Positive experience: The ladies in back and everyone is so cool. But I’m just heated. I called twice for a tooth extraction. The first time the lady said she would setup my appointment to remove my wisdom tooth, all good. I call a 2nd time to verify and the lady said it was just down as a cleaning and that the doctor “may do my tooth extraction” so I figured okay maybe it’ll still get done: fast forward today I go, they clean my teeth, the doctor refers me to El Paso. How come nobody told me there was no wisdom tooth extractions? I’ve had one done before here so I figured maybe they would still do it but the fact that nobody told me and the lady says that “he may still do it” just to have nothing done and be referred all the way to EP is crazy. No communication there.

Fantastic experience: First time coming to this location and will keep my dentistry needs here. After a couple bad experiences with other dental places this is my all time favorite now. Every one was very nice and the dentist Amy Wang was extremely patient and very gentle and took her time to listen. The hygienist was also very nice and gentle. Over all very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: The staff was very helpful and but the main dentist seemed distant and setting his own mind and really didn't explore the problem of the senior citizen we brought there so we're seeking a second opinion but the actual staff was the the clocks in the front door and a lot of concern because the Senior citizen Center fell to get her on time so they gave us grace. Until she arrived

Negative experience: My appointment was at 8. I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes after giving my information then asked about my appointment status with the front desk lady. She said they would be with me shortly. I waited another 15 minutes and they called me back. I waited another 15 minutes in the back for X-rays. I finally got them and my cleaning but it was incredibly rushed. The lady only spent about 10 minutes cleaning my teeth. Then I waited another 15 minutes for the doctor to come look at my teeth. I finally left at 9:45. With only about 20 minutes of that whole time being spent with an actual person including xrays, cleaning, and dr exam. Everyone in the back is very nice but the wait was unacceptable and I felt like the actual service was very rushed.

Negative experience: I made an appointment to have my fillings done. They decided to change my appointment to an exam and cleaning only after I got there. I had my cleaning done at Southwest Family dental, they did ok, but the doc there wanted to pull all my wisdom teeth, so I came here for a second opinion. Dr. Park said nothing about my wisdom teeth. He refused to speak with me at all after taking one short look in my mouth! Totally unprofessional. Joe Park was extremely rude. He wouldn't treat my fillings before I got my root canal worked on. He refused to give me a temporary filling knowing it would be some time before i could have the root canal done! Then He gave me a prescription for Children's ibuprofen for the pain! 100mg/5ml!!! CHILDRENS!! I am 175lbs! No mistaken me for an adult!

Positive experience: I wasn’t planning on leaving a review because the back office staff as far as assistants, hygienists, doctors, and check-out on the procedure side, are excellent. They are friendly, professional, and consistently made me feel welcome. They are the only reason this is not a 1 star review. The front office, however, is a completely different experience. The greeting is almost always, “Do you have an appointment?” often without even making eye contact, followed by being told to sign in with little to no courtesy. Wait times have been consistently unacceptable. I was routinely seen an hour after my scheduled appointment, and on one occasion, I waited nearly two hours with a toddler. To make matters worse, I would be called up just to provide insurance information so it could be verified, usually 20 to 30 minutes after arriving. Managing appointments for five children is already a lot, and being required to repeatedly provide proof of insurance every six months made the process even more exhausting. Bringing up this issue once, it was insinuated that this type of concern is not a priority because many patients have government insurance. That mindset is disappointing and unprofessional. I ultimately chose to go elsewhere because the overall experience became too stressful. Only my 7yr old was still being seen here. While the wait time for my appointment last year was slightly better, the front office experience had not improved. It was still unfriendly, and insurance still had to be provided & verified on the day of the visit even after submitting insurance cards through their appointment confirmation link before the visit. Having worked in a medical front office myself, I know this can and should be handled in advance. Lastly, I called on 4/8/26 around 1 PM to ask a simple question about whether my 7yr old daughter had X-rays taken at her last visit and to confirm the date. I was refused that information because the person on the phone said they did not know who they were speaking to. There are professional ways to verify identity. This was not one of them.

