Negative experience: I have been a patient here for well over 10 years, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. While I do like the doctor, the overall practice has become extremely disorganized and unprofessional. The office appears to be run with little care, consistency, and communication. Another concern is that they seem to rely almost entirely on traveling hygienists, so every visit is with someone new. During my last two cleanings, I didn’t see the doctor at all. It’s sad to see a practice I once trusted decline to this point. I have been disappointed for quite some time but continued giving them chances, hoping things would improve. However, based on my recent experiences, I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable service, continuity of care, or a well-managed practice. I would encourage prospective and current patients to look elsewhere fast, as I don’t imagine they’ll have the doors open for long- it’s very obvious they are struggling based on my own experience and all recent Google reviews previous to mine.

Negative experience: Three members of my family have been going here for about 18 months. We noticed a lot of red flags. The first was, they couldn't find our paperwork we submitted on-line and we had to refill out our paperwork at our first appointment. Another was saying I and my daughter needed Curodont ( A super Fluoride treatment that works with your saliva). No one could explain to me how it worked. I looked up the information all on my own. I had it done, my daughter did not. Insurance didn't cover and I had to pay out-of-pocket. Never got the same hygienist and found out they have traveling hygienists and only one permanent hygienist. We had appointment times changed without calling/asking us if it was ok and then they'd schedule you and not confirm that it would work with our schedule. The last appointment was the icing on the cake. Six months before I was told I had lovely teeth and then in February 2026, I was told I needed a crown and I asked to see my x-rays. The doctor couldn't find them and didn't really try very hard. My husband also went for his cleaning and they didn't do his cleaning and said he needed two crowns, two cavities filled, and that he had periodontal disease and would need to schedule deep cleanings. Red flags all around. My husband just went to a new dentist last week. That dentist said he didn't have cavities and he should be able to save one or both teeth that have cracks, and no periodontal disease. Our twenty year old daughter had red flags too. She asked us if they were just out for $$$$. Won't ever go back.

Negative experience: Have been a patient for years and mostly satisfied until today. Original appointment was April 22nd, received a call stating that they had a scheduling issue and needed to reschedule. Monday April 27th at 10am. At 10:30 a rather rude hygienist called me, saying only ‘sorry, we’re really busy’, not very sincere. She never did state her name either. What followed was the most rushed, painful, impersonal cleaning I’ve ever had. Then I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes in the chair for the dentist. For $330.00 (private pay, no insurance) they should be doing better. I’m seriously considering going elsewhere. Hygienist turn-over definitely seems to be an issue.

Fantastic experience: I had a bridge and some crowns done. The prep work was pain free, the final result exceeded my expectations. Very professional, I would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Have been coming here for years with my family. My wife and kids switched because they were feed up with the cancellations. I finally lost it today. One appointment shouldn’t be rescheduled 3 times. Poor service. A lot of the hygienist are temps because they can’t keep people. One told me that the Dr was recommending unnecessary services. Go somewhere else.

Negative experience: Horrible communication between receptionist and dental staff. Talked to the receptionist about what I needed done and had dental records sent over. Receptionist confirmed she received my records and told me they would be able to work with me for my continued dental work. After showing up for my appointment no one knew what was going on. Decided this dentist isn't worth my time or money after this experience.

They always Think about the long-term health of my teeth while making the care affordable. Dr. Eunice Vachet is also an incredible dental artist – my fillings look beautiful and like I never got them in the first place. I choose to go to forward dental over any other dental office because I’m never over charged and everyone is just so sweet. It’s simply just the best!

Negative experience: I left, it wasn't working out. Only one dentist so she always wanted to do a little at a time to try to get to all the patients. Always needed to come back for something else later. No hygienist, receptionist was clueless. Don't be fooled by all the cars, they are for the orthodontist in the same building.

She is the most kind, friendly, and caring dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. The entire staff is kind and caring and it’s always a pleasure coming back. I had such a great experience getting my Invisalign through Dr. Vachet and Elijah, and definitely recommend them!

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible experience. The staff was rude and disorganized, and the only thing they did quickly was lie about my insurance coverage. They told me a procedure would be fully covered, pushed me into getting it, and then hit me with a huge bill afterward because—surprise—it would only be covered if I was under 14 years old. Considering I have a job and signed the consent to be treated form myself. It is obvious I am way older than 14. If I had been given honest information, I never would’ve agreed to the procedure in the first place. Either they’re completely incompetent, or they just don’t care about patients once they’ve gotten your money. I signed a form noting the procedure would be fully covered and asked the dental hygienist and receptionist who both said the procedure would be covered Shady, unprofessional, and not to be trusted. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being scammed and disrespected. I would give this zero stars if I could.

Negative experience: My recent visit to Forward Dental was an extremely disappointing experience. Despite having a scheduled appointment made a month in advance, I was waiting for over an hour. This disregard for my time is unprofessional and unacceptable. When I approached the front desk for an update as it had been 30 minutes past my appointment time, I was asked by the receptionist if I “had somewhere to be” which was extremely unhelpful. She went to ask in the back to ask and came back out to tell me they’re preparing the room and it would only be 5 minutes. I went to sit again, and 15 minutes after I’m still waiting so I decided to let them know I am not interested in waiting anymore. When I walked back to the desk I saw the dentist was engaged in a casual conversation with the receptionist, and was told that “they should’ve came to get me and room me already” and the response from the dentist was that she has "an exam and will be back for me”. The overall mismanagement of patient scheduling and the unprofessional demeanor of the staff have led me to conclude that I will not be returning to this practice. I would not recommend Forward Dental to others.

