Fantastic experience: Crawford & Wright orthodontics ARE the very best in town and the sorrounding Kenosha area! Very clean facility, friendly staff and family friendly! You are walking in there knowing you will be treated with respect and kindness !!!! Definitely, I do recommend to all families this office for all the above plus the excellent exceptional service they are offering!! Both of my kids love going there ! We love their honesty and professionalism ! It’s amazing how much love and support all staff showing to clients and families always with a bright smile! The experience was wonderful. The doctors are the most experienced in the industry, and the staff are pleasant and knowledgeable! Braces are almost off now. It has been great!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Crawford did my braces a million years ago and I'm definitely happy with the work. I saw Dr. Wright for the first time today for an issue with my retainer and she was amazing! I was in and out in under 15 minutes (minor issue). She was friendly, professional, explained what she was doing, and took the time to help someone else learn while addressing my concern. So happy with the result!!!

They put you at ease and explain every step of the process. Professionalism and leadership shows in the enthusiastic attitudes of everyone who works there. The most interactions I had with two assistants Morgan and Nik who are the friendliest most professional and caring individuals. My favorites. Fantastic experience: 2024/2025: They are very accommodating and worked around my hectic schedule to get him in. They even came in on an urgent call when one of his brackets broke during the Olympics! We will be back again for our daughter that is for sure!! Update 2026: My daughter now has braces with them as well as myself! We couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Crawford, Dr. Wright and the rest of the amazing staff. I highly recommend them for your children or even yourself as an adult!

Fantastic experience: It’s worth spending a little more instead of choosing a "Walmart" orthodontics. The difference in service is significant. At Crawford & Wright, if you ever have an issue, like my daughter did today. they don’t make you make an appointment — they simply say, “Come in” That level of accessibility and personal care makes the entire experience worth couple hundred more vs a chain or franchise orthodontics. I also like that John Crawford can't stay away from work. He did my braces and 20 plus friends/family. I've never heard a negative review from this practice.

I was very impressed, but not surprised, coming from such a wonderful family. Her Grandpa used to play his guitar during appts and her Grandma was always wearing a smile and so welcoming during appointments. Her Dad took care of my children and myself with braces and I’m sure my grandchildren will be future patients! Just an all-around beautiful family. I couldn’t be more pleased!

On a couple of occasions when I needed an SOS wire adjustment for my braces, they were able to fit me in right away. Fantastic experience: Love the work they do here. Dr. Wright and Dr. Crawford are both awesome and so is all of their staff at both locations. We drove from Oklahoma every two months to finish treatment for my daughter. My son had to finish his Ortho in Oklahoma and I’m very disappointed about how the debond went. We had to come back to Crawford to get new retainers because a permanent retainer from the other place came off in one week and a removable retainer broke. They actually care about your smile because of their long term after care service they provide. Twice we drove an hour and 1/2 from Rockford, IL to fix my son’s retainer issue. My three kids got all or part of their care here. When my husband and I finally get a chance to do our teeth, we will make the drive from Rockford.

His issue was resolved quickly and painlessly, and we left feeling so grateful for their help. I had a permanent retainer put in as a child and they have always taken care of me since I got my braces removed at 14. I am beyond pleased with the service offered here at this orthodontic office! My oldest has been in treatment for over 3 years now (because of her tooth eruption and surgery needs, not due to anything they've done to prolong treatment). Every appointment for her is stressful for her and emotional, but they treat her with kindness and are understanding of her needs. I'm sure we'll all be relieved when her braces finally come off!