Negative experience: You'll have as much success getting a return phone call by yelling out your window as you will leaving a voicemail (they don't answer the phone when they're open). In the one time they called me back, I liked Dr. Park who performed my initial exam and hygienist who performed my initial cleaning. But just like all Medicaid-accepting Dentist and MD's offices in Cruces I've found in the year+ I've lived here, administration is sadly subpar. I'll be old enough for Medicare @the end of this year, so I'll fortunately have a multitude more DDS/MD options!

Negative experience: Highly unprofessional and my experience with KidsKare nearly led to an unnecessary surgery. The communication here is a mess; the staff repeatedly tried to prescribe medication I am allergic to and gave inconsistent stories about the status of my prescription. Most importantly, I was told by an assistant that I had an infected wisdom tooth requiring immediate extraction, despite the dentist originally saying I just needed to use a Waterpik. A second opinion confirmed my teeth are perfectly healthy. Save your health and your money, avoid this place!

Next time along with the reminder I would like the opportunity to fill his paperwork out on line to make this visit even better.

Fantastic experience: Teeth cleaning was as thorough as I have ever experienced, although the part with the water blast was a little messy. The X-rays were more comfortable than I have had at other dentists. The fact that they could see me on very short notice was much appreciated.

Negative experience: I went to this dental clinic for a cleaning. After the cleaning, a corner of one of my teeth broke while I was still at the clinic. I immediately went back and showed them what had happened. It took two weeks before I could get an appointment with the doctor. When I explained the situation, they didn’t accept responsibility or believe me, and they were not responsive

Positive experience: I used to bring my children here and now I came here and I love it. Everyone's very friendly and there's no waiting around. Everybody gets their job done right?.

Fantastic experience: Had an excellent experience with my 3 year old. She did amazing due to having Dr.Garcia and great Assistant Jaime handle her teeth. Front desk staff is super helpful and very sweet along with all staff we interacted with.

Negative experience: Horrible had appointment at 3:30 waited 30 minutes till I realized they must have forgotten about me, 3 people walked in after me and got called in within 10 minutes while I was still sitting waiting. Been coming here for over 10 years and has always been this way I’m not sure if it’s just for me but I’m sure other people feel the same way about this. If I’m scheduled at 3:30 I want to be seen within 10 minutes just as the 3 people who walked in after me were.

Fantastic experience: Amazing appointment today made an appointment on Tuesday at my convenience everyone from the front desk to the dental hygenist and her assistant to the X-ray tech not to mention the Dr and his assistant got a cleaning and feeling along with an extraction pain less and quick as I am extremely terrified of dentist highly recommend very professional!!!

Positive experience: The service was really good! Everyone was really nice and friendly, brought my 2 year old in and they worked really well with her showing her everything letting her even touch it and hold on to the equipment as well and very patient with her. My only problem is that for a kids dentist they weren't even playing a kids show/movie on the tv it was the news and or some talk show and no toy or books etc there was just nothing for the kids to keep them distracted in the waiting area like you woulde think for a kids specific dentist

Negative experience: DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! I am so disappointed in this place! From the staff upfront to the dentist and dental assistants. Front staff is so disorganized. They don't know what they are doing. They are constantly making mistakes regarding my kids appointments. They schedule me in and then they call and confirm for a difrent date. They call me to ask why I didn't make my appointment while my kid is being treated in the back. Then the Dentist numbs my kids mouth all the way and then decides he will not treat him simply because my son ia crying. Of course he is going to be crying if you inject him before you allow for the nitrogen gas and numbing paste to take effect! A children's dentistry is supposed to specialize in children and yes children will cry sometimes so if you can't put up with children then go work at an adult dentistry!!!!

Dr Garcia great going over my check and crown treatment, checking my spot in my tongue. Great experience. Erika front office staff very welcoming and dealing with coming patients.

