Fantastic experience: We've been patients there for over 6 years. Both myself and my husband have gotten complete dentures. In that time, we've gotten awesome service as far as adjustments and or even a tooth falling out of my husband's dentures that were repaired within minutes Today we went in because I needed a new set of dentures that were broken. We have you never had a bad experience. Especially love their staff. We met Dr. Megan Mobley today she was informentive, pleasant. We really want to give kudos to Carly, who was up front and greeted us and also helped us go through the insurance. And payment.

Negative experience: I visited Aspen Dental to have my partial upper denture (PUD) adjusted because it was loose. When I scheduled the appointment, I specifically explained that this was the reason for my visit, so the office knew exactly what I needed. After an X-ray, the dentist examined my partial and said they would have someone in the lab adjust it. The dental assistant was pleasant and tried the partial in my mouth several times to identify where it was loose. However, the lab technician making the adjustments never looked at how the partial actually fit in my mouth until the very end of the appointment. Instead, the adjustments were made based only on what the dentist and assistant described. The fit was never quite right. As the appointment went on, I began to feel rushed. Instead of taking the time to continue adjusting the partial, I felt like the focus shifted toward encouraging me to purchase a new one. Because of that, I eventually accepted a fit that I wasn’t happy with. One thing that really bothered me was the way my partial was handled. Initially, the assistant wore gloves while trying it in my mouth. Each time she removed it, she sprayed it with a disinfectant and took it to the lab. But when she brought it back to me, she repeatedly handled it with her bare hands before giving it back to me to place it back in my mouth. This happened several times. I found that to be unsanitary and very concerning. The dental assistant was friendly, but the dentist came across as unfriendly, and the overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable and rushed. I left without the adjustment I had hoped for and without confidence in the care I received. Based on my experience, I would rate this office 3 out of 10, and I do not plan to return.

Negative experience: Absolute nightmare start to finish. I had to be refitted for my denture which required 4 extra visits over the course of 3 weeks. They treated me like I was the problem when it was their poor training and service that caused the problem. They finally got my denture made and my teeth were not lined up at all they got very frustrated that THEY couldn't get it right and told me they were done trying and that id just have to deal with the set they gave me because they had to much time into it already. The dentist (lady with a guy haircut) was very impatient and rude when I complained about how they looked, they kept telling me that I should of spent more money than the package I bought if I wanted a better outcome. I was extremely upset with the waste of time and money I spent so I took them out of my mouth and threw them in the grass as soon as I walked out ill never walk into another aspen again and ill never tell anyone to go there for anything. STAY AWAY!!!

Negative experience: I went in because I had a broken tooth and was experiencing some discomfort. When I arrived, I spent nearly two hours having X-rays taken. Then, someone came to talk to me about the condition of my gums. After that, I was finally able to see the dentist, who spent no more than five minutes with me. I was then told that I still had to wait to speak with someone about financing and insurance. At that point, I decided to leave after spending almost two and a half hours there without having my actual problem addressed. However, they still billed my insurance for all of those X-rays. I will therefore be seeing another dentist who will actually take care of my dental issue.

Negative experience: Ok, so I had an issue with this dental office and their canceling/rescheduling of my appointment the day of the appointment because they scheduled two people at the same time. Reason for canceling/rescheduling: the spreadsheet had two columns. Yikes! Again, I took a day off work to go to my appointment with this office, but not only did this office make a mistake, they blame the new patient for their mistake. I told the person at this office that I am going somewhere else instead of with this office and to please not contact me. Well, this office still schedules an appointment for me on June 30th! Why? That’s a rhetorical “why” by the way. I called this morning again to cancel this appointment. Please stop.

Fantastic experience: Aspen Dental is awesome. I broke my front tooth off my denture right before the holiday weekend. The managed to fit me in and repaired my denture. I am so grateful that I didn't have to spend the weekend without my tooth. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Just left my new patient appointment today and I’ll have to say I had the best experience, I’ve been struggling really bad with finding an affordable dentist that would work with me. First off the staff are very kind and answered all the questions I had. The Receptionist Carly even went out of her way to show me some options for dental crowns. My biggest thanks goes out to Katrina!! I believe she’s a financial specialist and she helped me soooo much with understanding exactly what I’d be paying for and how I can structure it for my financial situation. Doubtable, she even convinced me to try their financing partners and I surprisingly got accepted which 100% solidified my choice in choosing Aspen Dental.

