Negative experience: ⚠️ DO NOT GO HERE Other dentists saw the implant they did and were shocked at the shotty work. I’ve seen 3 other dentists that all scratched their heads and asked “who did this to your mouth?” You couldn’t pay me to ever trust this place with my dental work ever again. Implant is totally out of alignment other dentists won’t even touch it.

Positive experience: *edited* After posting my review with my experience, the next day (today) someone reached out to me via text asking if I required an adjustment. They set me up with an appointment the following week. I appreciate that they pay attention to reviews and follow up on them. I've changed my review to 4/5 stars simply because of that, and after my visit, depending on what happens, I am hoping I can change it to 5 stars. ---- Everyone was polite and nice enough. You can tell the dentist was in a rush to do the job which, in my case, wasn't an issue. I felt rushed but I was aware of what I was doing so I can't complain about that. A second dentist, I assume, misled me about the final fitting of my dentures by telling me the final product would fit better after I complained about how they felt. I trusted her and I regret it. Once I got the final thing, they still didn't fit but they were also painful. I thought I could give it time and the pain would go away but it never happened. I eventually stopped wearing them due to pain. They give you a 100 day guarantee but they never answered my phone calls. I don't think they were intentionally ignoring me but I tried calling three times and I never spoke to anyone. Today is the 100th day so I am now out of my "guarantee" period. So, most of the employees were all very polite but that's about where the positives end. The dentures were ill fitting and painful to the point that I can't wear them. At this point I see it as a waste of money which means I threw away thousands of dollars for nothing. I'll now have to go elsewhere and spend more money.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a consultation because I had a broken tooth, all the way down to the root. After a set of X-Rays and the doctors explanation, I went ahead and I decided to have an implant. The doctor extracted my tooth in about 3 minutes. I couldn’t believe it. Truly no pain or discomfort. Naturally I needed Novacaine which was also very quick and easy. I have to wait several months for the bone graft to heal and then the implant etc. But I highly recommend this doctors office whole heartedly.

Negative experience: Worst doctors ever wouldn't even fit me for my lower dentures they made up sum dumb excuse all I want is to complete my teeth but no they wouldn't help me I like to see different dentist when I fo back on the 27th of this month

Negative experience: Doctor was hard on my mouth, rubber gloves and dry lips don’t work together. Also did not prescribe me any pain meds after he had to cut my nerves away from my tooth and put nerves back in my gum. After the initial numbness wore off Friday by around 4pm, I was in so much pain I could barely stand up. Sorry but over the counter Tylenol won’t cut that kind of pain. I will never go back here. Nurse could barely speak English and the doctor wasn’t that much better. What country do these doctors get there licenses from? Was at this location when I was a different name and had way better service and I was given pain meds for the same treatment. Shame on you and your staff for thinking pulling teeth is so routine and painless.

Fantastic experience: Had a bad tooth pulled. Everyone was nice and Dr. Ammra took the tooth out in only a few seconds with no pain. Whole appointment check in, x-ray and procedure was all done in and out in a half hour.

Positive experience: I still have healing to do, but as of so far with adjustments, last minute appointments, sweet staff & calming atmosphere they have been great. At the end of this healing process & final product in a few months they will get probably get 5 out of 5 score from me.

Negative experience: my lower denture was made wrong, but they no time for me other than It will you will get use to it. it broke first time it fell with 15 minutes of wear time. cheap and fast

Fantastic experience: Affordable Dental Care was very accommodating with appointments. They are also very efficient with proposals for the estimated costs. The cost at Affordable Dental implants are cost efficient too pertaining to an implant. It is a very comfortable atmosphere from the front desk to the dentist area. I had an extraction and a bone graff to prepare for an implant. My tooth was removed after Novocain with in a minute! Very fast!!! I am prepping for an implant now.

Positive experience: So far my visits haven't really been addressed. The dental office is just been making me comfortable. Not for any long periods of time. But we will wait to see what the next 6-8 weeks bring me. Either still discomfort & pain or some relief & comfort to at least be able to eat food without choking on it. Fantastic experience: I had my tooth pulled today and was pretty nervous but the dental assistance Tish helped amazingly through the whole process the dentist Ammra did a great job ensuring I had no pain and the extraction was quick. Everything was done in a professional manner yet the atmosphere was fun and not scary as sometimes going to the dentist can be. From the front desk back to the dentist chair I had a great experience. Negative experience: FINALLY GOT WHAT YOU DESERVED!! SUED FOR UNETHICAL PRACTICES! KARMA! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!! FIND A NEW DENTIST IN THE AREA! DO NOT GO HERE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! FIND A NEW DENTIST! DO NOT GO HERE! UNPROFESSIONAL! THE HYGIENIST CAN TALK HER WAY OUT WITH YOU, BUT SHE WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE OFFICE MANAGER OPENING HER SCHEDULE UP ON WEDNESDAY! SO KEEP SAYING WHAT YOU WANT TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE I WAS IN THE WRONG, BUT I WAS NOT, THE OFFICE WAS IN THE WRONG. I believe they could handle situations differently. Very unprofessional people doing the cleanings. Complaining about being behind constantly. Hit a sensitive spot. I asked if my teeth had to be cleaned like that and her response was no, but you said you were done. I will walk you out. Complaining about working Wednesdays as well. People talk to her and after they walk away she replies with leave me alone, I am behind. Getting a refund and taking my business elsewhere. I prepaid everything in advance. When I told the lady what happen, she did not even care. All they care about is the money and NOT their patients!

