I never felt pressured to sign something or buy anything I could not afford. In my son’s case they actually advised me to purchase a less expensive option for braces since it was better suited for his treatment plan. I highly recommend this office if your looking for an orthodontist.

Fantastic experience: So far. I've had nothing but a wonderful experience with this location. The ortho is extremely kind. The staff welcoming and friendly. They work quickly and and understanding that your teeth are sore. I popped a bracket literally the day after and adjustment and had to come in and get it corrected. He tried extremely hard to be gentle while correcting the bracket because he understood my teeth were sore. Great place. I would 100% recommend them.

They truly care about each patient and make sure you understand everything. You never feel rushed out, but the appointments are efficient and I don’t remember a time when they ever ran late. Highly recommend them for any orthodontic needs.

I have a little dental/orthodontic phobia and they fully explained what was happening and what they were doing. I had much less anxiety than I usually do and I highly recommend the team at NCOSO in Garner! I’m so excited to finally give my teeth the attention they need and deserve!
