Fantastic experience: Love this practice so much. They are great with children, conservative with treatment, answer any questions, timely while not rushing the process. Just wonderful!

Fantastic experience: We moved to LPD in December and have now had 4 appointments (2 kids). We have been extremely pleased. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: My two youngest kids go to Limestone Pediatric Dentistry and every experience there is always fabulous. They always treat the kids kindly, they actually talk to the kids, ask them questions (and listen to them!), and explain to them exactly what they’re there for each and every time. I fully appreciate that as they really treat them as individuals that can speak up for themselves. Dr. Lindsay is fabulous with the kids and takes her time with each, giving them adequate time to feel comfortable so they never feel like just another number to rush through. The staff is equally as great, from the front desk to the assistants that do the cleanings and prep, they are professional and kind. They also do extremely well with kids who may have anxiety or nervousness about being at the dentist, making sure to help them in the most efficient way to get what they need to get done. We can’t forget their “goodie bags” and tokens/toys they get when they’re done, that’s the favorite part for my kids! I highly recommend Limestone Pediatric Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: Incredible first visit with our one year old. Our child ended up needing a lip and tongue tie release and Dr. Lindsay was so good with him and the procedure was quick. Our guy was quickly back to his normal self as if nothing had happened and we can already see the improvement. We are so thankful for Dr. Lindsay and her incredible staff!

Negative experience: So disappointed in their service. I’ve been waiting for a month for my son’s appt, and their benefits dept can’t figure their brain from their elbow. I thought everything was worked out with the insurance, I hadn’t heard back since following up with my insurance and then the coordinator super rudely says “you have to pay for the previous service and the filling because we haven’t heard back or cancel your appt.” Mind you they called me a week prior and didn’t tell me otherwise I would have escalated the situation with my insurance to get it handled. She was not kind, not offering a solution, just flat out, that’s that, well cool, bye. If you want to get paid and haven’t maybe reach lot next time? Instead of canceling on me last minute. I had no idea Cigna hadn’t reached out yet. Maybe benefits should actually do their jobs and check what’s not being paid so their customers know.

Never any issues with staff, they’re great in that they give estimates of insurance and patient costs before planned procedures. The hygienists and doctor are so careful with the kids and very helpful putting them at ease with how they explain what is happening and what they’re going to do each visit!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience here! Extremely clean, cheerfully decorated office, hospitable/friendly staff, and just all around great service from booking the first appointment to wait-time at the office, etc. We came for a tongue and lip tie release and received great counseling and the procedure could not have gone smoother. The kind of place where you just sense that everybody who works there loves what they do.

Fantastic experience: I brought my 5 month old to have his tongue/lip tie fixed. Dr. Lindsey was very thorough, gentle, and put us at ease throughout the whole process. Everyone from the front staff to other assistants were equally kind and professional. It’s such a warm and welcoming office, and I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: All of my expectations were exceeded! My child and I were greeted so warmly as soon as we walked in. The office was clean, and it was a fun and happy space for children. There was a chalkboard that said “Welcome to LPD!!” in the lobby with had my child’s name on it since it was their first time at the office. Our dental hygienist, Jenny, was so patient and gentle. We were gifted with a polaroid photo that said “First Dental Visit”. Jenny and Dr. Lindsey offered the space to thoroughly answer my questions too. It was such a lovely experience. I’m so thankful I found this office!

This was our daughters very first dental appointment/cleaning, she did much better than we expected for the first time but did get ill a few times with us all, but they did absolutely amazing and even gave her a gift and a goody bag (which mommy accidentally left behind ) but when I called they put a note on her account to give it to her at her 3 month check up! Will definitely be using them for all of our daughters future dental needs! UPDATE: Would not let me add a new one, but wanted to update to add that Dr. Rodriguez did our daughters first anesthetic procedure on 9/5 as well, and we couldn't have asked for a better team of folks to be with her and doing her procedure. 5 star experience all the way around with these guys and the hospital!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love it here!! We came from South Carolina and they don’t even compare to how amazing the team and dentist are here!! My girls LOVE going to the dentist now. My daughter wanted me to add.. she didn’t even know they were pulling her tooth or giving her shots because they were so gentle. Also the prize gum-ball machines are a great touch!

