Fantastic experience: My daughter recently had her wisdom teeth removed here and the team was incredible. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, they even called the next day to check on her and ask if we had any questions. The surgery was quicker than I expected and the nurse who brought her out post surgery made sure to help her all the way to the car after going through at home instructions with us. Great experience, would recommend!

Negative experience: Well, our dad is 90 years old and there weren’t any emergency services available to help him or alleviate the pain he was feeling from an infected tooth.His dentist’s office did nothing on the morning he drove to ask for help but refer him to Dr Pak and that office was not open, by that evening, the infection in his tooth spread and his pain was excruciating so he had to go to the Emergency Room for relief and to actually be put on antibiotics. No one in the dentist’s office had empathy or urgency for an elderly man who was actually admitting he was in excruciating pain.hard to imagine how much pain he was in by the time he said something and went to the ER? After that, multiple calls to your office resulted in total disregard and lack of urgency. So after waiting three weeks for Dr Pak to pull his tooth, it broke it off during the procedure. Dr Pak hit our Dad’s nerve at least three times while digging out the remaining broken shards of his tooth. The first time our Dad expressed these jolts of pain something should have been done. Instead of rushing him thru it. Then you sent him home with a prescription for extra strength Ibuprofen. If any medical history was even taken into account, besides his sheer age, you’d have known he has had a quintuple bypass and is on a lot of medications including blood thinners. He carries a list of medications with him 24/7. Did you ask for it? Did you ask his history? So why would you prescribe IB for a man in his condition? An appt that lasted 30 minutes start to finish doesn’t nearly seem like long enough to do a proper intake, give him Novocain and allow it to work, extract the tooth in multiple pieces and clean out the infected area that must presented in pretty awful condition after that many weeks. Also, our dad’s face (mostly below his mouth) is still completely numb/dead MONTHS after the procedure. Now our dad continues to bite the inside of his cheek because of the nerve damage. No, we are not at all satisfied with your lack of care or the lack of care from his regular dentist.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a consultation and I cannot express enough how awesome this place is. It started from the front desk (forgive me I forgot her name), she was very sweet and handled me and another patient respectfully. She was also very personable and answered questions that I had about billing. Next, was the oral surgeon assistant, she was amazing as well. She took my x-ray quickly and answered questions I had and was very kind. Dr. Hennessy was right about Dr. Pak he made sure to go over the procedure with me and made sure I didn't have any questions. I am happy I was referred to this place, my mind is at ease and I am ready to have my wisdom teeth taken out!

Fantastic experience: Just had my wisdom teeth removed. All 4 impacted bottom 2 coming in sideways. Very nervous about getting them out at 32 Years old: one minute I’m chatting with Dr Pak the next minute I’m getting wheeled out to the car in a wheelchair. The anxiety for days before hand was Worse than the procedure itself. Don’t push it off just get them done. Affordable too. Thank you!

Negative experience: The start was good, the finish was horrible. Went in for a consult, charged me $182. I had to have a biopsy and they laid out the costs and it was going to be $1600. I checked with my Insurance company and they said this procedure would be covered 100% as long as they billed it through my medical and not dental. The day of my procedure, they said I owed $7,000, only when I questioned it they then said it was $1,300ish. They want the money up front so I paid with my credit card, only to find out later that there was a 3% surcharge they never mentioned. After the procedure, I was told to USE my CPAP due to the medicine they gave me it could effect my breathing. The next morning I woke up and had a bruise all around my right eye. I took a picture and asked if this was normal. The office called back and said I should come in. Only to find out that I shouldn't have used my CPAP. Long story behind that. They finally billed my insurance under the medical, and credited me back 888.81 and not the 1300. After calling, texting and emailing them, I finally got a breakdown and speaking with my insurance company, they said I should've gotten all my money back. Way too much back and forth, and being in network, they should've reached out to the Insurance company for a pre-auth, and not had to have my wife and I go back and forth between our insurance and his Office. I would not recommend....

She left praising gis empathy and professionalism. The doctor is capable and his staff makes everything financially transparent.

Negative experience: This office charges a $180 consult fee if you need sedation for your procedure. This is relatively expensive, at least $30 more than a competitor in the region. Furthermore, when submitting the insurance claim for these sedation consults, the office uses an insurance code that isn’t commonly covered by most providers, making it an out of pocket expense. This is a tremendous barrier to care that I find shameful. I do not recommend this business.

I was brought into a room and she reviewed some more information the doctor came in explain what was going to happen. At every point I was asked if I had questions. The procedure itself was brief. I was given and explained the post op docs. She made sure I had no questions. I walked out the door 30 from start to finish. I have had little discomfort from the procedure. Fantastic experience: My name is Emileigh, Dr. Pak was absolutely amazing. I am very grateful for him. During my extraction I was very anxious and nervous because of how severe my tooth pain was. He was very patient and so calm and really helped me calm down. I wanted to be sedated due to fear. After he spoke with me I decided on just local anesthesia. I’m very glad I did. Completely painless other than the numbing. But even that he walked me thru it and it really helped a lot. 4 days after my gum where extraction took place feels incredible. He is outstanding at what he does and I’m very grateful and highly recommend Dr. Pak. Thank you again Dr.

Fantastic experience: 4 wisdom teeth, no problem for Dr. Pak. Took him 45 minutes and I got a great nap in. Been 8 Days since extraction, havent had a single second of pain. Thank you so much.

Negative experience: Location of novocainshots hurt the worst I've ever had. Mouth was sore for over a week. Would not recommend this practice.
