have drilled quite a bit of his tooth, in my opinion. Then, they did have a heck of time trying to pack it because again, my son doesn’t do well sitting still. They maybe could have handled him and his uneasiness a bit better, but I didn’t say anything about it though bc I know how he tends to be a bit much to have to deal with in this respect at times. We all did the best we could though. He has had sensitivity in this tooth ever since, which upsets me very much so. Moving on… they recommended to have the remaining 5 cavities filled at a dental surgeons office in Ft Myers so he can be put under since he cannot sit still without freaking out. That appt was today. It was for the evaluation. The surgeon said his teeth are healthy looking and that he will not put a child under general anesthesia for minor surface cavities. He said they are on baby teeth (he will lose them soon anyways), on the surface, and nothing to be too concerned about. He said as long as we continue to care for his teeth as we have been, he will be just fine and there is no need to mess with his teeth. Oh. And I can also relate to some of the other reviews in regard to the appt situation. We have arrived early every time and was left sitting there for an hour or longer, watching others who come in after us be seen first. One time, they almost forgot about us. We were the last ones left waiting in the lobby one time. If I didn’t say something, I bet they never would have called us. I find this odd too, considering the amount of staff they have there. I feel like the large number of people working there and lack of communication may be the issue with that. We are livinga in a really scary generation of medical “professionals” nowadays. I have to go to medical and dental school myself just to make sure I know these doctors know what they are doing. You cannot trust anyone out here with your teeth, health, etc. I can see why some folks don’t like being seen by anyone. Just have to be vigilant and discerning. One last thing… I went in last week to sign off on getting his records sent to me so I can go back and track all that was said and done during these visits, right? No one asked me for my ID or insurance card to verify who I was. This was a bit concerning to me. I m sure they can match my signature up to what they may have on file, but still. You know?

Negative experience: OBG/ Women’s Health - Don’t come to this place. You wait for hours to be seen, and sometimes your appointment gets canceled due to a lack of doctors. There is no empathy for patients.

Negative experience: Worst place to follow up with pregnancy and worst customer service justifies everything. They do a really bad job. This place is not recommended for pregnant women.

Fantastic experience: I love the doctors and all the staff,real patient and sweet. The vibe of the building is nice. Real worth it!

Positive experience: Their wait times could improve but the providers are kind and they seem to communicate well within the different departments. I use Women's Health/OB services.

Negative experience: Was skeptical about coming here due to low reviews, however we went. While the nurse was taking my partners bloodwork, she had in BOTH airpods, and was talking ill about another coworker during the entire process. Though the bloodwork went by fast, this was entirely inappropriate and honestly dehumanizing. You are on the clock, working a job that involves NEEDLES and blood and you couldn’t be bothered to show attentive care to your patient? Mind you, this is at 8am, meaning the place had JUST opened, so maybe benefit of the doubt could POTENTIALLY be given if this were to occur later in the day, but this just shows a history of negligence. Shame on this facility for allowing employees like this to work, and shame on the other employee who partook in the talking down of the other worker, and didn’t tell the nurse to remove her airpods and pay attention. Will be taking this up to the corporate level.

Negative experience: They schedule more patients than they can see and it’s a long wait for a rushed visit in the Women’s Department.

Negative experience: I went there some time ago for a dental check-up. They took pictures of my teeth, which was necessary for the “professional” to make a diagnosis. She came in and very quickly told me that I had four cavities—just like my sister, who was with me but in another room. That meant we would need to pay about $100 for each one. I don’t remember exactly, but that was the reason we decided to go to another place to see if we really needed to get those fillings, to get another opinion and make sure. It turned out that neither of us had cavities; they just recommended that we use dental floss. So far, I haven’t experienced any issues with my teeth. Because of this experience I gave them only 1 star.

Fantastic experience: Very Nice, Clean, The Staff Are Amazing And Sufficient

Negative experience: Billing department is completely incompetent. Waiting nearly 4 months for my refund and I’ve called so many times it’s crazy. They have no address and only a phone number that says ‘Verizon number cannot be reached’ when it rings out. Can’t leave a message nor can you email them. The manager is very rude, does not accept blame for her employees screwing up my refund and actually tried to blame me even though I don’t work in the office? If you need to receive a refund, good luck. Even the offices say they can’t reach their own billing department because they never pick up the phone. Considering switching my daughters offices because of this awful experience.