Thankfully Aspen Dental will take care of me and now I’m no longer afraid to eat food. Thank y’all so much. If you’re self-pay I highly recommend using their dental savings plan. $50 a year and I get lots of benefit benefits Including reduced pricing. Way worth it!

Fantastic experience: I accompanied my sister today for a consultation, and I can honestly say the entire experience was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and at ease. Everyone was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire visit. My sister has been to several consultations before, but unfortunately, she was never able to move forward due to the high costs. This visit felt different. The team took the time to truly listen to her concerns, explain her options clearly, and show compassion for her situation rather than just treating her like another patient. Because of her ongoing health issues, this journey has been especially emotional for her. She simply wants her smile back and to feel confident again. Seeing a team that understands that and approaches her care with empathy meant more than I can put into words. I don’t remember all of the staff members’ names, but the two who stood out the most were Bailey and Allison. They, along with the administrative assistants, were all so pleasant, patient, and supportive. The doctor was also very professional, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything and making sure my sister felt comfortable and informed. We left feeling hopeful and grateful, which hasn’t always been the case after past consultations. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for not only quality dental care, but also a team that truly cares about their patients.

Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience at Aspen Dental. I was dealing with some pretty bad tooth pain on a Saturday, and they were able to get me in quickly, which I really appreciated. The front office staff was excellent—especially the woman I believe was named Camila (I’m terrible with names, but she was an absolute pleasure). From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. The entire office staff was very friendly and took the time to make sure I fully understood everything that was being done. What stood out the most was how genuine everyone seemed—not that “forced nice” you sometimes get at medical offices, but truly kind, happy people who care about their patients. Fantastic experience: I have never been so satisfied with the dentist and crew. They were quick but very knowledgeable and easy to work with. When it came to checking my gums I’ve always been put through extreme pain from Tooth to tooth. I was impressed after not a single gum bled much-less was touched causing any pain. Dr.Mobley was very informative and helpful with setting me up with a program to fix my teeth and get them back in shape. Karina and Marley were extremely helpful with setting me up with a payment plan and helping me to understand the process. I came in not wanting to be here and left ready to come back. Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Aspen Dental in Cedar Park! My denture broke, and I tried to fix it with superglue—which unfortunately didn't work and voided my warranty. When I went in, I told the front desk receptionist I would gladly pay out of pocket for the repair. She took it back to her lab technician and returned 5 minutes later with amazing news: they were going to repair it for free this time! Since I had arrived late in the day, I was fine with picking it up the next day (Friday). I received a call on Friday that my denture was ready, and I informed them I would pick it up later in the afternoon, not realizing they closed early on Fridays. At 2:15 PM, I got a call letting me know about the early closure, but they kindly offered to hold it for me if I could get there by 3:00 PM. I panicked because I live in Round Rock, and with afternoon traffic, I knew it would be tight! I let them know I would be there as fast as I could. I arrived at 3:05 PM. The office looked dark from the outside, but to my immense relief, when I tried the door, it wasn't locked. The receptionist—a very tall woman with a great smile (I wish I had caught her name!)—greeted me warmly and said she was just glad I was able to pick up my denture. Thank you so much to the team and especially to her for waiting on me. You truly made my Friday!

The X-ray process and the whole evaluation it was really pleasant. Karina was the last person I spoke to and she was helping me to get the best option for the treatment I need, she is the nicest person I have ever met, patient and friendly. Fantastic experience: I went in to fix my smile that I’ve been unhappy with for a while. They counseled me on a variety of things they could do to help me and even assisted me with a payment plan. The entire crew were respectful and professional. I usually dislike going to the dentist because I’ve been embarrassed about my teeth. I can say this was a great experience. I’m grateful for the care they gave me and my new beautiful smile.

Dr Mobley was direct and very helpful with her explanation and aftercare for my particular procedure, she was very careful and gentle so I wouldn’t be so soar . I appreciated that as well. Negative experience: We switched to Aspen Dental from our previous office because they were constantly pushing unnecessary "optional" treatments on us. The only positive thing I can say is that they offered immediate appointments when I called—that was convenient. But once you're in the door, it's a different story. They start with X-rays, then the hygienist consultation focuses almost entirely on spotting issues (even minor cosmetic ones) that "need" treatment. The dentist comes in next and quickly recommends fillings on 4–6 teeth. When I questioned whether all of them were truly necessary, the dentist insisted "YES"—whether cosmetic or major, fillings were required—and got defensive, even guilt-tripping me for simply asking. Keep in mind, we visited our prior dentist twice a year for routine care, floss daily, and have generally good oral hygiene. We have decent dental insurance, but Aspen Dental seems to zero in on treatments that insurance won't fully cover, aggressively pushing them anyway (often framing refusal as "medical neglect" or "unethical" care). Covering everything they recommended ended up costing me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. I would think twice—or reconsider entirely—before going to Aspen Dental. If you're looking for straightforward, conservative care without high-pressure upselling, this may not be the place.