Negative experience: When I started going here I would have said 5 stars but now they keep telling me and my wife we need crowns for no reason or rather the reason is that the tooth is next to a tooth with a crown.

Negative experience: Honestly, I have to admit I'm really disappointed. While having friendly staff is certainly nice, it doesn't make up for the poor quality of work. I am not new to having dental work done, and I understand how it all works, as my family works in the dental field. But my experience here was not the experience that was promised. For accessing the upper teeth (maxillary arch), the patient chair is often tilted back significantly, with the patient lying almost flat. The head might also be slightly lower than the feet (Trendelenburg position) for optimal visibility. During my procedure, I was tilted much further back than expected. The tilt was so intense that water sprayed all over my face and into my eyes, running down my cheeks into my ears, and flowing down my nose and back of my throat, which made breathing quite challenging. When it was time to remove the water from my mouth — something most of us look forward to during these moments - instead of using suction, the assistant told me to swallow. Throughout the procedure, I kept reminding myself to stay calm and that it would be okay because they were almost done. Honestly, I was feeling a bit scared. The Results: I cannot drink anything without using a straw; the sensitivity is quite overwhelming. (I want to mention that before visiting here, I had zero sensitivity.) The color they selected wasn't quite right, so the work stands out quite a bit and is easily noticeable when I smile. The shape isn't quite right either. When I look in the mirror, I can see some waviness and uneven areas, along with a large scrape right at the front of my tooth. All you can hear during your appointment is the rest of the staff joking around and chatting about how they like their toast. I usually don't leave reviews, but I really feel others should know what to expect here to make an informed decision about their dental care. I've decided not to return to this dentist's office and have already begun searching for a new one that offers friendly care and skilled treatment.

Negative experience: The quality of service at this practice has significantly declined over the past six months. Long-term hygienists have left, and the constant turnover of staff has created a severe lack of consistency. The practice has also gone through multiple transitions with doctors, which has disrupted continuity of care. As a loyal customer for over 12 years, I have been extremely patient and hesitant to seek out another provider. However, the recent experiences have made it increasingly difficult to continue. During my last visit, I was rushed and, most concerning, I was not seen for the full duration of my scheduled appointment—an hour and a half. This is unacceptable. We are being charged for services we are not receiving, and the level of attention and care has drastically fallen short of expectations. It is clear that changes are needed, and if this trend continues, I will be forced to reconsider my loyalty to this practice.

Negative experience: This dental office is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Insurance was billed incorrectly, communication was sparse, and the receptionists hung up on me when attempting to respond issues. Multiple individuals said they would call back regarding billing issues and never called. This office is extremely disorganized. It may have been worth it if the dental work was excellent but my husband just had a 1.5 year old crown fall out of his mouth despite religiously brushing his teeth. Couldn’t even get a hold of someone to request for this to be fixed. If the receptionists hung up actually read these reviews, I hope you are able to truly consider the negative impact you have on the people around you. I’m seeing loads of scathing reviews. It’s free to be nice. You only get one like; is that really the kind of person you want to be? BUYER BEWARE

Fantastic experience: This past July 1 I spent 9 hours on a surgical table undergoing an unplanned quadruple bypass. Three of my four coronary arteries had 60% blockage. The fourth, the "Widowmaker" was completely blocked. To say I was ambushed is an understatement. I go to a gym for 90 minutes of hard cardio and weight lifting every single day without fail. I eat only two healthy meals per day, don't smoke, and don't drink. I was back in the gym two weeks after my surgery. However, I had to postpone a dental procedure for three months, and today was the appointed day. Today, my wife, Dr. Eunice Vachet, who practices Aesthetic Dentistry, removed a temporary prosthetic that covered a span of ten teeth in my upper mouth, and replaced it with a combination of custom crafted and beautiful veneers and crowns. When I took my first look in the mirror I hardly recognized my 72 year old self. It was an amazing transformation, and having taken a beating three months ago, it was the best day in my road to recovery to date. Thank you honey for taking such good care of me!

Negative experience: My son hadn't been to the dentist in a bit. He called to schedule a cleaning and the lady he talked to was incredibly rude, snippy, and demeaning. He was on speaker, so I heard the entire conversation. I understand that dealing with customers all day isn't fun, but a little humanity and understanding go a long way. I was a former patient here and have seen a different dentist for the past three years because I didn't feel cared for. Unfortunately it seems that things haven't changed since I left.

Positive experience: Very nice people. When I was in for my cleaning and given the little bag to take home I was shocked to see my tooth brush in the bag and it had no plastic packaging around it ! ALSO, with the price of everything skyrocketing, you would think by now, the Dental company would allow payments directly to them instead of forcing their patients to put it on a credit card with high interest rates. This always bothers hundreds of patients and it's not fair to be charged such insane prices. That's why people leave their teeth to get worse as no one can afford these Price gouging prices! This has to stop !