Fantastic experience: Both my children have been going here as soon as they turned 1. Last year my son hit/chipped his tooth on a hard surface. They got him in the next day and explained his tooth may become “dead”; could lead to reoccurring infections and may need to be removed. They've always answered my many questions and even wrote me notes/instructions when asked. Their dentist instantly caught the first infection starting to form at a cleaning(about 7 months later), we made an appt to remove his tooth for the next month. This second infection he woke up with his lip swollen and we were 2 hrs away at a camp ground. I called and they instantly called in a prescription 0.5 miles away. When we went in to get his tooth removed they were so accommodating and caring. He didn’t even cry or pull away. Not only did I get to sit with him on the chair, hold his hand and talk to him; but his almost 5 yr old sister did too. It’s not how I envisioned my almost 3 year old to loose his first tooth but we are thankful for Dr. Rodriguez and her team. We definitely recommend Limestone Pediatric Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience for our toddler’s first dental visit. Riley was our dental assistant and she had such a calm and kind demeanor. She made our baby comfortable and was so sweet!!! The front desk & the dentist were all wonderful too. They had toys up front and a little seating area for the kiddos. I am so happy we chose this dentist office!

Fantastic experience: My son started to have tooth pain. Come to find out, he lost a crown from some dental work that was done a year or two ago. We have a trip coming up and I was afraid they wouldn't be able to see him until we returned. They were able to work him in and my son is no longer in pain. I can't thank Limestone Pediatric Dentistry for taking such great care of my children since I moved them to this location. Thank you again Dr. Lindsey and staff for everything you have done and continue to do for my family.

Fantastic experience: Limestone Pediatric was a phenomenal place to take care of my child’s acute needs, of needing a crown to protect his grown up teeth. My wife had to take antibiotics while she was pregnant, and they have affected his baby teeth’s longevity. We went because they were able to take care of the crowns right there in the office, and our regular dentist is not able to do that for children’s teeth. The service was great, and the staff very friendly. We may just end up staying with them for him, because of the atmosphere that they have cultivated in their place of business. Highly recommend if you’re searching for a pediatric dentist.

We were able to get her teeth cleaned super fast even through she was freaking out. The hygienist and Dentist, Lindsey were wonderful and we look forward to our next cleaning . I would say this is the best pedatric dentist in town !

Fantastic experience: Update: We're almost 5 now, and we have doctor anxiety due to past unavoidable experiences at hospitals, but these ladies are still so patient with my little, even though she's not a toddler anymore. They really are great people and don't push or rush the kids. I'm so happy I found this place. Original post: Fantastic first visit with my 3yo. Having only been to a dentist three times, she was understandably very hesitant to begin with. Both her dental hygienist and the dentist were amazing and very great with her! I was really impressed with how patient the hygienist was and their different, little techniques to reassure her. She also said that she wasn't going to push certain things because she didn't want to set us up for traumatic visits for the future. I really thought that was a great way of doing things. Overall really cute facility, and they have little TV's on the ceilings, which I wish all dentists had lol Looking forward to future visits here.

Fantastic experience: All the staff is super friendly and just amazing. We drive from Decatur to them just because of how great everybody is. I have a 14 year old and a 6 year old and they both love going to them each visit. Even when having work done it’s always smooth and easy as well fun to visit them. They really look forward to each visit. Thank you all for such great service and care you all show to the kids. This beats all experience expectations and you are all the BEST! Special thanks to Riley McMahan and Nancy Cumplido for being amazing at what they do!! Much kudos to Dr.Lindsey Rodriguez for always being patient and running such a kid friendly dental practice. As a parent it means so much and makes dental visits easy.

Negative experience: We really took some time before leaving this review. We never leave negative reviews because we believe in supporting businesses. But we feel this must be left. We will not leave specifics. We firmly believe in respecting others, even during times of great frustrations. We unfortunately were not given that. Not in any way shape or form as we were in our opinion threatened, lied to, and harrassed over phone calls and finally had to start ignoring calls. We have been here for over 2 years with our children. Never once causing a problem or fuss. We didn't listen to the other negative reviews and we regret it deeply now. We are still shocked and sadened by the way our family was treated. We tried to have those conversation in private with Dr. Lindsay but we were not given the same courtesy until it was beyond the point of repair. Respect and kindness goes a long way in this day and age. We hope they find that with other clients moving forward.