Negative experience: Paid a deposit for an oral surgeon as required, but Aspen Dental in Cedar Park never called back to schedule my appointment. No response at all—radio silence. Unacceptable customer service and poor handling of patient funds. Avoid if you expect basic follow-through. It feels like poor business practice at best, and potentially misleading. Would definitely not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I chipped a filling while away from home and this Aspen got me in right away, gave me an exam and fixed my filling within an hour. The staff were all professional and friendly and I was very happy with my experience.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. I went there for the first time today with my nine-year-old son to get his teeth checked and I have an appointment tomorrow. The staff is super nice. The dental assistance are well informed and super friendly. They kept my son smiling the whole time. The doctors are amazing and they also gave us An abundance of information on dental care and hygiene. I look forward to my check up tomorrow. This will definitely be my one and only dentist office and I have been so many this is the first one that makes you feel at home.

Fantastic experience: From the perspective of dental care everything was great. Team entry desk, dental technicians and dentist, just wonderful. Updating to 5 Star as they have corrected/improved the overkill of confirming the appointment. First an email to confirm which I did ASAP. Then a text asking for the same confirmation which I confirmed again the same day. Then as the appointment got closer another email and then another text. Then the day before the appointment a call requesting verbal confirmation which I did not do due to the aggravation. Then yet another text requesting confirmation later the same day which I confirmed for a 3rd time via their self-help bot on the phone. When I confirn once that should be sufficient and i should not receive other requests. If I don't show up then that's on me and I'm responsible for any consequences.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mobley is most knowledgeable dentist, and I would not trust anyone else! Friendly and highly professional staff. Will keep returning!

Negative experience: Took a cleaning appointment. The minute I walked in with the nurse, she took X-rays like nobody’s business. They didn’t tell me one of the X-ray not covered by the insurance. Patient need to know what they owe before the assistants make the decision on anything. Otherwise patient should not be responsible for the charges. They lost my trust at that point. Then heigienist and the Dentist concludes they only can deep clean and many more aesthetic treatments must be done which would cost me thousands of dollars. There is no other way !

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit to Aspen Cedar Park today. I was the last patient today on a Friday and stood between them and their weekend. From my Dental Technician, to the doctor, to the lady that checked me out, they were so pleasant. They made a trip to the dentist a pleasure.

Positive experience: This dental office has let me down on multiple occasions in the last 3, maybe 4, or so years. There seems to be a great deal of disorganization in the office and lack of help in regards to getting dental insurance verified prior to 18hrs before your scheduled appt-- something they leave entirely up to you to fix even though you work a regular 9 to 5 job and can't spend hours on the phone trying to get ahold of a human being--even though they cancelled your f/u, rescheduled you without even reaching out to you, and you'd think in those 6+ weeks, someone in that office would've tried to verify your insurance more than 18hrs before your 2x rescheduled appt. However, they will happily inform you that THEY and their OTHER clients have no trouble at all getting hold of a representative at your insurance company-- so it must be a YOU problem. I guess it just sucks to be me?? An Aspen dental client/customer that this location doesn't give a care in the world for. This is just another dental office that is more concerned with getting your money than actually treating you like a loyal customer that has given them your business for 3 to 4+ years. At the end of the day, I accept responsibility for giving them my business even though they couldn't care less and don't really have any intention in helping a client/customer get in to see their dentist. I still have a credit at this location-- because of another one of their mess ups, I assume. Can I get that back in a check? Amazing how an office who owes their customer money, and/or services, couldn't try just a little bit harder to care.

