Positive experience: My 1 year old saw Dr. Reddy today for her first ever visit. She and her staff were so gentle, sweet and informative. I will be switching to this practice for myself. Update: i loved Dr. Reddy and the staff here but they do not take our insurance (even though they constantly told me they did). I let them know i needed to change dentists as our insurance should cover our cleanings completely and made appointments for myself and kids to see a new practice. I was called by the front office to let me know they were going to now be taking our insurance and it should all be covered. I got a statement from my insurance the week before i had 3 more appointments scheduled with them that i owed money for my cleaning in April (its july now).. so beyond frustrated with the front desk here.. i will now have to further delay my 17 month olds first exam because of this back and forth game of "do they actually take my insurance"

Fantastic experience: I'm a new patient with Dr. Reddy. After 25 yrs with the same practice, my dentist retired and I needed to find a new practice. I have dental anxiety when I'm in the chair and the whole team put me at ease. Dr. Reddy was amazing! She was so kind and understood my anxiety. I had a crown that was done in one visit no temp crowns, yay! The team let me sees how the crown was being made, very cool to watch. I needed a root canal and was so glad I didn't have to go to another practice for Endo! Dr. Farina was wonderful! I had the root canal and he did such a fantastic job! I didn't feel any pain throughout the procedure or since. During these visits it was obvious that the whole team it is very invested and informed for their patients. This practice wants the patients visit to be as pleasant as possible. I'm so glad that I am with this great team. I would definitely recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: Still think Dr Reddy is the BEST dentist I have ever had. The entire practice works as a team and they are very proficient. Dr Reddy is a warm, compassionate human being who is a true professional. She actually has memories of people's teeth. Amazing when you think of how many sets of teeth she has to see. My hygienist is Miss Kelly who is part of this wonderful team. Kelly keeps my teeth in great shape and as white as they are ever going to be. I have always left the hygienist with bleeding gums, but not with Kelly. This practice is by far the best I have had and I'm 62 (ugh). I've seen many dentist practices over the years. I'm VERY lucky to have found them.

Fantastic experience: Very professional, they make you feel very comfortable, and I am very nervous in dentists offices. I had a problem, they got me right in same day. Excellent service

Negative experience: Hygenists are nice and tech is current, but quality of service has gone way down. My last 3 fillings (for "shadows") have failed within a couple years or been in immediate pain and not rectified. What used to be a friendly staff now doesn't communicate and didn't let us know they stopped taking our insurance until we wracked up almost $1000 in bills that after every visit they said "we'll send your bill in the mail" and never once did. We thought nothing of it because biannual cleanings are covered. I used to love them, but will not recommend them to anyone.

Doc had retired part-time so I had to see the new dentist, Dr Reddy. I was not real keen, but boy, she fits the bill! She is excellent. Doc left his practice in good, capable hands. Even the new office staff is as good, kind and pleasant as previous staff. In all my years going to this office I have NEVER, EVER experienced seeing anyone with a bad attitude or having a bad day! Back again today for cleaning, extremely pleased, can’t imagine going to another dental office. Top notch hygienist, doctor, and staff!!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Reedy for about 2 years and she is one of the best dentists I've ever been to. Let's start with her next level cosmetic dentistry skills. I got full mouth veneers 17 years ago (from a different dentist) and I've needed new crowns on my 2 front teeth for a few years. I was dreading getting them replaced because there was no way they were going to match. To my absolutely astonishment, my new front teeth ARE A PERFECT MATCH, both in shape and color. Not a single person I know even noticed that I got new front teeth. Dr Reedy has the equipment to make the crowns right there in her office. No wasted money on a flipper for temporary teeth while a lab takes a few weeks to make them. SAME DAY CROWNS!!! Another amazing skill Dr Reedy has is how gently she gives shots. There is of course a slight pinch when the needle goes in, but she presses the plunger down so slowly, deliberately so very slowly, that I don't even feel the shot. The entire staff has consistently been welcoming, always with smiles on their faces and great attitudes. That's hard to pull off in today's world so whoever does the hiring over there, props! Thanks team Reedy for making a trip to the dentist the best experience it can be.

Robbie, my hygienist, was polite, personable, and considerate and went above and beyond every expectation! Dr. Reddy was amazing and, after my second visit, recognized me and integrated questions about my school endeavors into her greetings. She showed interest in my goals, performed every procedure perfectly, and together, we achieved. Fantastic experience: I recently had my initial consult with Dr. Reddy, and I am so happy to have decided to switch to her practice! I am someone w severe anxiety around anything dental related. Both the hygienist I saw, Robbie, and Dr. Reddy were incredibly understanding of my anxieties. They were kind and patient, and didn’t make me feel bad for how I am about dentistry as other providers have in the past. They were also very thorough and explained things as the appointment went along, and even took time ahead of my appointment to do a little research about something I put on my medical intake forms.
