Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience here! I can’t remember the assistant’s name, but she was incredibly sweet and made me feel comfortable right away. My hygienist, Karla, was also so kind and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I really appreciated. Dr. Ghanizadeh was amazing- very kind, welcoming, and made the whole visit such a positive experience. Being a military family, we move often, and it can be stressful trying to find new doctors and dentists every time. I’m so happy that my first choice after moving here ended up being such a great one. I would absolutely recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: Used to be afraid of going to the dentist and would put it off for years at a time until I found Modern Touch. The whole entire staff are very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and supportive of your dental goals. From front desk, to the hygienists, to the wonderful doctors and back to checking out. Fantastic experience: An Exceptional Dental Experience – Highly Recommended! I had an outstanding experience at Modern Touch Dentistry, and I cannot recommend Dr. Iman Marashi and his team highly enough. I came in with two separate dental problems. On the left side, I had a broken tooth with only the remaining portion left. Dr. Marashi carefully extracted the remaining tooth and placed a dental implant with a bone graft—all during the same visit. On the right side, I had been experiencing chronic pain in a tooth that had already undergone root canal treatment twice by two different specialists. Dr. Marashi took the time to investigate the problem thoroughly and discovered that there was actually a canal that had been missed during the previous root canal treatments. He was able to locate and treat that canal and successfully perform the root canal treatment. What amazed me most was that the extraction, bone graft, implant procedure, and root canal treatment were all completed in the same office and on the same day. I didn’t have to visit one office for the root canal, another for the implant, and another for the surgical procedure. Having everything handled under one roof made the entire experience incredibly convenient. Beyond the advanced treatment, the quality of care and service was outstanding. Dr. Marashi was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. As someone who has had previous dental procedures, I can honestly say that this was one of the most impressive dental experiences I’ve ever had. If you are looking for a dental office that combines advanced technology, excellent clinical care, convenience, professionalism, and genuinely outstanding patient service, I highly recommend Modern Touch Dentistry and especially Dr. Iman Marashi. Five stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Modern Touch for about 4 years now. I have to say this is my favorite dentistry spot in the San Antonio/Shertz area. Every year I come here they are quick and kind. I never feel like they are after my money and I always feel informed of everything they are doing. The appointment are always very fast around 30-45 minutes and I always leave with my mouth feeling clean.

Fantastic experience: Modern Touch has done dental work for myself and my two kids…. Amazing team!!!! I was worried cause my kids don’t do well with dentists and we usually find specialists that work kids a lot and go from there but we tried out Modern Touch and both of my children had no issues and by the time they left they were not scared of the dentist anymore. Amazing… for myself I required a deep cleaning and had a moderate cavity…. Team was fast efficient and professional all while ensuring that you are comfortable, not hurting and calm. Fantastic experience: Found this practice on ZocDoc because I had a gum abscess with infection from a failed root canal (by a different dentist) and needed urgent treatment. Was able to make an appointment the next day and so far have had a great experience! Dr. H was so kind and thorough in explaining my treatment. I decided to pull the tooth and focus on getting the rest of my teeth cleaned and fixed. Dr. Marashi was super professional and kind when pulling the tooth and doing my fillings, with no pain may I add! And the staff is always friendly and very informative! You can ask anyone about anything and you won’t be redirected to 11 different people for an answer. That is so refreshing. I got to work with Dr. G and Dr. Marashi. Both procedure went EXTREMELY well and smooth. Dr. G is so sweet & made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Fantastic experience: I recently had to get Dental implants because a bridge broke. I was extremely nervous about the whole process and terrified of experiencing pain. To my surprise I was able to get sedation for the procedures and experienced absolutely zero discomfort during the whole process. The entire staff is amazing as well. Miss Alison at the front desk knows everyone's name and she's great at explaining financing options. All the Dental Assistants are great as well and make me feel comfortable and at ease. Negative experience: This dental clinic wasted my time. First, the dentist, Hoda G., referred me to UT Health dentistry for some BS reason about teeth alignment. I discovered that UT Health doesn't take my insurance, needless to say I didn't go there. Mind you, I went to this clinic initially for routine cleaning. I was also told I needed medical clearance from my physician for a cleaning. I agree with this. However, when I presented Modern Touch with my medical clearance and once again explained I only wanted routine cleaning and there was no need for me to go to UT Health this clinic gave me another lame excuse for not being able to perform routine cleaning. I conclude that this clinic's main focus is to perform expensive dental work and they must have some kind of partnership with UT Health. This partnership must in some way be mutually beneficial financially for them. I should have followed my instincts upon my first encounter with Hoda G.

Fantastic experience: My Dental Journey: A Smile Reborn It all began on December 26, 2024, at 7:30 a.m., when I took a chance and entrusted Dr. Marashi to start this journey & remove all of my teeth. Although the procedure lasted a few hours, I walked out that very same day with temporary teeth in place—an immediate transformation that marked the start of an unforgettable journey. The first few days were tough: mild swelling, bruising, and general discomfort was my new norm. I stuck to liquids initially, followed by soft foods throughout my recovery. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t frustrated at times—especially when cravings kicked in and I couldn’t eat what I wanted. One day, I gave in…and my temporary implant popped out. I called the office on a Saturday, and they had me come in that Monday morning at 6:30 a.m. Without hesitation, I was fitted with a new set of temporary teeth. That moment taught me a valuable lesson: respect the process. From then on, I followed all instruction provided. In the first few months, I had appointments every two weeks, then shifted to every 4–6 weeks. Because I stayed committed and listened to my care team, there were no further setbacks. I remained on soft foods for six months, and throughout it all, they fitted me with four different sets of temporary teeth—each one bringing me closer to the final result. Today, July 15, 2025, I received my permanent teeth. My husband and I are in awe. The results is so amazing, and I can confidently say the price, the time, and the emotional journey were worth every bit of it. From initial consultation and pre-treatment to same-day temporary implants and months of healing, the entire experience was seamless. Fantastic experience: Modern Touch Dentistry did a good job on my teeth. I came in with a chipped moler from a previous filling from another dentist they cleaned up the moler and the cavity that had started and put a crown on. Also while working on another cavity I had. Dr. Marashi didn't like how the cavity looked next to a previous cavity and being concerned how the new cavity could have gotten under the old one cleared out the old filling just to be sure it hadn't spread and refilled the cavity. Great work and attention to detail. Would recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Iman performed a difficult and complicated procedure to remove my extremely decayed molar. Throughout, one of his major concerns was my comfort. Highly professional and competent, he worked quickly and methodically, and the results are amazing. I would definitely recommend Dr Iman to my family and friends for all of their dental needs.