Fantastic experience: I actually met Dr. Park in El Paso while preparing for a golf tournament in El Paso. Total coincidence. After learning he was a dentist I shared with him that my personal dentist whom I liked had left the clinic in El Paso (which was not the best) and I was in need of lots of dental work. Dr. Park invited me to come to his Kids Kare clinic in Las Cruces. He told me he could take care of all my work in one day because they have their own lab. To be honest I was highly doubtful all the work I needed could be done in one day? Justifying my 5 star all I can truly say is that I was totally blown away by my 1st visit. 2 root canals and 3 caps in not even a full day. Something I've always dreamed of. Going to the dentist and having everything done in one trip. The technology is amazing. The attention to detail was first class. The staff was very friendly. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Park and the overall experience. I highly recommend Kids Kare in Las Cruces

I brought my son in who has autism by the way and Abraham made my son feel comfortable which is very important and Abraham was very understanding which I truly appreciate. Also Dr parks made my son feel comfortable as well which I also appreciate. I wish I could give y'all 10 stars if I could. It was definitely worth coming all the way from Alamogordo to Las cruces.They went above and beyond to see my son. I definitely recommend bringing your kids or any of your family here.

Negative experience: From scheduling the appointment, Margaret was extremely rude on the phone. Cleaning was okay. Poor service, felt very rushed after we finally got called to the back. The customer service is horrible. During my son’s cleaning about 3 of the staff members talked about 4 other patients in our room. They were more concerned about their schedule for the remainder of the day than the teeth cleaning job they were supposed to be doing on my son.

Negative experience: This is for the front office staff. I shouldn’t have to wait one hour to be seen . Bickering at the front desk was also notice. Very unprofessional. Mind you I’ve been coming here for 6 years, always the same long wait time. Im fed up!

Fantastic experience: My kid is autistic and fears the dentist, they made her feel comfortable and in control of all her treatment. She got two fillings and came out with a whole new perspective of the dentist. Highly recommend this place to anyone

Negative experience: One star for the good cleaning but service is awful. Spent an hour at each appointment for each family member waiting to verify insurance. Techs spent their whole time talking to each other and gossiping about others in the office didn't say hardly a word to me the entire time. Didn't even get an introduction.

Negative experience: The customer service is very poor. The girls in the front are very rude. When i have an appointment at 8am there should be zero reason i am waiting over an hour! They have zero consideration. And although the doctors are great the receptionist Ruined the experience.

Negative experience: Did not like the service received here and the staff apparently made follow-up appointments for my entire family without our knowledge + they have a cancellation policy. Not ok that appointments are made, you don't tell us about them but will charge us the cancellation fee if we don't show up. Will be driving to El Paso for my dental care instead.

Fantastic experience: I don't know how many people become fans of their dentist but they sure have the staff that is the bomb and amazing and the hospitality was way beyond.to be greeted with a smile an d by name is unheard-of now a days Dr. Appointments have always made me feel at home and not just the next patient never have I experienced such great service on a hospitality clinic. I will let my friends and family to come to Kids Kare that's for sure.

Negative experience: The facility is clean and looks great. Unfortunately customer service does not seem to be important to some of them. My young daughter is very nervous about dental procedures, and we have repeatedly told the staff this. She had an extraction scheduled with laughing gas, and my wife arranged for our other children to be watched so she could support my daughter. Only after my daughter was sitting in the exam chair did they let my wife know that they ran out of laughing gas. They said to keep wiggling it and reschedule the appointment. I do not recommend this office for nervous people. Their lack of communication wasted our time.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Park and Alexis were amazing with my little. So kind and patient. All the techs in the back, just extraordinary! A very special thanks to the ladies up front helping with scheduling our kids to accommodate our restrictive schedule.

Fantastic experience: Dr Park and his assistant Alexis are total rock stars. I have been really scared to go to the dentist. Alexis put me at ease and told me what the dentist was doing (root canal and crown) step-by-step. Dr Park is a very good dentist, and he is definitely my dentist from now on. He fixed a tooth that another dentist said had to be pulled. He cares about his patients, and that is really important to me. The reception staff is polite and caring. I recommend Dr. Park.

Negative experience: They clearly don’t care about others time or have any time management. If my appointment is at 9:30 to think I’d be helped atleast within 30 minutes. Its been an hour and a half and nobody cared that I was sitting here for that long without anyone calling me. Then when I finally say something they tell me, “Oh sorry you’re not due for an appointment it's too soon” After they called and texted saying I was past-due. Thanks for making me wait for nothing and not even telling me. Definitely will not be coming back.

