Fantastic experience: I felt valued as a person. The front office staff answered all my questions and thoroughly covered what my insurance would pay, and my co-pays. They work as a team, and were cheerful. Kristen, who took X-Rays, and the dentist Dr. Brittany Krog took time to explain everything. No pain during or after. Very happy with everything and everyone.

Negative experience: I would like to say it was a good experience, but the cleaning of my teeth was uncomfortable. When the hygienist was removing the tarter from my teeth, felt like I wasn't going to have a tooth left. It took quite an amount of time to do it, I even asked the hygienist how much longer it was going to take to complete. Next appointment, I would like a different hygienist. Thank You

Fantastic experience: Amazing client service and very thorough and knowledgeable staff. They have been my family's dental office of choice for over 25 years. They have always been easy to work with, schedule appointments, and receive referrals for outside work if needed. They are great with young children and provide a safe and inviting space to make kids feel comfortable during their cleanings. Kadrie has been great working with my 4 year old and letting him warm up to the idea before getting the cleaning started and Alexis is very thorough and explains step by step and the reason why she is doing each step throughout the cleaning process. Couldn't find a friendlier crew of people to trust your family's dental health with.

Fantastic experience: Just finished a cleaning at the same time all 3 of my children did! We were in and out of there in under an hour, all they hygienists communicated each child's visit with me as I was getting my cleaning, they all were comfortable on their own during their cleanings, and not one complaint from anyone on the way home! Positive experience: Staff was kind and my teens got their teeth cleaned quickly. I can't give 5 stars because it was uncomfortable how the dentists would loudly discuss what happened during patients' appointments in the waiting room in front of everyone waiting. It would be nice if they did that in another room. Also, on the phone beforehand, the receptionist said she added my oldest's preferred gender (listed on her ID) to her file, but the dentist repeatedly misgendered her. Not even trying to get it right, though she dresses in a pink skirt and has a women's haircut. It just didn't feel like a welcoming place to her. The receptionists were helpful and sweet, though very busy. Constantly juggling calls and people at the counter. I noticed they have regulars that were greeted and that felt nice. We'll try again since maybe it was just a hectic day so people weren't on top of their game. I'll update if it's better in the future.

After visiting Dr Saunders and his team for over 20 years, we’ve been taken care of by wonderful, caring staff. Alexis is so positive, thorough and superb at her job! A few years ago, I had a chipped tooth and my old dentist couldn't help Due to medical issues... friends of mine told me to go see them. I got in right away. They took one look and said I needed a root canal. Got me an appointment that day so I could get it done! I have been going to Dr. Saunders and Krog ever since! Everyone is so nice and they take amazing care of you and your teeth!

Fantastic experience: I have an oral appliance (snoreguard) that was fitted at their office four years ago or so. I’m from out of town so I stopped in without an appointment after meeting my sleep doctor. I had some questions about modifying the oral appliance or if I needed a new fabricated. They took the time to accommodate me and my questions without an appointment. I surely appreciated their thorough answers and friendly visit.

They talked with our kids about the things they were doing every step of the way as well as answered ALL the questions they had. My kids loved it and are looking forward to going back!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new dentist because my previous one was out of network. First thing that stood out was how friendly the staff member was when I called to get information. She was very helpful and just from that interaction I was happy to make the switch. When I arrived everyone had smiles and you could tell they enjoyed working there. The other thing that stood out was how Dr. Saunders proposed trying a less expensive route to repair a tooth instead of getting a crown. Fantastic experience and highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Such a friendly staff! I’ve always been terrified of the dentist and hadn’t gone for 4 years when I had my first cleaning with them this past September. Everyone was very accommodating and understanding of my anxiety and made the process so easy. I’m back to going every 6 months as I just had my 6 month check up yesterday and the experience was even better than the first. My fears have declined so much because of this dental office, really enjoy going here!

Fantastic experience: I love the entire staff at Dr. Saunders office. The ladies at the front desk are so kind, knowledgeable and friendly . I truly hate going to the Dentist still at age 54- stems back to child hood- and here I am made to feel calm and cared about. The Dental assistant was compassionate and so patient with me, explained everything, let me see my X-rays when I asked to see them and took her time to make me feel comfortable and Dr. Saunders does amazing with the numbing shots in my mouth- Which I fear the most- He was not pushy and gave me options for my care. A big thank you to the entire staff for the wonderful care I received for my abscessed tooth.
