Fantastic experience: We switched over places and we are glad we did . It was recommended by my kids orthodontist. We had a great experience!! They worked together on brushing and flossing with my kiddo. My kid mentioned how much they liked the place. 10/10

Fantastic experience: We’ve been bringing our son here since he was 2, and now 4, he still continues to love coming to his appointments. We also started bringing our 1 year old daughter, and every visit has been a great experience. The entire staff is always very welcoming and patient. They truly go above at making the kids feel comfortable and exited to be there. Highly recommend to any family looking for a great pediatric office!

Fantastic experience: My son was very nervous for his treatment today, but Dr.Chen made him feel comfortable enough that he did not require the nitrous oxide. The treatment was great and everything was fine thanks to Jazz for helping him and being so friendly. Great experience overall with the office from the staff in the front to the back!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Chen for all your pediatric dental needs! She is incredibly thorough and focuses on educating families rather than rushing into procedures. We chose to see her based on the great Google reviews and because we needed a second opinion after another pediatric dentist recommended an unnecessary extreme treatment for our son. We’re so glad we found Dr. Chen and her amazing team! We moved our two other kids over to this facility as well.

Fantastic experience: First time today at Kids Dental Smiles with my girls. They were nervous at first but by the end they loved it and were all smiles . The staff and dentist were great❤️ They took their time in explaining to my girls what they were doing every step of the way which made it a so much easier for them to be at ease Will definitely continue with our visits there.

Negative experience: Disappointed... I've been coming here for years but the last vist was just..... that the last one. The provider made my daughter cry and shared her care with another mom. Even teenagers deserve respect and dignity when being treated.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience not just for my kids but for this nervous mama, since my child had to be mildly sedated I was terrified. But the doctor and staff made me feel alot better after explaining to me how is done and how well they are prepared in case of an emergency. The day of the appt my anxiety was super high. They let me stay with him until I saw how well he was doing and how he was not scared and pulling away like the first visit. I definitely recommend this office, very friendly staff and I loved the dentist very sweet lady.

Fantastic experience: We recently checked out this place to get a second opinion on my son’s cavity count. I was told it was not a bad idea to get a second opinion from another dental office and that advice was absolutely correct! We were told he had 5 cavities when he actually had only one that needed attention. I really like how the dentist explains what’s going so I can clearly understand what needs to be taken care of for my child. We are looking forward to our new dentist location!

Fantastic experience: We recently moved to Texas and I was looking for a dentist for my 3 kids. At Dentist smiles I found the right one, Dr. Chen is amazing, very polite and excellent explaining every treatment or anything you would ask her. I’m glad I looked for google and Facebook reviews!

When he needed a break they comforted him and took time to help him feel at ease. This is extremely important for him and myself. New things tend to be a challenge. Fantastic experience: It’s probably best to leave part of this review in the words of my 8-year old, “I’m excited to go back to the dentist! She’s [Dr. Chen] really sweet. It’s like a kids dream house!” Mind you, my daughter knows she has to go back for some dental work and she’s fine with it! Dr. Chen is warm, knowledgeable, and detailed. She was great with my daughter who was the patient and very gracious to my younger boys who were with us. I’m glad I found a forever dentist for my kids!

Fantastic experience: We drive an hour just for her to see them the staff is amazing we have been going here since my daughter was 2 she will be 10 in a few months. They work with the kids to let them know that its not so scary. I can't say enough great things about them.

Positive experience: We love it here, they are always so welcoming, friendly & attentive to our children. The only negative I have is, no chairs in the rooms. I had to stand during my daughters procedure, but it didnt take long so I was ok with it. Get Chairs! Lol

Fantastic experience: Came here for a second opinion, on the recommendation from a mom friend. I came in from another office where I felt uncomfortable with what I was told my daughter needed for treatment, and how I felt was being pushed to do that treatment. From the moment Dr. Chen walked in and said hello, I felt she was so welcoming to the office. She thoroughly explained what she agreed with in her opinion and everything she recommended was actually what my daughter needs, gave all the options she had in her case and also explained what may be best, never pushing it. This will be where I will bring my daughter for every dental visit she’ll have from now on. I can tell all of the staff is so caring and love working with kids because the way they treated my daughter and I, from the moment we walked in to our way out. This was my first time here and am happy to bring my daughter back. P. S. My daughter loved it too, her favorite part: it’s so colorful and they had Frozen on in the waiting area.