Negative experience: You should be prepared to spend the day there. When you go for a scheduled appointment they never see you on time. It may be 5 hrs. before you are seen, past the time you were scheduled.

Fantastic experience: Dr Smith is amazing, my daughter is neurodivergent and doesn’t do well with change very well, we moved from Cape to Lehigh and changed doctors to Dr Smith and she absolutely loves him. I have had nothing but great experiences with them.

Negative experience: I came in to women’s health 10 minutes before my appointment time receptionist tells me to sign in and asks for my name and appointment time then tells me to sit. I wait about 50 minutes, ask receptionist how much longer it’ll be, she looks confused asked me for my name and appointment time again, then proceeds to tell me that she forgot to check me in, sorry but that regardless the doctor hadn’t come in that day so my appointment had been canceled all with a face that says she doesn’t give a junk! I call their general number and again sorry we can schedule you in a month and that’s that! One too many negative experiences with FHC, I recommend go anywhere else but there! Very rude and disrespectful people!

Fantastic experience: My Family been there for my kids , my wife and for my self.they always offered us the best treatment , also they are extremely professionals.

Negative experience: I went here for a serious problem I was having concerning my health i scheduled my appointment a month in advance I was treated as if I was a problem I payed cash for my appointment the lady would randomly stop checking me in on the computer she would stare at me periodically as if she was upset.. i thought maybe there was a problem or she needed more information when I ask she said “no” then she would go back to checking me in.. I felt uncomfortable and nervous as it was my first time at this place.. When my appointment was over I was rushed out and told where to pay by the lady yelling and pointing and saying “just go over there” she would watch me as if she thought I was gonna run out. People here are very rude and unprofessional.

Negative experience: Imagine your appointment is at 8:15 then it’s 10 o’clock you are still in the lobby waiting. When I go talk to them, they just tell me oh we only have three doctors and they are behindit’s none of my business just don’t over schedule people. Finally, you got call just to be seating again in the hall way after your vitals are taken because no available rooms. It’s 10:37 I’m still waiting to be seen just for an X-ray results. It’s time for me to find another pediatrician for my kids!

Negative experience: No wonder the overall rating is low below and below the acceptable raiting My name is Ramon Gradiz and writing this review in behalf of my wife Criseyda Hurtado who she have an appointment today at 10:45 AM and as of this time 12:35 she has not been attended; she did not reviewed all the postings reviews before she chooses this entity for a medical group!! After waiting for my wife for such a long period of time I finally asked the service personal for my wife’s status and asked them the reason of why she has not being attended she stated the simple because there were patients with different conditions that needed longer periods of time to be attended and they were running behind!! Was then when I decided to go over the reviews and came across the real reason “TIME MANAGEMENT AND ATTENTION TO PATIENT “ is extremely poor! For what I suggest to future and possible patient go to the reviews before make a decision !!!

Negative experience: I would give them 0 star. I scheduled appointment as new patient since april and they only had availability for september so i took it. They just called me now 1 week before my appointment to say they had to cancel it, after i had been waiting 5 months for this appointment it is a slap in the face, very unprofessional. I will be looking for another office for primary care.

Negative experience: Every time I call to request refills, I'm told "well my computer says" ...and ends up in an argument! My bottle is empty and says 'NO REFILLS' and the pharmacy has 0 as well ! No wonder I have high blood pressure! >:( It should not be this difficult to get refills

Negative experience: Man listen to this, I give my newborn son Kendamil , that milk is amazing, I went to this place because my son was crying and couldn’t poop, THE MANAGER OF PEDRIATIC said it was the milk and I ask her to ask the doctor, she came back and said my doctor said it was the milk and suggest me to change it for cheap Enfamil, today I went back to the doctor and the doctor said it was not true, THE MANAGER NEVER ASK THE DOCTOR, My doctor even told me that thats the milk he gives his daughter , I wish that manager lose her job man

Negative experience: During my 1st trimester I kept getting my appointments rescheduled. I also had bv/yeast infection for a couple months and told my doctor(s)/nurse(s) about it but I never received any help; my issue wasn't being taken seriously. Had to go to the hospital to get some good care because it was getting bad. Stopped going to my prenatal checkups because the lack of help I was getting but was told by the doctor at the hospital to go back for babys sake. So I did and they asked why I stopped coming in and when I told them exactly why they gave me attitude. "If it bothers you so much take the prescription the doctor at the hospital prescribed you," ... nah duh.

