As soon as I sat down the hygienist then greeted me—right on time—with no waiting. She listened and was very gentle. Dr. Johnson then came in for my evaluation. She is thorough, gentle, and takes the time to clearly explain everything she observes and any concerns she may have. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and for providing truly exceptional dental care!

The ladies at Allen Creek dental treat you like close friends or family , and are always compassionate , patient, and very understanding of my dental anxiety. I have been going to this wonderful Dentists office since 2009 and I've never had any pain . All of her assistants are the best of the best. Liddie the hygienist knows how to clean even very sensitive areas without discomfort. Her cleanings are absolutely meticulous. Shes a kind and understanding person with great stories. Dr Johnson is the sweetest most compassionate doctor ive ever met , and thanks to her amazing work i have a beautiful smile ! Shes done countless procedures on me with no pain . I forgot to mention payton ! Payton is the sweetest addition to the office , she's a golden retriever who's specially trained to help you with your anxiety. She's great at her job ! . So give this office a try, you wont be disappointed. I know I'm a happy customer . I tell everyone I know to go here , because I know they won't regret it .

Dr. Johnson also is great at referring you to the best peoples to help when she can't help with the issue. She is even wonderful with young kids. My daughter was sad as an adult that she had to choose to go somewhere else that was closer to her. I love Payton being there for everyone that needs to be comforted.

Fantastic experience: Allen Creek Dental provides very professional dental services with up to date tools. I had a crown and Michele put the permanent crown in the same appointment. The recent cleaning had a new water sucking device that was effective and more comfortable. And, X-rays are not the same any more. Thanks for their most personal service and their attention to their patients needs constantly.

Fantastic experience: In for a crown and implant scans today. Dr. Michelle and all of her staff are like family to me. Have been coming here for over 20 years. Her equipment is of the latest technology and is most efficient. Today’s example: crown prep, manufacture, and emplacement all in the same visit since she’s got the machines to do it. Ok this last visit was on 06/18/2024 Nice job of trimming the foliage and cleaning the rain gutters. Always a great pleasure to visit this dentist office! The addition of the support dog is a nice touch also. Another great visit on November 8th 2024! 03/13/2025 I was called last night from the dentists office to inform me that my appointment for next week will not be available. So I was asked if I could come in earlier, like tomorrow morning at 10am. I accepted the earlier appointment and arrived on time the following day. I had a nice conversation with the front desk person and before long I was called back to begin my checkup . It all went well with my checkup.

It seems like I used to receive a toothbrush or dental floss after a cleaning (even lip balm at my previous dentist) but have there been such cutbacks that these are no longer given out! Fantastic experience: Well, it finally happened to me. This crazy economy has prevented me from going to the dentist for four years. I just couldn't afford it. I had part of a crown fall off and decided I should call. I guess I was lucky, a patient didn't show up, could I be there in 10 minutes. YES! I was whisked right in and the assistant started a short exam with X-rays. Dr Johnson came in and looked at everything and my tooth. Yes, it was a crown on a crown needing replacement. I was scheduled for an appointment the following Tuesday and I decided to have my teeth cleaned too. Quick thorough exam and a quick appointment scheduled. I've been seeing DR Johnson for over 10 years and even when she was not in my insurance network, I trusted her. She wants to make every visit a pleasant experience. I can't say that I've not been disappointed with her in all these years. She now has a comfort dog, just in case you feel uneasy and need a gentle dog to let you hold her hand.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Johnson is one of the kindest Dentists I have ever interacted with. She is so patient with my dental anxiety. Very thorough in her communication. And even more important is great with my teenager. She engages her, treats her like an adult, and makes sure she feels part of whatever service or treatment is provided. Holly and Paisley in the front office are also kind, understanding and great communicators. In the last 5 years of working with them, they have changed and helped heal old dental experience trauma and made me confident in my teeth.