Fantastic experience: They did a great job of taking out my upper right wisdom tooth. Aside from insurance paying for most of it, I only paid approximately $63 for everything. After it was taken out, they made sure I had enough gauze and a care sheet. Calm, friendly staff.

Negative experience: I would not even give this place 1 star! My daughter had a tooth pulled and had impressions done before having the tooth pulled. When we went back 2 weeks later the partial tooth was not the right size and today she is having some white stuff come out of her gums and the doctor is refusing to see her! I will never go to this place again! He does not care about his patients. Not to mention all of the miscommunication between him and the people who work in this office!! Horrible service!

Negative experience: The work Im having done isnt complete yet but so far they have been doing a good job. My complaint has to do with tbe financial part. They require payment before work is done. They were paid for the extractions and temporary denture as required before the work was done. Then when I had them help me with my insurance claim, for some unknown reason they received the claim payment which was to come to me. They have tbe money in my account but wont release it to me. They now are a network provider with my insurance, so my insurance will pay 80% of any dental work I may srill need. Which in no way will add up to the claim reimbursement that they received in error.

Negative experience: Should be no stars. Horrible place. I had some fillings done. By the time I was done the back of my shirt was soaked from the water. My partial did not fit properly when done as it did before he started. He ground down one to make partial fit. Which it didnt he just pushed hard and felt like a tooth cracked. Also less then 2 weeks later I had to go into a different dentist to fix one that was filled. The fillings he did that day are rough and ridges on them. I also found out they no longer have a hygienist. I have a panic attack when I have to go. This has only made matters worse. I also told them I have been on chemo. He was very rough. Beware anyone that is considering going here. DONT It used to be a great place. Before the name changed.

Dr Ammra is by far the best dentist i have ever had in all my years of seeing a dentist. He had to numb the area of the break. I never felt a thing from the needle nor the grinding on my teeth. He is very caring about his patients and that is huge in my book.

Fantastic experience: They are quick to help in an emergency. Everyone is super friendly and respectful. I don't have dental insurance. Trust me when I say they are the most affordable dental care in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Caylee was the assistant and Dr Ammra was the dentist. Positive experience: Not really for me. I visited awhile ago and didn't like how the office was set up at all. The rooms felt more like a big gym with curtains. I felt uncomfortable. So I didn't like the ambience and, this sounds weird, but they all looked the same? I don't mean this in a mean way, but it felt like a bunch of college girls from the same sorority with some male doctors here and there. Other people might not feel the same way I did lol, but the vibe just wasn't for me. It didn't feel like "my people." I did like the privacy to discuss financing with the little private desks, but it was also intimidating. I never went back because they said my insurance wouldn't completely cover a cleaning and they wanted $2k upfront. I found better elsewhere.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would have. This business called me on a Friday to cancel my appointment for the following Monday, because the only dental hygienist was on vacation. I called back on the following Monday and left a voicemail to reschedule. No one from this business has called back. This has occurred before in 2023, and I ended up rescheduling my original appointment roughly six times before I was finally able to visit. I am disgusted by the lack of professionalism this business continues to demonstrate. I would seriously encourage individuals to look elsewhere for their dental services, because you are just going to play phone-tag with this business to schedule an appointment, just for it to get cancelled last minute.

Positive experience: Good service but corporate takes to much money from dentist, so they keep quitting and open their own office. They were down to one dentist in June and sending clients elsewhere.

Negative experience: What a joke. Save your time and go somewhere else. I used 8 hours of PTO to take time off work to come to my appointment and had a 3 hour round trip drive only for them to say they don't have a hygienist available to complete the dental cleaning I was scheduled for and can't do anything for me but reschedule *again.* this was already the third rescheduled appt from when I started trying to get an appointment in November 2023 due to lack of staff. I recieved no call or email from them notifying me of any change. I did receive an email a few days prior to the appointment asking me to confirm that I would be there, which I did. They knew I was for surely coming and still did nothing about it. Won't be wasting my time there again.

Negative experience: They left me a text message and hour after confirming the day before my appointment. Saying they had to reschedule. And me with tooth pain could only get an new appointment made 3 months out. Horrible customer service after I finally got someone on the phone they were rude and lied about calling me and leaving a voice mail witch never showed up in my call logs.