Negative experience: Very disappointed that I got out of work early to go for my 4:30pm appointment and to be notified that the doctor left already. I'm shocked that they didn't even call me to notify me of whatever the situation was. They're good with calling and calling to confirm the appointment but then for them to forget about you and your appointment. I had to reschedule my appointment from April to May because of my work schedule and to be told "the doctor left already". I guess that's a sign to take my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I was literally blown away at the amazing customer service, compassion and care I received today. I went into the office and was treated with such love and understanding and such a professionalism that I would definitely highly recommend service to anyone in need of treatment. Dr. Scheib was professional and very sweet, addressed all my issues and worked very well and efficiently. Danielle, Cynthia and Maria were amazing! They truly warmed my heart. Negative experience: I highly recommend finding another office if you are having serious dental issues. This office is great for children who need basic dental cleanings and checkups and that’s about it. I have had pain under my crown for a while and pain on two of my molars and made two appointments to figure out what’s wrong because clearly something is and was told my crown was fine and I didn’t have any cavities or damage around my molars, the dentist just told me to stop chewing ice. I went to another dental office now that I have better insurance and they identified multiple issues and confirmed what I suspected was wrong with my crown and discovered two fractures in my molars that are in need of repair. The new dentist also informed me that another tooth I have that was knocked out when I played softball was dead and in need of treatment. The tooth is the one directly next to my crown which should have been noticed in the many x rays kids care took of my teeth but they never informed me that another tooth was dead and in need of repair. This office is always quick to call me to schedule cleanings for me and my kids but they definitely do not tell you what’s actually wrong with your teeth so you can improve your oral health.

Negative experience: I missed a couple appointments here and I called in because my wife had to go to work. Some lady threaten to get my insurance canceled because I had to cancel my appointment again she said that she was going to call my insurance company and have them cancel my insurance. She said Medicaid is canceling peoples insurance’s!!!!! She threatened to do that to me I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!! It was the lady that makes the appointments and changes them.

Negative experience: I had a crown come out. Dr park replaced it quickly, And said it would not last. It didnt because he did it wrong. After waiting amost 2 hrs, nothing wad done; then tried to convince me I needed a new crown. $700+. Did not trust him so I wrnt to Ben Archer And dentist there reset it with much more detail, and said it was permanently fixed!

Fantastic experience: Sometimes busy moms don't take time to do for themselves what is sometimes needed and financially it's not possible at times.. This weekend the whole side of one tooth completely broke off exposing black decay. I was in tears and so embarrassed to even smile.. I was very saddened.. I started searching for a dentist since I was new to being back in the area, and chose KIDSKARE FAMILY DENTISTRY located on Valley Drive in Las Cruces N.M. Words can not express the EXCELLENT BEAUTIFUL WORK their AMAZING DENTIST DR. PARK did on the broken tooth and a few other teeth!!!! His assistant Alexis handed me a mirror and I began crying seeing the AMAZING WORK HE DID.. The tooth looked SO BEAUTIFUL, such time and ARTISTIC ABILITY was taken to complete a filing to a couple teeth that looked like I had 2 brand new teeth when he was done!! I smiled and cried even more, my teeth looked beautiful!! MY HEART FELT THANK YOU goes out to DR. PARK, your work and care is AMAZING, and to ALEXIS his WONDERFUL assistant, and the AWESOME staff, ESPECIALLY the Cleaning Tech that cleaned my teeth, and Cynthia at the front desk, you guys are so friendly and AWESOME!! thank you so much!! GOD BLESS THE HANDS OF A DENTIST WHO REALLY CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENT AND HIS WORK DONE FOR THE PATIENT, and his wonderful staff...AMEN

Fantastic experience: I was seen yesterday for my yearly cleaning and X-Rays. Cynthia at the front desk was pleasant and checked me in to my appointment rapidly. Rebecca gave me the best dental cleaning I've ever had hands down. She was sensitive to my needs as I have extreme anxiety with dental care. She went the extra mile to reassure me through my treatment. She also knew how my medication directly impacted my dental health. She suggested Xylitol melts to help me at nigh. Dr. Park decided I needed prompt treatment for a couple of my teeth. He and his assistant Alexis performed the treatment right then. My x-rays were taken by Veronica. The films were flawless the first time. I will continue to go to this practice in the future. I received excellent service from this establishment. I am having to return to this dentist for multiple visits. Yesterday when I arrived Cynthia was very organized, she had my paperwork ready, she explained to me what I was signing and I was checked in without delay. She knew about my anxiety and asked about my comfort level with returning to the office. Rebecca took the time to stop and ask me how I was even though I wasn't there to see her. Dr. Park and his assistant Lama performed several fillings for me. They were prompt and professional. Today I returned for more fillings and the staff were prepared, accommodating, courteous and professional. Dr. Park and Lama took extra precautions to help me feel at ease with my dental care. I have one more appointment to attend and I have no doubt I will continue to receive consistent quality care from the staff at this establishment.

