Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for a cleaning... decided to ride my bike to the appointment - due to multiple detours and construction, the 11 miles turned into 15 and I was late for my appointment. Somehow along the way, I lost my shirt that I had bungie corded to the rack of my bike. Sara provided a lab coat and the cleaning went as planned.... I think the staff was pretty entertained!

Fantastic experience: Great dentist. Friendly people and a clean office go a long way in making a comforting experience out of something many people dread. I really appreciated how the person cleaning my teeth would switch between asking icebreaker questions (such as what I do for work) while also giving instructions and explaining her process as she was doing things. Scheduling my next appointment was also very easy as well. I will definitely be going here for as long as I can.

She explained everything and gave recommendations on things I can do at home. Dr. Michael was awesome when he came in to do my check at the end as well. Update: My daughter had an appointment today. She's 2. She was wearing a Batman shirt and is a huge fan. Dr. Callie tailored the appointment to her Batman interest (talking about the light on her glasses like the bat signal, etc). She also gave her a pair of gloves to try on. It made her feel so comfortable and confident and it meant a lot to me. Good dental experiences that young are so important.