Negative experience: I want to say this first I don’t enjoy dental work, but today was horrible . I had a scheduled tooth cleaning today I have not had my teeth cleaned in about two years. They had to do a deep clean understandable, she went to Novacaine or numb up my gums. On the third shot I literally said oh my gosh it was so painful. Then she said, I have to do shots on the top part of your mouth and I said how many shots she said eight more shots. That’s when I said nope I’m not doing this here. I’ve had dental surgery. I had braces for four years. I’ve had my teeth clean before. I am a 44-year-old aged man I have never had that kind of pain in my life. I have no clue what went wrong, but that was ridiculous and I hate leaving bad reviews. I would not have left this bad review if they would’ve followed up with me

Negative experience: I came in for gum issues and had x-rays taken. They told me my gums were slightly swollen but everything was fine. I didn't feel content with their diagnosis so I had them send the pictures they took to aspen dental, and within 10 minutes of them looking at my x-rays they confirmed I was in the beginning stages of gum disease. Its not good that your DRs missed this.

Negative experience: I had an appointment for a cleaning in August, but the FT person quit. They ended up rescheduling me because I didn't answer my phone for Thanksgiving day (Nov 23rd) when they aren't even open. Now are telling me their next available appointment isn't until February. That's poor customer service for their own mistake of rescheduling me on a Holiday to begin with. I will be looking for a new dentist after many years because of this.

Fantastic experience: It's me. Hi. I'm the problem it's me. I have horrible Dentist anxiety. I do not want to go, can't make me. I was given the recommendation for Dr. Medora Roehl from a friend. And let me tell you. I only cried for less than 3 minutes. She and the whole staff were extremely kind, friendly, and talked me through everything they were doing. I walked out feeling so appreciated and taken care of that I am excited to be fixing my teeth! ❤️ thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had a cavity that needed to be attended too quickly, because I did not wanna lose my tooth. To my surprise they were able to get me in the next day. As required they had to do the x-rays and the examination. Not only did they fix the cavity but they found another one I did not know about. They did a great job and I'm very satisfied! They also saved me a considerable amount of money

Are you now open again or did you never close I'm so confused LOL paid $1,800 upfront and never received the partial that I paid cash for, they were going to get back to me when it was done and then soon after that appointment it was all over the news and everything that you guys head closed your doors abruptly without notice or warning to patients is what it said on the news that everybody was Sol..... But now it seems that you guys are maybe back in business maybe and so could I be so lucky as to get the product that they were supposed to be making for me??? That would really be nice

Fantastic experience: I am not fond of the Dentist due to bad experiences in the past. They were friendly and helpful, explained everything, so I understood. I felt calm and confident in their abilities and would recommend them with no problem at all !

Negative experience: Called in to make an appointment on 4/6 or 4/7. Got the appointment with one of the doctors for 4/10 at 11 am. When I went there front desk lady said my name is not in the system and there are no doctors available. I couldn't write down the person's name that helped me to make an appointment. That person also said they will send a text with info but never did. Wasted my time and money going there. Make sure you get the person's name when you call to make an appointment. Someone there is behaving irresponsibly.

Fantastic experience: I've had many dental visits that left me ill at ease and not confident in what was being communicated and overall findings. Treatment plans and patient education are super important. The dentist I saw went above and beyond in ensuring I understood what she saw in my x-rays and the overall path we needed to take to address my dental needs. The checkout experience provided true financial transparency and helpful guidance on addressing out of pocket costs. Super glad I found this provider. I'll be a long term patient for sure.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kumar serves her patients in a way that a patient wants to be treated, with empathy, dignity and respect. She has very high communication skills because of this .Wow such leadership! She made me feel comfortable right away with her infectious smile and handshake and gained my trust because of this which isn't easy to do. I had not been to the dentist in 10 years because of previous bad experiences. I needed extensive dental work and she fixed all my dental problems completely one appointment at a time over the past 6 months. Very professional and friendly staff also. Fantastic experience: Usually I am terrified of dentist visits. They made both the initial visit and the extractions a very easy, calming experience. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly, ready to answer any question, and knowledgeable. The dentist and assistant were so nice, answered everything, stopped if I needed to, and respected anything I asked/needed. I really enjoyed that they took time before and after to make sure my questions were answered, and during the went through everything they were doing.We were even able to joke around and there were times I was almost ready to sleep, I was so relaxed! They make billing easy to understand, explain all the costs and give you options for payments. I recommend anyone to come here! I know I will be returning for all of my dental care.

Negative experience: It was my first visit due to change in insurance and it was an not a good experience.. My appointment was at 10am. I got there 5 minutes early. They informed me they misplaced the paperwork I completed online or it didn’t save correctly so I needed to redo it, which was ok. It took me about 5 minutes to finish. I waited for a half hour before anyone called me back. I took an X-ray and they took my blood pressure. She stated they would be with me shortly to meet with the dentist. I sat there for 45 minutes. 45 MINUTES. I got up and let the woman at the desk know that my appointment was at 10am and no one, literally no one had helped me. It was around 11:15 now. She said “do you want me to see what’s going on?”, I said no and left.. Update* after the reply no one has reached out to me other than the review regarding this. Better yet!