Negative experience: Lehigh acres dental is a joke my child had an appointment at 9 am arrived at 8:47 am. Every patient that came in after was seen before my child. I waited until 9:45 am and still was not called. I walked out. I am trying to understand how that is possible however I have found another dentist if I could give 0 stars I would no respect for patients time

Negative experience: I am waiting for 1 hour to be called i. For blood work. Apparently there are so many I need that it take more than 1 hour to print the labels? Everybody comes and goes and I am still here missing work and meetings. I am less than impressed. It is absolute incompetence or racism I am in minority now

Positive experience: Staff and Doctors all super friendly and great bed side manner. Beautiful facility. New and clean. One stop shop. Adult medicine, pediatric medicine, Obgyn, vision and labs all done in same facility. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the wait times are outrageous, but the cleanliness and awesome staff make up for it!

Negative experience: Today I took my son out of school for an appointment they made and was turned away saying the apt was too early even though it was his 6 yr check up so they scheduled me for when he would be 7 which makes no sense. The only reason I still go there is because this the doctor'e office his insurance company assigned him. They refuse to pronounce my kids names right, routinely make you wait a half hour or more in the waiting room, and cancel appointments even after you've confirmed AND registered days earlier online. No accountability, no managers no way to make a complaint. Magically my son's health insurance booted the Family health centers of South Florida umbrella corporation from the network and I have a.nee provider for my kids. So super pleased with the Lee Physicians Group.

Negative experience: Crystal the receptionist in the women’s center, has a lying problem. She cancelled my appt after I drove 45 min away for it and claimed she called to inform me, but I didn’t answer. I showed her my call log and there were no missed calls from them. I asked to see her call log & she refused to show cause she was lying and was embarrassed to admit she messed up. Then told me I had GD and that’s why a midwife can’t see me, only a doc can. I informed her I do not have that and she did some searching and figured out quickly I in fact do not have GD. Little girl had patients all confused. Thankfully the number she gave me to give a complaint on her, also scheduled me for an appt the same day at the summerlin office and they made sure my baby was good! It makes sense why she’s only a receptionist, with that attitude and ignorance she’ll never have a real career. Poor girl. Do better.

Negative experience: Not good experience!!! All the time is a problem. Doctors not working at the office anymore and parents never been notified, and this happens frequently, in 3 years 4 different doctors. Change to a new Doctor with the insurance is easy the problem is at the Doctor office waiting 3 days or more they update the change. I imagine I should take my son to the emergency room so he can get medical attention faster. The treatment of the people who answer the phone is terrible. This has been my experience with this doctor's office.

Negative experience: If you’re pregnant and you really care about your little one don’t go there cause they don’t care about you or your unborn child. I went there on October 2nd and the gave me an appointment for November 2nd so day before the appointment they called and told me that they gonna have to reschedule me for the 9th cause the doctors not gonna be here I said ok. The day before the 9th they called me again and told me the same thing. So they put me for the 14th of November. November 14th they called me again and told me they gonna have to reschedule me again for the 27th of November. So today November 27th the called me again to reschedule cause the doctor not here I was over it so I hang up the phone. Cause this is ridiculous..

Negative experience: Horrible place and OBGYN. Dr. Natalia Barrientos Santillan is rude and obviously does not care about the well-being of her patients. She not only yells at them to diet, but does not reassure them their child has a heartbeat or is okay. She literally will hand you papers then throw them to the father of your child with no explanation. Do better and take your attitude somewhere else. Just because your a doctor, does not give you any right to treat people like trash. Reminder to never book for Dr. Natalia Barrientos Santillan! UPDATE: She has proven to be even worst! She revealed the gender of a baby without asking the mother whether she wanted to know. There was literally a gender reveal party next week. Piece of trash, looks nice on her photo but is a horrible person. Karma will do its thing.

Negative experience: This place is the worst I was taking some medication and I got pregnant I went to this place to see a doctor just to ask if was able to continue my pregnancy or if this medication can cause some birth defects and i have to interrupt the pregnancy they told me I need to wait until I was 11 weeks pregnant so they can see me. I told them I just need to know if I can continue the pregnancy and the answer was the same. People are just stupid this days . I'm 5 weeks pregnant now.

