Dr and his staff/assistants work diligently to make sure your whole procedure is done, efficiently and without pain. I appreciate their attention to details as well. Fantastic experience: I called and got an appointment within a week. Nice staff and doctor. My main concern was getting periodontic cleaning. Was scheduled for that within days. The hygienist, Maria, was wonderful. She was patient and tried to keep my pain at a minimum. I am very happy to have found this office.

Fantastic experience: Bright Now saved the day for me. I went to Aspen because I needed a cleaning to get ready for job searches. Aspen quoted me $5k for recommendations and wouldn't do a cleaning unless I signed a financial agreement and did the plan. Bright Now took a completely different approach. They recommended some work, but did the cleaning. The work they quoted was better cost wise. The ladies at the desk, the hygienist and the dentist were kind and did excellent work. I'm definitely going back. Thank you for saving my day!

Negative experience: First visit to have my new post examined to get ready for a crown and the Doctor decided to try and shove his cell phone into my mouth to take a photo. We all know how filthy cell phones are. I couldn't believe it. A cell phone??? I got out of the chair and left. Will not be going back and will be filing a complaint with the Oregon Board of Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Dr Flaherty was gentle and informative as usual. Youan and Dr Flaherty had my dental implant in so quickly! The staff, especially Mandy and Chris are ALWAYS so pleasant and helpful!

Fantastic experience: Been goung here for yrs and yrs. But the new staff they have is beyond excellent dr flaggerty was just superb talked me thru my options for my dental exam plan. Dr also was explaining in every detail as she was preforming the procedures, felt comfortable and at peace. I felt safe and tat is a hard feeling .

Not only was the place clean and welcoming but the entire staff was fabulous. The receptionist was incredibly sweet, helpful and very knowledgeable. The dental assistant Jen who took my X-rays was gentle and so fun to have conversation with as well. Dr. Caroline Hunter was very personable. She was thorough and I feel like my teeth and oral health will be very well managed by her and this office.

Negative experience: Will NEVER return to this dentist office. Inexperienced dentist left my husband in tears. Not to mention over charging for our son's x-rays that were horrible. We had to start treatment completely over with a qualified, trustworthy recommended professional.

Fantastic experience: After being overdue for a check-up and cleaning, I went in and everything went smoothly. No issues besides a root canal I knew I needed and had been putting off for a few years. They told me they can now perform the procedure in office, which saves considerable money and simple to book. A very pleasant experience all together.

Negative experience: This place gave me a bad feeling from the get go, I decided to see another dentist the same week and was told I had no problems these people were saying I had. I highly recommend finding a more honest dentist! After posting this review I received the following message- Hi Taylor, I'm disappointed to hear that you we did not meet your expectations. As a courtesy we will send you refund check. Kind regards, Kris Griffith Office Manager A 30 dollar refund for the services you provided, and tried to double charge me for,is the least of my worries. My one and only concern is the ethics of this practice. Your doctor recommended tooth extraction,informed me I had multiple cavities and told me i needed an extensive cleaning that was priced more than double the cost of a regular cleaning, before she would be able to give me an accurate assessment. Like I said my visit to this practice gave me bad feelings from the start ! The dentist I saw 2 days later informed me I had no cavities and my teeth were very clean to keep up the great work ! I appreciate the gesture and look forward to getting my money back. In the mean time i suggest your office pick up some better more honest ethics ! Shame on you and your practice!

Fantastic experience: this was my first visit and I was extemely nervous as seeing a dentist is not on my favorites' list....the assistant Elizabeth was extremely attentive,knowledgeable, friendly and calming as was Dr. Flaherty(sorry if I don't have her name spelled correctly).I do not recall a Dentist being as concerned and and listening to mine and applying them in such a gentle and professional manner!I cannot express enough the great professional work she performed ,explaining throughout the processes' and listening to me in the interem adding and adjusting until a very satisfying completion was reached.I was extremely impressed and I cannot recommend them enough!Thank You!!

I had a broken filling and not only were they able to get me on short notice when there was a cancelation; they saved me from getting a crown! I also am very hard to numb and had no pain.. which is a true miracle! I drive from Ashland for my dentist and that says at lot. Gratitude and THANKS for these awesome people!
