Fantastic experience: My dentist appointment today went very well. Cleaning & X-rays were done without any discomfort at all.

Negative experience: The doctor was fine. He did explain what he was seeing with my teeth and everything however, I didn’t think the hygienist was overly friendly. I’m sure she cleaned my teeth fine however she was not easy to talk to. She walked me to the front reception area after cleaning to take care of billing and then walked away without saying goodbye or nice to see you or have a great day. not that that’s necessary, but when you’re dealing with customers you should be friendly. I owned a business and that’s what I asked for my employees. It just leaves a better impression on the business

Fantastic experience: RLJ Dental is wonderful. They take the time to explain what they're doing before they begin doing it and as they're doing it which helps me feel more comfortable when being worked on. They are super friendly and take the time to have a conversation with you which makes me feel they're more like a friend. I've always had good feelings about going in and have always been very comfortable there. Dr. Cory takes the time to explain things that need to be done and explain why. I have been going here for a few years now and don't plan on changing anytime soon. Very pleased!

Fantastic experience: I had a fill-in hygienist named Michelle. She was very gentle with the ultrasonic scaler. I learned from her that there are settings on it, and if it feels too painful, they can set it to a more gentle setting (as long as it is still able to get teeth clean).

Positive experience: So the staff was very pleasant, sometimes overly pleasant with asking questions about how life was going. But they did a good job and kept me informed of how my dental health is going

Fantastic experience: This has been our family dentist for several years. He is gentle and careful with procedures, explains thoroughly what to expect and listens well to patient’s questions. The dental assistant and dental hygienist are also conscientious and personable. The front office personnel are efficient and welcoming.

I've had to have some major work done and everything was explained ahead of time. I was given a care plan with estimated costs and a time frame in which I should get things done. Fantastic experience: I was a patient of the previous dentist before he retired. I came in to make an appointment and the wonderful Melissa got my in right away for x-rays and other procedures and booked me in for the next day for the rest of the cleaning. I can't speak highly enough of Melissa.

Negative experience: I have been paying for dental insurance all year and go to RJ dental for teeth cleaning and was forced to do x-rays and after that they tell me they will not clean my teeth because I have gingivitis. So now I am without dental insurance and no teeth cleaning done. So they will only help you if you have perfectly good teeth. So a doctor is suppose to help you not turn you away, so I don't consider him doctor!! I have no respect for him and would never recommend!!!!