Negative experience: Lehigh Acres Location. Wish there was the option to give ZERO stars. I am 25 weeks pregnant and in the past months they have reschedule my appointments several times in the last minute…And…Today's morning I had an appointment and I because was 15 mins late (due to the bad traffic) they refused to see me. Worth mentioning that there was no one else in the waiting room, only myself. They rescheduled my appointment and did not asked how I was feeling or anything which by they way I was not feeling good at the moment, so I wanted to talk to the midwife about it. Honestly, this is the last place you want to go to during pregnancy, if you have other options go there and don’t waste your time or risk your baby’s life. In this place they don’t care about people. They don’t care!!

Negative experience: My son is Autistic and I waiting for his cleaning like 6 months . When the day is show up.. they call me .they needing canceled. The appointment .Because they need refered to pediatric whatever. Why canceled after waiting so long . I talking in the office and I said . don't putting nothing with flavored in his mouse and everything is going good they doing other procedures to my son and he doesn't have any problems .they canceled because the cleaning doesn't want to doing .she even try. And for me she want to get away to doing .so be careful people they don't wants to doing and you don't have any appointments and nothing done

Negative experience: The place is very clean, the Dr that saw my daughter that day is excellent very respectful and informative, also the nurses were very friendly, but the lady at the front desk is rude and doesn't care about the patience.... there is not empathy in her.... the front desk personnel salud be better trained to a least be empathetic.

Always nice and clean, security and information desk in the front always say hi when you walk in (willing to help and answer questions) and wish you a good day when you leave. Appointments always run smoothly and in a timely manner. Love this place, schedule your appointments here with confidence!!

Fantastic experience: Even though it appears to be employed by Spanish people. I'm always in and out for my appointment. Plus it's a really nice building and everything is conveniently located in one place. Pediatric, lab, vision, adult health, gyn, dental all in one location. Bonus if your insurance is accepted there and they are within your network.

Fantastic experience: They actually have doctors there that care! That is hard to find down here! It means a lot!

Negative experience: I suffered a missed miscarriage that this office drug out for as long as humanly possible. It caused immeasurable mental anguish. On top of all of that their MA staff has the worst bedside manner and no care for humans, specifically Stephanie at this location. I have been a nurse for almost a decade and would never treat my patients how this place does.

Negative experience: Sad individuals working here. No one smiles, customer service is atrocious. How would they feel if they came into my hospital and I acted that way? Trust and believe they would make sure you don’t live it down. Get it together and teach your employees that smiling or saying please and thank you will go a long way.

Negative experience: Doctors are good, precise, they could spend a little more time with the staff and patient to let them know what situations are urgent and need attention, the office staff are not helpful, u have to explain the situation everytime u get on the phone. My son needs a lot of work done, the least they can do is call me to let me know when there is an opening available instead I have to go through the same ordeal explaining what I need and why I need it, they want me to call them every day or every other day to find out if they have openings available. It would make sense for them to call me and tell me when there is an opening so I can take it. After getting no where on the phone and frustrated I went to the office in hopes of talking to the office manager, was told she was with patient asked if I could wait for when she finished, was told she had to leave and she would call me. The front desk clerk approached me to help bc he recognized me from my phone calls and said he would try to help, they have a asap list that they call which I was not made aware of until he told me. I was hoping to get a phone call and am still waiting for from the manager. Will update when I here from them

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time or $$ going here, they are impossible to get ahold of….also the lady at the front was too lazy to fax over electronic copies to another dentist for my kids, so they charged me for new X-rays cause they couldn’t read them.

Fantastic experience: This building has been open I think maybe for a year year and a half it's a nice new building it's three stories you can get almost everything done here they have a in-house pharmacy they have an optometrist you can get glasses there as well you have adult health women's health you can get your lab work done you have pediatrics I believe there's a couple other things like mental health services and all that there it's so you can basically take care of most of your medical needs at this one building

Fantastic experience: Very nice building. They got us in quickly. Both the assistant and dentist were very professional and nice. I wish they did root canals however.

Fantastic experience: We had to take our grandson for a check up. Employees were all very nice. When we came out after the exam the waiting room STUNK!! It smelled like an outhouse! When we went back to order lenses for our grandson, the ladies working there were very helpful, kind and accommodating.

Negative experience: While this place is clean and the service is good. The billing system is off. I paid with a CC in full 190 and I get a random bill in the mail from them stating I owe them money. Which is inaccurate. I shouldn’t owe anything. I don’t know what kind of billing scam they’re trying to run but I’m not with it. Time to find a new DR off because that just blew me. Happens with my parents as well. They go in with insurance and next appointment it’s mysterious bill for something. If I already paid upfront there shouldn’t be any other bill coming to me.
