Negative experience: I really loved this place. Staff was kind, always made sure people checking in felt seen even if on the phone. Even had wisdom tooth removal with no after surgery pain but minor throbbing weeks after (with i was told was normal). It's that they care about aesthetics. I always felt like I need done up or put together just right. Or my good time would have lingering stares and extra flat smiles. Let alone they did a aesthetic tooth grinding after I practly begged them not to mixed with "fixing" a "problem" i didnt know about. I had ridges/bums on my front teeth, naturally accruing. Not chips, not cracks, just little cute bumps that I loved. So it really came as a surprise when instead of takeing care of the tooth we both agreed could be a problem down the line (another natural but much weirder accruing tooth that looked to have broken but didn't) ground down my bumps on the top and bottom of my front teeth. An not to mention a small pen prick of a gag between my teeth i didnt know about. Which now makes me buck teeth feel tight now!! I can't remember the full interactions after, I knew I didn't look happy and the dentist didn't stick around long. Either way, yall took away my favorite part of my body nearly two years ago. An I wanted to keep that to myself, but I can't. Calling would just make this receptions problem, and like I said their very sweet people. The dentist might not even be there, I don't care. I've cried enough about this to myself, so now I'm doing what is the most expressive but passive form. I really wish all success and joy for all patience who go here for your dental journey. Mabye speak up more than I did, but I thought I was pretty clear "I only want to changes things you see that are medically cecessary, I don't want any aesthetic work." I said no to braces!! What more did I have to say to only mess with medical necessary issuses?

Fantastic experience: The dental procedure I had been dreading for weeks was performed this morning with out me feeling a thing! I have no memory even of the whole event. The way the dental team handled the sedative and procedure was why I had no anxiety before, during or after. Fantastic experience: This place has the kindest dentist & staff. I've been going for years and have never had a bad experience with them. Used to be terrified of the dentist but they make it not soooo horrible. They've even done two extractions that both went smoothly.

Fantastic experience: Let me start off by saying. I am a baby Sally when it comes to going to a Dentist appt. I had so many terrible experiences when I was a child. So now I start getting nervous two days prior to said appt. This was my second dental appt here @ Gentle Dental. And what an appropriate name for this place. The staff are all so friendly and caring. The xray gal was very thorough I knew what she was doing. I told her of my fears, and she said, you're going to love it here. And I'm did now granted all they've done is essays so fave and the next time is teeth cleaning time. So more will be revealed, but for now they havd the best 10 outta10 in my book. Next time could be different.

Fantastic experience: Best experlence possible considering it was a molar extraction. Dr. Henri was fantastic and gentle, explaining each step of the process. An extra plus for the front office for getting me in quickly as I have moved to Brookings and no dentist there could see me in a timely manner and I was experiencing a good deal of pain. Everyone is kind and compassionate at Gentle Dental, they live up to their name!

Walking in to Gentle Dental, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly face who reassured me that everything would be alright. Then, I met DR. SEAN HENRIE and his assistant, WILLOW. WOW, what a team they make! They were professional, kind and acknowledged my nervousness, which is huge! Always checking to make sure I was alright during the procedure even offering me a hand to squeeze if needed, thanks Willow! Dr. Henrie was fantastic, so gentle and explained throughout my visit, settling my nerves easing my stress. All in all my visit was complete and I was headed out saying thank you for such great care that both, Dr. Henrie and Willow gave me. Thanks again, Gentle Dental for having such a wonderful team!

Fantastic experience: My 14 year old needed a filling, she is usually anxious from a past bad experience, the dentist turned the lights down low, with stars on the ceiling and relaxing music to ensure she would feel comfortable. She didn’t feel the injection and she was not in discomfort later. She had such a great experience. Such a positive experience, considering.

Negative experience: will never return to this office. dentist offered me nitrous oxide for sedation despite the fact that I am pregnant and that goes against the American Dental Association recommendations. I was treated like a rebellious teenager rather than a 28 year old adult, the assistant even telling my mom my health information and then not repeating herself when my mother clarified she should be talking to me. i already switched my care to Siskiyou Health Center, and they were able to get me back in in two days. my CONSULT appointments here were two months apart, meaning my xrays were no longer accurate.

Absolutely love how they offer tokens for prizes after children complete appointments. Very clean environment and honestly we've never had anything but a good experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Horton Denturist is an excellent doctor. He is so kind and personable. He is the best doctor I have had the pleasure of meeting since I moved to Southern Oregon. Dr. Horton is an exceptional Denturist. He makes sure the fit is correct and talk you through every step of the way.

Fantastic experience: I've had dentures for 30 years, bad car accident in my 20s. This location and Denture Specialist is the best I've ever had work on my smile. Due to my accident, my mouth is difficult to map properly (or dentists have told me in the past). But there was absolutely no difficulty because skill was precise and he's the best at what he does. I recommend him to anyone, especially if you have PTSD. Especially if it's Dental PTSD.

Fantastic experience: I had to have 5 teeth and one root extracted and the two dentist before scared me to death about dentists. The girl that gave me my numbing spray and swabs was extremely sympathetic to my fear and held my hand as l recieved my shots. The dentist was great, l didn't feel the shots and the extractions went quickly. Everyone was awesome and even continued care and support while l waited for my ride. Thank you for restoring my faith in dentists.

I can't even type on here how much they have helped my daughter and me with our teeth, because I don't want to put the dentist and staff under that kind of pressure and have everyone expecting to be treated and helped like they have done for us. It would be an impossible job because of how much time and care they have spent on us; there wouldn't be enough time in the day. I know my daughter and I have to be their favorite patients, because of how loved they make us feel each appointment. Although I know we're not special, I just wanted to put what I believe every person who comes to this office must think in this review. There are no words to describe the kindness, care, skill, and empathy you feel from every staff member in this office. I would never go anywhere else!

We followed the dentist she was seeing in Medford to her GP location because my daughter dislikes going to the dentist and changing dentist was not an option since she really liked her and she was comfortable with her I decided to take the drive. When we left her first appointment in the new office my daughter said how much she liked it there. Everyone was so patient with her.

Negative experience: This place does wonders switching or canceling appointments. For a year my husband has been going back and forth. Finally once we were set an a date, we thought all was good. Nope, instead of calling to confirm if we wanted a new appointment that came available; they just went ahead and scheduled it. Now how can someone go to an appointment, if they never got a call about it? A year of circling around. Unprofessional and needs training on how to do scheduling

Fantastic experience: I recently left a bad review of this office. I wont get into the details. Management contacted me and got me in for a follow-up visit. The (new to me) dentist who saw me was receptive to feedback and treated me with dignity and respect. Im happy to say that I am %100 satisfied with the solution they offered and will definitely recommend them. I appreciate the steps they took to correct the situation. I should say, aside from this one issue, I never had any issues there before. I'm very grateful.
