EVERYTHING about MINT including the aroma of this place is clean, inviting and upscale but not in a snobbish way. Jess, the receptionist, Jen, and Ginny, the two hygienists, are all warm professionals who go the extra mile to make their patrons feel comfortable and pampered. The equipment is state of the art which really made a noticeable difference in the comfort of the service they provided. My spouse and I are new customers at MINT and we didn’t know what to expect. Even though we have to travel an hour and a half to get there we are hooked! We bought a membership right away and are actually looking forward to our next appointments! Positive experience: Great experience both times. Treated me with care and I felt very comfortable. They have high ceilings that echo, which can be hard for people with sensory issues. They accommodated me with cotton balls. For me the scents were a little strong, but the people and the business itself is a 5 star.

Fantastic experience: I was very reluctant to switch from my dental practice in Massachusetts they are great at what they do & I would travel an hour to stay with that practice. BUT, after getting a cleaning with Mint "wow" they are fantastic, very thorough, professional, state of the art equiptment, and it ends with a lip treatment. The care Jenn took with me througout the process was even better than my previous dental practice. I finally found a place that is exceptional and am now a patient. Give them a chance you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Mint is a fantastic place to get your teeth cleaned! Every single hygienist stops to answer your questions and I’ve never felt rushed. My appointments are always on time, and they’ve always been extremely accommodating of sensory needs. They offer sunglasses, a heated neck pillow, and use an extremely quiet teeth polisher/brusher. They also take the time to clean my teeth with their hand tools after I asked to opt out of the water jet cleaner (ultrasonic scaler). Now when I come in they just start with the hand tools! They are constantly innovating and trying to use the best equipment available, and they’ve always been great about my insurance and using it to offer preventative coatings where possible. I always feel well educated and in control of my dental health when I visit. Their office is the opposite of clinical, and I highly recommend anyone looking for new dental care to try Mint first.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with whitening yesterday. I am a retired hygienist of 42 years. I have never been able to whiten my teeth due to tooth sensitivity. I decided to brighten my teeth- worried about whether I could even finish the process. Well, I did !!! The whole process went very well, almost no sensitivity. Not going to lie- the sensitivity came later in the day but was gone in 24 hours. My teeth look great and I would recommend Mint to all of my friends! If I can do it- anyone can!!!

It was my first appointment there (and anywhere in a long while) and was so easy from a patient perspective needing xrays, screening, and a cleaning. From scheduling to checkout it was seamless. Daniele was amazing and gave me some great recommendations for my oral health and was able to refer me to someone local for Invisalign, I am so excited! Fantastic experience: Everything from when we first arrived was great. I’m so glad that the state of Maine allows hygienists to open a practice without a dentist. Our first visit included x-rays, a heated neck pillow(?), a wonderful and thorough cleaning, a lip rub and roller massage. It was incredible. This business know how to go above and beyond.