Negative experience: I tried to call the office directly to share my concerns, but was placed on hold as soon as I mentioned I had a complaint. Since I was unable to speak with someone directly, I feel I have no choice but to leave my feedback here. I visited this office about a month ago and, to be fair, the exam and X-rays were complimentary thanks to a coupon I received—that was the only positive part of my experience. From the moment I sat down, the hygienist focused heavily on how bad my bite was, even though that wasn’t my primary concern. I simply wanted to know if I needed any essential dental work. The dentist I was scheduled to see was apparently out of town, and I wasn’t confident the individual I saw was a licensed dentist. The hygienist seemed to take over the appointment entirely and made repeated, uncomfortable comments about the appearance of my bite. I felt pressured into signing up for their Motto braces program, which is quite expensive. As a stay-at-home mom living on a single income, our finances are already tight. Cosmetic concerns like an open bite are not my priority right now, and I did not appreciate being pushed into a treatment plan that doesn’t align with my needs. Overall, I did not feel heard, respected, or cared for. Compassion should be a cornerstone of healthcare—especially dental care—and unfortunately, that was lacking during my visit.

Fantastic experience: The staff is amazing. I felt very welcomed very comfortable and my mind was at ease. I really enjoyed the staff and will recommend you guys highly keep up the great work and continue to make everyone smile.

Negative experience: Scammers! Never go there. I went there for just a cleaning. They gave me a treatment plan for $4500 and they manager was trying hard to get me to accept it. When I discussed it n details with them they took it down to $530. I took their final plan to two other dentists and they both said none of this is needed for you. When I got back to them to do the cleaning (which is covered already by my insurance) they refused to do it for me and started to tell me totally fake stories and they final rejected to do the cleaning without the other additions that are not covered by my insurance.

Fantastic experience: So what do you do when you bust a tooth over the weekend with a crowbar. And you don’t have a dentist? You roll into Aspen Dental at 8am Monday morning and they almost get you in a chair in like, I think it was 15 minutes!! Then…you need a crown…oh man, how long to do that. Came back 2 hours later and got a temp crown. Now just waiting for the perm one to come in a week or so. I was totally stressing about all this over the weekend, and today got me back on track because of all the staff at Aspen was awesome. Super busy and people bouncing back and forth but getting business done. Thank you Aspen!! I appreciate you making a horrible thing turn out good after all. My wife says she wants to start going here now. Great staff, great service…and come on you know dentist work is expensive but felt like it was pretty average on costs… so 5 STARS!!!!

Negative experience: From the time I walked in the waiting area to deal with the receptionist, their experience has been bad. The receptionist had an attitude from the time I walked in, and when I explained to her what I needed, she basically did listen and it really set the tone for the entire experience. I came in on Saturday morning with a dental emergency and I Was not given all of my options for treatment. Presumptions were made about my conditions without having a proper exam. Options when they give them to Me to make your proper decision of how treatment should be done.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing staff & experience! Allison was friendly, they are professional, attentive, knowledgeable, affordable, clean & sanitary, competitively priced! I got in same day for a broken tooth, got free initial exam including x-rays and scans, a thorough consultation. Highly recommend this office.

Negative experience: The agent answering the phone showed no empathy and was very crass during two phone calls. I understand their policy about verifying insurance however there's no reason to be rude and show no empathy especially with someone with a cracked tooth. She was very cold. I will never recommend their office to anyone that I know and I feel this lady could better serve the community by being retrained.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE! One year later and I am still in love with my a Comfilyte dentures. Thank you Dr Cole and Ashley (my hygienist) for everything. Yesterday I had my implants cleaned and examined along with my gums and I had an oral cancer screening done. Dr Cole came in and spent probably 20 minutes with me looking at my fit, my bite and answered all questions I had concerning my dentures. They cleaned and polished my dentures and after all that, all I can say is WOW! I love my Comfilyte dentures as much as I did the day they were first fitted. I can honestly say it doesn’t feel as if I am wearing dentures. I do not need adhesive, and I can eat anything without any pain. Aspen has truly made this journey pretty painless from day one. Thank you Dr Cole, Ashley, the girls in the front office and Aspen Dental for changing my life and smile for the good! My only regret remains the same as a year ago and that is I regret I didn’t do this 10+ years ago. Here I am when I first received my Comfilyte dentures and now. These dentures are still just as beautiful as they were when I was first fitted. #AspenCares *********************************** UPDATE: 5 months later and I am still loving my new smile and the care I have received from Aspen Dental. Fantastic experience: Thank you for asking for my review of my appointment at 8AM today. I was treated extremely well by the entry staff including my X-ray and dental assist technician. I had a relatively minor “bone spur” type problem which was quite uncomfortable but the Dr came and removed it quickly. Not a severe problem but was treated with respect and was so releived to get it out!! The nurse also spent a fair amount of time giving me helpful tips concerning denture cleaning techniques. Enjoyed my time there today and will definitely recommend Aspen/Cedar Park in my future contacts. Thank You.
