I had a major procedure done in April 2026 and they made it such an easy experience. They are beyond supportive and kind. I'm so thankful to have found such wonderful people doing such good business. Negative experience: My son had an appointment today and was told his teath looked great, no cavities or anything. He's type 1 diabetic and had slightly elevated blood sugars today (and stress makes it worse, kids are usually stressed at a dentist) and decided to call DHR and told them we weren't taking care of his diabetes and his teath were covered in black spots. If you have a child that's diabetic, I strongly recommend not going to this dental office. They will have DHR knocking at your door in under 2 hours!

All the work Dr. Sittason and her staff including her dental assistants and clerical personnel is top notch. If you’re looking for for quality dental work this is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sittason is the absolute best dentist in town. She listens to what you have to say and she is gentle. This is coming from someone that is terrified of dentist and someone that has horrible teeth.

Fantastic experience: Singing River is great. Dr. Bradee is so kind and thorough. Highly recommend. My only suggestion is that they work on their offsite billing. It’s a mess and I can’t get answers to questions or a callback.

Negative experience: At first, this place was 5 stars for me, but not anymore. The receptionist continues to be rude. My wife had a dental emergency over the weekend involving major pain associated with veneers coming loose and tried leaving a message; no response. The website says emergencies only for weekend hours which is fine, but why even say that when messages aren’t answered? My wife went this morning as soon as the doors were opened asking to be seen and the receptionist rudely told her that “we don’t do walk-ins” and said she could be seen at 3. Maybe I’m expecting too much, but every dentist I’ve been to works emergencies like this in very quickly and kindly or at least offers a solution to get by temporarily until you can be seen for proper treatment. We will be going elsewhere for dental care, which is inconvenient since we switched because this office is much closer to where we live. It’s a shame because the dentist is actually great and helped me out with a sensitive tooth last year.

BUT, at Singing River Dentistry in Athens, AL, Dr Bradee, her hygienists and other employees are compassionate, knowledgable and truly listen to their pateints. Christina worked on my husband, who has dementia. She was so kind and did a wonderful and thorough job. The rest of the staff is lovely. Holly at the front desk is so helpful! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been here before today but I had an emergency & was in extreme pain. They squeezed me, a new patient in same day. That is everything to me. Dr Bradee was awesome and assured me my issues could be fixed. I’ll be switching myself and children to this dental office for everything. You can just leave patients in extreme pain. Before I left there, my confidence level went up. They explained everything to my understanding. And the dental hygienist, I just want to take her home with me. Positive, sweet people. My whole family goes there. They are now our family dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Bradee! She’s thorough and explains everything but never tries to push me into anything I don’t want to do immediately. Heidi is a great hygienist. Dr. Dalton Wright is also fabulous with kids at the Treehouse location. They’re always prompt and do their best to accommodate my scheduling preferences. All in all, I highly recommend Singing River!

Negative experience: Very unfriendly staff and lack of bedside manner they were doing a substantial amount of work on my wife, so we knew it would take multiple visits but they always had an excuse of why they can’t/wont do something and continue to extend her “treatment plan” for what feels like, to benefit them not for the benefit of the patient. Reply: What office should I call,and whom shall I ask to speak with regarding this matter?

The staff here combine professionalism, compassion, and expertise with just the right dose of charm. From start to finish, I felt like my teeth — and my well-being — were the true VIPs. If all dental visits were this good, I’d schedule cleanings just for fun! Appropriately named, you come out singing……their praise!

I had a lot of anxiety about making an appointment, but by the time I left I was so happy to have made the right choice. By the middle of my cleaning, Heidi made me feel comfortable and was very gentle with my teeth. She's so kind and very helpful and informative, along with Dr. Sittason. I took my 9 year old daughter today and was told (bc she was crying) this isn't the environment for that and I needed to have a come to Jesus talk with her and it's an adult dentistry...ok...so why did you see her then? Bc she wanted to help her she says. And her nerves are through the roof but she's supposedly delt with kids for years. If I could I would put 0 stars.

The entire experience was stress-free, hygienist and doctor were knowledgeable and always made sure I wasn’t in pain, showed images of my teeth that proved their point of why treatment was needed, etc. Doctor was young, but could tell she knew her stuff, and was sharp. Fantastic experience: Everybody there is so nice, the place is clean and has up-to-date equipment. My tech walked me through everything she noticed about me teeth and explained all the procedures she performed. I truly appreciated how careful and gentle she was when cleaning my teeth. At my former dentists, the techs were not as careful and I would often leave with sore gums. Not here though! I walked away feeling educated and like I knew what they were doing. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: im a patient there . had to cancel cleaning from tooth pain . i told broke tooth, broke more and infected. i was told i could not be seen no sooner that 12 days out. i had go else where for antibiotics and else where to get tooth pull .

Negative experience: I feel like they need more experience when taking care of a special needs child my special needs child can I open his mouth that good and doesn't comprehend open up your mouth when I told the dentist nurse or whatever she is the lady that you have to use special equipment they do not have special equipment for special needs children to help open his mouth and she did not try as hard as I thought she would she give up way too easily and she has no experience I have taken him to several dentists in the past and have never had an issue I just started bringing him here because the way he used to go stop taking medicaid the girl that saw him today needs more experience in training on how to take care of a special needs child I felt very discriminated in which I will look in gain with my child yes she was nice and told us to go to to another dentist office which I'm waiting to get an appointment and phone call from the other facility and they were very sweet I feel uncomfortable having her touch my children until she has more training because it's like she wasn't even trying I explained to her how to deal with my child and I felt like she was not listening my experience here today was very unprofessional and very unsatisfied I hope it gets better please give her proper more training before someone has to turn her in for discrimination or not knowing how to take care of a special needs child I appreciate that she sent us somewhere else he could give us better help but why can't she not just try a little harder

I had a 3 tooth bridge come loose day after Thanksgiving SRD Team got me in early Monday morning at 10 am now everything is back to normal. Super appreciate all of the hard work…!
