Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible staff. The lovely front desk staff were amazing and sweet. Maria took my X-rays and did my exam, she was so kind and efficient. Dr Beyra is absolutely fantastic. So personable and took the time to sit and chat and made me feel so welcome. So glad I found this office!

Negative experience: The staff are all very pleasant which is worth a couple of stars however I will not be returning. I have excellent oral hygiene with no cavities but was told I needed a deep cleaning. Despite my request for a basic cleaning, I was told the deep cleaning would cost $800 not covered by dental insurance and they were not able to provide the basic cleaning. I got a second opinion and was told a deep cleaning was not necessary. I would look elsewhere. Extremely disappointing.

Positive experience: I started going to GE in 2023 and saw Dr Martinez who was kind and professional. She said i needed a deep cleaning that was done by Serene the hygenist. Serene is gentle and wonderful at what she does and very kind. I couldnt go back for a long time because i lost my insurance and then had other major health issues. The staff is always very kind so i was taken by surprise at the very rude and condescending way the dentist Ana Beyra spoke to me when she examined my mouth after x-rays were taken. She went off on me about the state of my mouth which was very uncalled for. All she had to do was tell me in a nice way that i need a deep clean. i felt like leaving right then. Again, the staff is very nice and serene is awesome, but if Dr. Beyra talks to me again in a rude and condescending way like she's talking to a child i won't be returning.

Negative experience: Went in for a denture repair which I asked when I called for an appointment they said they could do, when I got there they did x ray and when tried to do a full exam I explained again why I was there. The dentist said oh I can fix those (mind you my dentures where broke in half no fallen off teeth just a straight break) instead tried to sell me dentures for 10 k!!!! No ty

Negative experience: Simply awful. Almost two hours of waiting and e rays to be told they had to work up pricing. No cleaning.

Fantastic experience: The staff at great expressions are always so pleasant especially Jessica in ortho who is leaving, Jamie and Joanne at the front. The make coming to the dentist a relaxed feeling.

From the friendly receptionists to the kind dental hygienists, I've gone to this office for years and have been extremely happy with the treatment every time. They have even seen me quickly for an emergency appointment. Dr. Ana Beyra is amazing and very thorough with her explanation of procedures. She has amazing bedside manner, and she truly cares about her patients.

Fantastic experience: Everyone welcomes me by my name. I was called to come in early and was thanked. Dr. Broderick always explains what he is doing. I have a lot of confidence in him and all the staff so feel more relaxed. I wanted information on future expenses and the receptionist took her time to give me the information and explained it to me. I have always received this kind and personal care whenever I go to this office.

Fantastic experience: This is the type of service and professionals I will always go for assistance even with my eyes closed. The attention, the details of instructions and education about treatment and prevention, the care and concern about my health, I learned things I did not have knowledge about it. Loved it both: the location in Santa Barbara and Chiquita Blvd and the one at 1127 Del Prado Blvd in Cape Coral both.

Fantastic experience: I was seen as a walk-in dental emergency this morning after my crown popped off. The staff and Dentist were very accommodating working into their busy schedule. Great customer service from start to finish. I’ll follow up in three weeks for a permanent crown. I’d recommend them for any of your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t had my teeth professionally cleaned in 6 years. As a result, I now have gum issues and now need “deep” cleanings. My hygienist was wonderful❣️She explained everything she was doing and was very gental and caring while doing my much needed “deep” intense cleaning. Because of her, I will continue to patronize this dental office.

Negative experience: Worst place ever. I've been going here for about a year or two now and have had several issues with this place. The lady's at the front desk are amazing and always kind, but I was there for a nornal cleaning one day and I had asked the hygienist about an issue I was having with a tooth she told me I was scheduled to come in the next week to fix it. That next week they didn't even touch that tooth instead they worked on two cavities that no one informed me about that were on the complete other side of my mouth. So the main tooth I was having problems with was never fixed. I came in today and tried explaining to the doctor what my original issue was just for her to repeatedly cut me off and not let me explain the problems I was having. This place also sucks with their time management, the amount of appointments I've had that should only take about 30 minutes to an hour end up lasting two hours or sometimes longer, and most of the time im left in the room alone for an hour just sitting there. This place overall sucks and I would firmly not recommend waisting your time or money here.

Negative experience: 1 star for many reasons, they made me do 2 consulting appointments filled with unnecessary tests and processes to just tell me I needed a cleaning which is what I originally scheduled my appointment for anyways. They did not communicate that the appointments weren't for the cleaning and then after I finally got my teeth cleaned it took them half an hour to bill me. I was abt ready to walk out. 1/10 do not recommend this place for your services

Negative experience: Very similar experience to other 1 star reviews. I was waiting in the chair for 45 minutes for the doctor with no communication. Come to find out the doctor (Dr. Ana Beyra) had a personal appointment during my appointment which is why she was late. She apologized and I told her that it is really unacceptable because I have my own day to get to. She then YELLED in my face “I already apologized, if you can’t accept it find a new dentist!” I immediately walked out. The corporate office for GE has been trying to rectify the situation but I will never be returning. If you do go to Great Expressions, request any doctor other than Dr. Ana Beyra. She is extremely unprofessional.

