Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Nova Dental. DA Jaynnette and Dr. Tushar were both super friendly, professional and made my checkup very comfortable. They took the time to discuss a treatment plan for one of my concerns about my smile without ever making me feel pressured or trying to sell me on anything which I really appreciated. The office is super clean, the staff is welcoming and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend Nova Dental!

Dr. Antonoff has had to fix previous dental work that was not done correctly and I don’t have to wait months to be seen. The staff is amazing and always make you feel welcomed.

Fantastic experience: Can you enjoy a dental visit? I did! The staff and dentist Ken Antonoff, were all very personable and GREAT at what they do. It was nice having my cleaning done with a tool vs only water. My teeth feel great! Another plus, Dr. Antonoff took his time going over my X-rays. I don’t remember if anyone has done as good a job of explaining to me as he did. ERandy did my x-rays and polishing, she was so reassuring and careful. The whole office was GREAT, and exceed my expectations. SC

Negative experience: DO NOT TRUST THIS MONEY HUNGRY NEW DENTIST!! The practice used to be Excellent when Dr. Augustine was there. After he sold the practice to this new dentist, things went downhill FAST!!! I was a happy patient with Dr. Augustine and never had issues. Then last May, the practice was sold to the new dentist without notifying patients. When I went to my 6mo visit in Sept '22, I noticed all new staff and a new dentist there. The hygienist seemed rushed during my cleaning and I felt like I didn't even get a good "dentist cleaning". Then when the dentist came to look, I(6ft Marine) got the creeps from this dentist and thought to myself, "I WILL NOT be taking my kids there anymore." Then the dentist told me I should schedule appointments to remove my silver fillings to replace them, even tho ALL PREVIOUS DENTISTS have told me my silver fillings always looked good and no need to replace. So I could tell this new dentist is just looking to overcharge and do unessessary services to charge patients more. Some months later, I get a bill for my appointment should should have been covered by insurance. After calling them, and confirming information, they confirmed that they had the incorrect insurance number, which they transferred incorrectly as this was the second appointment of 2022, and I wasn't billed for my March appointment. So I figured they'd correct their mistake, but I continued getting billing statements and calls from the dentist about that bill, Iconfirmed with them TWO additional times that they still had the incorrect insurance information and gave the correct number/letter. For MONTHS later, I was still being harrassed by debt collectors and the dentist about this bill. Finally got it situated but since the insurance sent a check to my ex(policy holder from that time) I had to pay the statement balance only to find out that insurance paid the check for about $50 less than they were charging me.(Again, this 6mo cleaning was fully covered by insurance) After calling the dentist to get my refund for being overcharged, they tell me I still have a balance of $400+ from back in 2020. To which I know was a lie since the old practice wouldn't perform services unless $0 balance or on a payment plan. So ONCE AGAIN, this new dentist is trying to make up false charges. I will be seeking legal assistance against this dentist, so if any patients have experienced similar issues with this practice, please contact me. This might end up as a class action lawsuit if enough patients were affected.

Fantastic experience: Dr . Antonoff and his team are very friendly and professional! I am not very comfortable getting dental work done but he is straight forward , honest and will explain everything to you ! It’s hard to find a someone with his skill level and his genuine concern for his patients.

Fantastic experience: Seriously, I've hated going to the dentist since i learned it was a thing. I didn't even know you could like your dentist until i found Dr. Ken Antonoff. He very clearly cares about his patients AND his staff. He's friendly, funny, and he's still good company while you're going through it. I dunno what these other reviews are talking about, saying that he's rude or something. He's blunt (and honest, but not preachy), but it's from a sincere desire to help. Maybe that's just not for everyone, but genuinely, I'm really happy to have found him. I'll call him my dentist and tell the whole world about it. The whole staff is good at what they do, and set the relaxing vibe at the door. Thanks, Doc.

Negative experience: This new dentist is rude, talks down to you and disrespectful. We can all be rude but I rather be nice than rude! I asked him not to use one of the tools to clean my teeth and then when he started all he decided to use is that one tool. I kindly reminded him I prefer for that tool not to be used since it hurts me and he said: “well that’s what I use and if you don’t like it then go somewhere else”. Hello, I was in the middle of my cleaning! I let him finish, now my teeth and gums hurt, but never again buddy! You will never touch my teeth again! People if you like your teeth and want a Dentist that will actually listen to you and be kind, then don’t go to this dude! PLEASE read all other reviews because if you search it by the lowest reviews a lot of 1 star reviews are missing! Search it by newest reviews to really see it all!