Fantastic experience: first of all. I came here just to get some stuff done for my baby. since she just became a year old. I made the appointment. well a few days before appointment I had issues with my teeth. worried I would not have time to get scheduled I just tried to ignore it. bad mistake. my mouth got infected and the best news here is when I went in for my daughter today (08-28-23) Cynthia was amazing, she offered to have me seen as well as my wife and baby all in one go, as well even without me asking. I was very happy as this meant I get help sooner than later with my mouth. I just want to say Thank you to all the staff there. But a huge special thanks to the ones who were there for me while my wisdom teeth got pulled. Cynthia, Lama, Rebecca, and Dr Park. They were very gentle with my and my family and took very good care of us. This is a dentist for the whole family. Thank you all again. I will see you again soon for my other side. ❤️

Fantastic experience: First time here for a cleaning. It was very clean & the staff was very friendly. Rebecca is the best hygienist! She was gentle and very through. The dentist was great and did everything in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience: Even though I’m an adult, this is the only dentist office I visit. Dr. Scheib is the only dentist I trust to take care of me and my teeth. I have an irrational fear of dentists that makes my heart race when I even call to make an appointment for myself or my kids. The staff here, like Helen and Vero, do everything they can to help. Maria, the hygienist, has a gentle bed side manor and is very thorough. So, if you’re like me, this is the place to take your teeth!

Fantastic experience: Was in and out fast scheduled for my kids to have a cleaning. Rebecca the hygienist cleaned both kids teeth was very good and informative super nice and friendly. Dr Park did the exams and explained everything he even did fillings on my daughter the same day. His assistant Alexis was nice and even answered my questions. Cynthia was super friendly when we checked in as well.

Fantastic experience: My son loves coming here. The Dr's here are amazing and make your child feel the most calm and comfortable before cleaning there teeth. To me it's the best dentist to come to in town.

Fantastic experience: We had a peaceful experience with this place! My daughter needed 2 root canals and crowns and she’s been dreading getting it done but she had a pleasant experience under the circumstances. The woman in the front, Cynthia, was very sweet and helpful. I forgot to confirm our 8am appointment and thankfully, she was still able to squeeze us in. I will continue to bring my babies here for all their dental care needs!

Fantastic experience: Hygienist Rebecca is the BEST! I've had a really dry mouth for years because of medication and using a CPAP (mouth tape helps, but not enough) and I used to wake up at least 5 times a night to drink water because my mouth was so dry. Rebecca told me about Xylimelts. They are littlxylitol tablets that stick to your gums (so you can't swallow them) and now I stick on 3 every night and my mouth stays moist all night !

Fantastic experience: Today I went for my cleaning my hygienist Rebecca was so upbeat and nice. We just laughed the whole appointment and my teeth feel so clean. Alexis was nice too.

Fantastic experience: I loved everything about this place except a slight snag with the first xray tech I had. However when i spoke up the rest of the staff handled it exceptionally! Went in for a cleaning as did my husband all of the staff from both was amazing! Handled all of our other dental work same day and very quickly!

Positive experience: I have gone to kidskare for years no problems except recently with the staff up front but after talking with them it seemed ok and in the back there is a fabulous hygentist who does her job very professional and the doctor is fantastic too hygentist name is Rebecca I would recommend her

Fantastic experience: I finally found a dentist office that I can stick with for my family and I, which is Kids Kare! As someone who has never liked going to the dentists because of horrible experiences, I finally found one that I really like. The front staff was very welcoming and helpful. The Hygienist Rebecca made my experience very comfortable. She was compassionate and made sure I was doing good the entire time. I highly recommend Kids Kare for everyone!