Negative experience: I took my 6 year old and 18mo old for a routine cleaning. To say they traumatized my child don’t even put into words how horrible our experience was. They told me that my child needed 6 teeth removed, multiple crowns and spacers placed and more. Referring me to an oral surgeon before even properly explaining what was going on… all while tears are streaming down my face. They were so insensitive and it was truly such an uncomfortable experience for my children and myself. We received a second opinion and I was informed that my child’s teeth DID NOT need removed and that the dentist that recommended my to an oral surgeon was an idiot. I DO NOT recommend anyone taking a child here. If you think having a cavity or issues at every single dental visit is normal, that is WRONG!!!! Now I will have to help heal trauma caused by this place.

But they handled the screaming and thrashing very well and stayed perfectly calm the entire time. Will definitely be using them as our pediatric dentist!

Negative experience: Don't be afraid to get a second opinion. My two year old was seen here and we were told she needed alot of dental work done under sedation. After getting a second opinion, she does not need nearly as much intervention as we were quoted for, not even half as much. If it seems excessive, get a second opinion.

Fantastic experience: My son who has ASD & anxiety had to have two teeth extracted. He did not even flinch throughout the process with this dentist. Some things I noted - they didn’t use scary terms in front of the child. The word “shot” was never said, “putting teeth to sleep” is how it was phrased. The dentist also held the needle out of his view while situating and literally snuck it in without him knowing. When he was finished he said, “did you take them out? I didn’t even know!” I am so thankful for the skill and knowledge of kids this office had in dealing with my son who cried multiple times over multiple days about the procedure. He even took his teeth to a friend’s house to show him and let him know that it wasn’t scary at all. Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous for my 18 month old son to go to the dentist, but they did an excellent job! Honestly it was like magic because they brushed and flossed and put fluoride on his teeth in a very quick appointment and I can hardly manage to brush his teeth at bed time! They were very friendly and professional, and the office was bright and very clean! I couldn’t feel better about taking my son here and look forward to his future dental appointments.

Fantastic experience: My 6 year old son had an abscess come up above a tooth over the weekend. We were extremely concerned and called the following Monday. They scheduled us the same day and removed the tooth while we were in the office! I was so impressed with how they handled him! With him being 6 he’s extremely nervous and inquisitive about everything! The entire staff treated him like family and made him very comfortable! As a mom I’m beyond thankful and will suggest them to anyone!

EDITED TO ADD: my sweet girl (7 yo) broke her front 2 permanent teeth off the night before last and I called LPD the next morning when they opened and they had her looking back to normal by 2:00 that day! Can hardly even tell they’re any different. And it was painless for her! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had such a great first dental appointment. The assistant was very patient & friendly while trying to get my 21 month old daughter to cooperate, she didn’t force anything during her exam. Dr Lindsey came in & omg she was amazing. She was so passionate and quick with her fingers as she brushed & flossed my daughter’s teeth; she was playful & did everything she could to assure my daughter that everything was ok & that she was doing a great job. All in all we had a great first visit at the dentist! The icing on the cake was the toy wall afterwards!

Fantastic experience: This is the best pediatric dental office we’ve found. Dr. Lindsey and her team are very professional , compassionate and gentle. Nathan is very good at handling insurance issues and communication with claims. I’ve never had him or anyone here tell me they’ll call me back and not do so which has been an issue for me at other places in the past. Your never have to wait very long to be taken back and you can tell they are good at time management and scheduling. My kids haven’t complained about having to go to the dentist in a long time and we feel very fortunate to have them as part of our community.

Fantastic experience: As usual, our visit went wonderful. We've been seeing Dr Lindsey for almost 3 years now and love the whole office staff. We had an issue with our youngest needing to see an Oral Surgeon and they were a tremendous help making sure we got a referral to exactly who wanted to see and in a timely manner. We highly recommend this office and dentist.

Fantastic experience: We always have the best experience with Dr. Lindsey! Most recently, my almost-two-year-old gave everyone quite the Oscar performance for “Best Actor on his Worst Day.” The entire staff handled our overly dramatic kiddo with such kindness, and with pit crew skill. This was our third visit to Dr. Lindsey, and we are happy to report no cavities! Thanks to the entire crew for all your patience and genuine care!