Negative experience: Apparently it’s a new dentist at this location but the new dentist was very rude. He talks down to you with such attitude that the dental assistants apologized from his part. Also, he stated if I didn’t get a filling that we are just watching at the moment done soon I’d need a root canal but either way “it’s money in my pocket”. Overall not happy with how the dentist talk so rudely that I couldn’t even ask questions, but the dental hygienist was amazing!

Fantastic experience: I was at Modern Family Dentistry and had my teeth cleaned, X rays and consulted with the dentist !! The X rays went well, the cleaning was wonderful my teeth felt so good and my teeth looked fantastic!! It was one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had!! The doctor looked at the X-rays and everything appears good Just needed to come back in Six months!! Appointments like this make you glad you went to the Dentist!! Thank you Kathy

Negative experience: Had an insurance issue that needed clearing up due to a newer associate making a mistake. I called to get it cleared up and was told that it’s unfortunate that I’m not being patient and kind after I explained that it may have been due to the associates inexperience. This is all after I decided to cancel my appointments because the dentist himself was cursing and being extremely candid during the check up. Would recommend avoiding this rag tag place.

Negative experience: The new dentist here has no hed side manner. Came in and stared at me after saying his name. Tried pushing me into an implant. Wouldn't let me think about what I wanted to do. I need cavities filled in the front of my mouth and told me he would not do them without a cleaning first. There are ways around it being sensitive. When I said no they tried before it hurt he said he would not do them without cleaning the teeth first. I will never go back here. The husband and wife that sold the place we're great but this new guy no!

Negative experience: Frieghtenly absurd experience! Completely new Doctor and staff. Doctor says I need a few expensive procedures all of a suden. Went in for Just a cleaning, Dental hygientist can barely operate the tools, cleans a few teeth, flosses a quarter of my mouth and I leave 15 mins later. I would not recommend this place even for your dog!

I'm thankful we still have a family dentist and not a assembly line of dentist in a office with no personalization. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: It felt like a toothache and I assumed it was so I set up an appointment. After X-rays showed no cavities, the doctor did some exploration and pressed above my upper molars on both sides to see if I had pain. I did. He explained that I had an infection of my ethenoid sinuses causing pressure resulting in toothache pain. I was impressed! I have had bad sinuses for ever and have had similar experiences like this in the past but they didn't last as long. I have seen ENT's and this was never diagnosed. Surprisingly, my dentist Dr. Antonoff, was well versed on this, wrote me a script and three days later I am almost pain free. I'm quite sure I would not have gotten this diagnosis from most dentists.

Negative experience: I started off with an exam to see what was going on with my teeth since I was having pain. They x-rayed me and explained the problem areas for my teeth. I set up an appointment to get things fixed. I come back for the appointment and afterwards I'm told once they were working on my teeth that things were worse than they realized, so it was going to cost me more money. I wasn't thrilled about it, however I realize life happens and paid it. To me that was going to be the end of it until today when I got another bill from them asking for an additional $63. This is absolutely ridiculous. I want to write this as a warning to be careful when it comes to the pricing you're told. I'm thankful for the work, however I won't be returning.

For many years after thinking I had a wonderful dentist I was proven wrong after many unsuccessful attempts for the last year to correct a couple of issues. On my first visit to Dr. Aust he laid a plan out for me we agreed on it everything worked out beautiful thank you again.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for multiple years. Recently I had to visit Dr. Michael to check an older crown on a molar where the top had fractured. Fortunately due to the installation technique, it was able to be repaired without a lot of adventure or trauma or cost. It was refreshing that this technique was used and made for an easy fix at a very busy time of year! Merry Christmas and .Happy New Year all!!!

I'm a new patient, went to get a tooth pulled & I was in so much pain. I'm on blood thinners & didn't get my INR results prior to...she didn't want to pull without knowing my numbers. Instead of making me reschedule I told her I could go get my INR checked right now. I did & then they fit me in after I got the results so I could get my tooth taken care of that day. I can't think of another office that would've done that. I found my new dentist...she was amazing, empathetic, informative & just a really great human being...they all were!!!! Again, so happy I found my new dentist!!!!

I was super nervous because I was getting my whole mouth numbed but they took the time to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable.