The doctor was very friendly and explained everything that I needed to know about my current dental condition very carefully. All of my questions were answered in a detailed manner. Negative experience: I've been going here for a couple of years and I keep hoping it will get better...today I waited over an hour! Nobody says I'm sorry we're running late..NOTHING! Then I've had this appt for a few months and they say their prices went up ..it was going to be about 600$ more....I got up and left....r there any good dentists offices anymore...I definitely don't feel like anyone cares.Never going back!!!!

Negative experience: Overall they are okay nothing extraordinary. The problem is that they don't know how to charge the insurance and therefore you end up with a big bill for stuff that you are covered but your insurance deny because they don't do It correctly and of course they want you to pay for their mistakes.

Fantastic experience: I feel like I can trust them here. Some dental offices I feel like attempt to tell you, you need unnecessary work so they can bill you more, I don’t feel that way here. That is particularly important to me.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. They clearly over book appointments. The dentist is horrible. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Negative experience: Had a 9 am appointment Waited for the Dr for 20 minutes, teeth cleaning wasn’t started. Only to find out that they scheduled me for 2 appointments without explaining it. So 9 am X-ray and review with DR Then I was told when I questioned what was going on, that my cleaning appointment was at 10:10 I walked out I will never be returning Horrible communication No dentist appointment should take 1 1/2 hours +

The staff has been welcoming and easy to work with, their DMD's have been extremely informative and transparent when it comes to allowing me to make the best decisions with my oral health. Fantastic experience: Just had my top teeth removed two weeks ago . The staff is great at trying to make sure you are comfortable and feel no pain . I have had multiple adjustments to make sure that my dentures fit comfortably. I Would recommend great expressions dental of del prado to anyone.

The experience was great from the moment I walked in the door. The front office staff was professional, but more importantly also friendly and made me feel welcomed. Dr. Brodericks dental assistant was friendly, caring and attentive to my needs. Dr. Broderick was amazing. I couldn't ask for a better oral surgeon. He made sure I was comfortably numb, addressed my concerns, prepared me with what I would need for after care and made the entire experience a great one! Do not hesitate to see him for your dental needs!

Positive experience: Ive been going to this office for several years. They were always extremely prompt with their appointments. The last 2 visits, not so much. The staff is very friendly. Tge dentist did excelkent work.

Negative experience: I was told at front desk my insurance wouldn't pay for implant on bottom After my exam the quote said insurance would pay. I asked about making a a appointment for final dentures. Made apt 3 times And if insurance would pay. She said she'll call me and let me know I haven't heard anything. Went in 3 times thinking I was going to get my dentures made. No said I had to do implants. They refused to do my dentures wasted my time again. I would not recommend this business for teeth not professional. Rip off. They changed me and my insurance company. The consult was to be free. No they changed me.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at this office is super nice. Though this isn’t the office I usually go to, I have been a number of times. Dr Broderick was great with the surgery I had. Dr Morales, the orthodontist, is also super sweet. I just finished my Invisalign treatment with her. I highly recommend Great Expressions for all your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: We switched from Orthodontics Exclusively after 6 months. Great Expressions has excelllent customer service. They make sure to treat each patient with great care. My daughter was much happier having her braces done at the Cape Coral office, than the previous office.

Office is clean and pleasant, staff is friendly and competent. Basically, as good as you can get for a dentist - or oral surgeon adventure!

Negative experience: Very poor experience. If you have a bad tooth and pay over $200 to get it pulled, do not expect any medication for the pain!!!

Fantastic experience: I worried I was going to have to wait a while to be seen like some providers do, but I was actually taken back early and did not have to wait to begin my treatment. I was impressed :)

Negative experience: They double dip. Charge you for services your insurance covers in full then argue with you about it. Then when you go to file a claim they have already filed it and got paid Twice!!! Do not trust them!! They take advantage of you!! They make you sign and pay for stuff while under sedative medications which I don't think should be legal.

Negative experience: Lost me as a patient. First the hygienist blamed me for being late after I was 13 minutes early but you were closed with lights off in reception. The final blow was when the person who collects argued with me saying the lights were on. She had no respect and a nasty attitude. You can thank her for losing me as a patient.

Positive experience: I was an Invisalign patient. They gave me my last round of aligners and never called me back for the final appointment which is when they remove the anchors that they put on my teeth. I called the Del Prado office daily for a week and always got voicemail. UPDATE: They did get me in and provided great service today.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad that I decided to come to Great Expressions for my dental needs. After moving to Florida was going to Aspen because it was easy and convenient, but an insurance change sent me to GE and I have never been happier. Everyone is smiling and friendly, they are very upfront with their fees, offered me a great discount plan (yes, GREAT). After going to the same dentist for over 20 years before moving here, I wasn't thrilled to be looking for a new place. Now i hope I don't have to look again!

Fantastic experience: Always very professional and friendly. I return for recalls every 4 months. If I have a problem I can usually get in the same day. I met a new dentist today and assistant both were very pleasant.

He is an over the top periodontist utilizing the latest tools and techniques to achieve success for your procedures. He has assembled a great staff that will take care of you from start to finish.

Positive experience: UPDATE: I did go back and things were much better for my 6 month checkup. I think it is just the initial visit they need to make easier. Not happy with the way they do business. My husband walked out and didn't even stay for his appointment. I don't know that I will be back.