Fantastic experience: From the moment my son and I arrived the staff was friendly and helpful. We had issues with insurance but they were able to get it figured out and helped me become more knowledgeable on my son’s coverage. My son was nervous to go to the dentist but everyone went out their way to make him comfortable. By the end of our visit my son left with a balloon, stickers, small toy, and shiny cleaned up teeth. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: They are the first and only dentist my daughter has had. Staff is friendly, the office is clean with TV monitors playing shows for kids while they're getting their teeth worked on. If I show up to my 1 pm appointment I'll be seen at 1 pm.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love Kid Dental Smiles! The service is always amazing, and my children actually look forward to their dental appointments. From the moment we walk in, the staff is kind, gentle, and incredibly patient. They’ve been taking care of my kids since they were babies—now my oldest is 10 and my youngest is 2—and every visit is still just as wonderful. The office is designed perfectly for families. There are movies and iPads to keep the kids entertained while waiting or getting their teeth cleaned, and coffee available for us sleep-deprived parents (a lifesaver!). After each visit, my children leave with handfuls of fun goodies—stickers, tokens to pick a toy from the toy machines, balloons, and even a bag of dental hygiene essentials like floss, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. It’s no surprise that all of my kids are excited when it’s time for their cleaning. Kid Dental Smiles truly goes above and beyond to make dental care a positive and fun experience. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: If you want your child to have the most comfortable and reassuring visit, this place is the best! My son has had the same dentistry for his whole life before this and has always hated the dentist. From the warm, welcoming staff to the amazing care and gentle work from the dentists, this place has completely erased all fear! They used to dislike seeing a dentist but since we found this place, no issues! I have a daughter with a diagnosis that requires her to have medication before she gets seen and they help us with that everytime. Fantastic experience: First time my boys ever had to get dental work done, and they did so good! staff here always makes my boys feel comfortable and happy. ♥️ Took my triplets again recently and they love this place and their staff! everyone is so patient and kind with my busy bunch. ♥️ i scheduled my 10 year old daughter and my four year old triplet sons all for 8am on a friday, although we were about 15 mins late due to weather(and triplets lol) they were very accommodating and still got all four appointments done within 1 hour. I never felt rushed or like they weren’t doing well with my kids. Especially for the boys, it was their first appointment ever. They are usually very shy and timid when it comes to strangers. They don’t get out much or meet many people because it’s just us- but let me tell you… these boys jumped on the chairs and were so comfortable and happy! Did not whine for me or their big sister, not one time. All the staff were incredibly sweet, attentive, patient with all my kiddos, etc. i recommend this office to anyone with kids, but especially the small ones.

Fantastic experience: The staff here took the time to understand our needs for our daughter and didn’t over commit or exaggerate on what needed to be addressed to fulfill our concerns and proper dental treatment. Also, Dr. Alexandra Chen was amazing dealing with our daughter during her procedure and exhumed patience with grace. I strongly recommend them.

We were specifically looking for a pediatric dentist for our daughter that would make her feel comfortable while also providing top notch service. We found that here with Kids Dental Smiles. We could not be happier with our overall experience. They are very friendly, welcoming, knowledgable, and, most importantly, professional. We highly recommend them for any of your pediatric dental needs!

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience—for both my son and myself. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and bilingual, which made communication seamless. Although my son was initially nervous, the team created such a warm and supportive environment that he quickly felt at ease and was able to be himself. I will absolutely be returning for his future appointments and plan to bring my daughter here as well when the time comes.

Negative experience: I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn other parents. Our experience at this dental office was deeply disappointing. My daughter had a filling done here, and it fell out within the first year—which is concerning in itself—but even more frustrating is that the office refused to stand behind their work or offer any resolution. Even worse, the crown they placed was done so poorly it had rough, uncomfortable edges that should never have been left on a child’s tooth. It’s clear there was a lack of care and attention to detail. We trusted them with our child’s health and comfort, and they let us down. If you’re looking for quality care and accountability, I highly suggest you run the other way.

Positive experience: I’m only giving 3 stars because of the ladies at the front. Desk I would have to say our first two visits were subpar. Dr. Chen has horrible bed side manners. My 6yr old daughter was having dental work done for the first time ever. She basically scolded my daughter half the time she was in the chair because she crying and moving. She threatened my daughter that she would take her off the gas if she did stop complaining. And made further threats that she would have me leave the room if she did not stop crying. Lord know I wasn’t going anywhere but that’s besides the point. I think she really needs to coached about how to speak and deal with patients who are stressed and scared at the same time, no wonder why a lot kids don’t like the dentist. In a nutshell whenever my family there she would always be in a snarky and unprofessional mood. Def will not be back for the follow visit will be finding another dentist.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with my 7 yr old who came in for a 2nd opinion for some dental treatment from another office that I was not impressed with & I was so blown away with their entire office at Kids Dental Smiles. From their front staff at check in all the way to the RDAs in the back taking X-rays & assisting the dentist with the recommended treatment was great. Dr. Chen was very welcoming & we felt completely comfortable in their office environment. The way she was explaining everything was easy to comprehend & she was very conservative- as to other dentists that want to take advantage of people & their insurances. The way Dr. Chen actually listened to me as I expressed my concerns was very reassuring. As a fellow dental professional, I’m recommending this office to anyone in need of a pediatric dentist. We definitely found a new office to call our dental home & I could not be any happier! :)

My daughter was utilizing the iPad provided in the waiting room while we waited for our appointment. The hygienist was very sweet and talked her through the cleaning process. The Dr was very informative and was able to explain my daughter’s dental concern thoroughly. Upon checkout, my daughter received a rubber duck and balloon. Great customer service, it was easy to schedule appointments and they have very friendly bilingual staff . Your kids get to watch a movie while they are getting their teeth clean and dental assistant makes sure your child is comfortable while working on their teeth. We love it! My daughter got stickers, a token to get a toy, a shirt and a goodie bag with a toothbrush, a small toothpaste and some floss. We are scheduled for our next appointment and will happily come back. Positive experience: Had to change from 5 stars to 3 for one main reason: at our recent visit, I was told I couldn't go back with my daughter for "safety reasons" (we were always allowed to go in with her previously). This doesn't sit right with me. I was allowed to peek in through the window while they worked on her, but then towards the end I was asked to move to the waiting room. This is super disappointing as I truly did like our dentist, she is nice and good with my kiddos but this one detail....nope. I'm gonna find another dentist that will allow me back with my kid at all times.
