Fantastic experience: I hated going to the dentist so much I broke a tooth 4 years ago and would rather bare the pain of a toothache than go see a dentist. I stumbled upon Amara dental and read their reviews of how easy they made the visits. And let me just say they were all right! I had a great experience with them. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Andrea continually checked in to make sure I was doing okay and that I felt comfortable and Dr. Amanpreet took time to explain what she was going to be doing and what I should expect. I truly appreciated the care and attention I received and would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I started taking my oldest daughter to Amara Dental last year, and from the very beginning I felt welcomed and most importantly, my daughter felt comfortable. Soon after that, I decided to take my younger daughter for her first ever dentist appointment, and they once again exceeded my expectations. Everyone made sure my daughter felt at ease. This made me become a patient myself - and I am so glad I did! Front desk ladies are professional and kind, and Dr. Kaur is knowledgeable without a doubt. Her assistant Diana is sweeter than sweet! If you’re looking for a dentist, this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Amara dental for about 3 years now and they're the first dentist that helped me resolve underlying problems with my teeth instead of just treating the symptoms. This has led to my bite issues being fixed with invisalign and in turn fixing jaw pain I had all my life. Overall a great dentist team.

Fantastic experience: Been going here since I was kid, and they’ve always been super respectful, kind, and get operations done fast and good. Diana, especially, is super accommodating and kind! Give that girl a raise!

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend this place, especially the dentist lady. This person did my wife's crown tooth, messed it up & lied to her in the past. I will be filling a complaint through the Dental Board of California regarding this matter. Please be careful! Good luck!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Kaur for a year now. She is an excellent dentist! Always friendly, professional, and very attentive to insure you are comfortable. Today I also had my 6 month cleaning with Prahbjot. She was so patient and considerate, it was a breeze. The front desk staff are great too - always friendly and helpful.

Dr. Amanpreet Kaur is kind, has a soft touch where you don't feel any discomfort and the rest of the staff are great as well! They always put me at ease and I never get anxious anymore having an appointment. Currently on invisalign thru their office and it's been an easy and exciting journey!

The space is clean, no long wait times, and everyone is really friendly. Andrea got my teeth looking sparkling white and was super sweet and made sure I was comfortable - she even gave me a blanket to use! if you’re looking for a dental practice, give them a try, I think you’ll like them. :)

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the service. On September 29th I went in for the first time and my experience was great. After being failed by a different dental location in Woodland, I was able to get my deep cleaning with no pain at all, no soreness the next day, they valued my time, and started the process to straighten my teeth and dental health.

Fantastic experience: Decided to go with Amara because they had good reviews. They did not disappoint! All my questions were answered and needs met. They even got me in for same day cleaning and next day to finish. We also started the Invisalign process as well all in one visit. Prices are very affordable. Positive experience: I am very disappointed about being pressured to have Invisalign treatment after clearly stating it is unaffordable for me. When staff members questioned my refusal, I gave in and agreed to the treatment at a cost of $4,900 which is not covered by my insurance plan. I signed a consent for treatment but did not pay a deposit or complete the application for financing. Once at home, realizing I'd made a mistake, I communicated to the office that I could not go forward with the financing. My understanding was that nothing would be ordered without a deposit and payment terms in place, but the product was ordered, unbeknownst to me. Now Amara expects me to pay over $1,000 in lab fees on a service I will not receive. We are currently in dispute about this. It was a very difficult and unpleasant experience. I will post an update on the outcome. Update 6/24/2025: I was not billed for the Invisalign service and feel very grateful. As long as you are clear about what services you want, I think this is a good dental office.

Fantastic experience: If going to the dentist makes you anxious, go to Amara. I have a mental illness that can make it hard to go out in public and the whole team supported me through this each time I've been in. The doctor also educated me that my medication may be leading to my dry mouth issues and I was able to change up medication to alleviate that symptom. Today I had a new filling put in which requires an injection of anesthesia (aka a shot with a huge needle) it was absolutely painless. The cosmetic dentistry on my front tooth came out perfect, like there was never a cavity. I am so grateful.
