Fantastic experience: After some friends highly recommended Four Seasons Dental, I had my first appointment today and was absolutely blown away. The hygienist asked several questions about my medical and dental history (and examined the chart that was sent over), in a way that seemed she was generally interested in getting to know me. She took a few x-rays and then did the cleaning, all while letting me know what she was seeing and doing. I so appreciated that! She also reinforced my good current brushing habits, and made simple suggestions in a way that had me feel respected, acknowledged, and cared for. Dr Rowland continued this approach of being very thorough, curious about me, informative, and friendly. I learned more things that were never explained by any other dentist - about crowns, inlays, root canals, and how best to use a mandibular devise for sleep apnea. She also referred me to other experts who are exceptional in some area - like making crowns, rather than looking to do all the services there. At the end, a 3rd woman (with the help of a 4th woman at checkout) made sure I had understood everything so as to take the next steps (including insurance codes), giving me a written breakdown of the procedures done today, those to be done - by them or others, who to call and what to say or ask, etc. I left feeling more cared for, cared about, and confident about my dental health future than I ever have from any other dental office. Now I too am highly recommending Four Seasons Dental.

I travel for work lots and had a crown emergency ..they are always ever able to fit me in for very deep and much needed invasive cleanings to prevent further gum disease, crown dealings as well as a super thorough annual check up and long term phase by phase follow up treatment plan for my other trouble spots. Tamara and Melanie did great admn pre work and follow up, too. Today in particular, 3 thumbs up to Shawna for her super thorough dental hygienist work, her expertise and enthusiasm for healthy teeth and gums is absolutely evident, and her patients results say it all. Dr. Rowland and her staff are compassionate and listen to their customers fears and concerns. Dr. Rowland explains everything she does as she is working. This was my first appointment with the dentist, and I couldn’t be happier with how it went. The service was both professional and friendly, which immediately put me at ease. Fantastic experience: Having moved into a new area, I have struggled to find a dentist. There are plenty out there that want to do a myriad of things, at enormous expense. Even when I was feeling no pain. And had no complaints——-so I kept traveling four hours (one way) to see my dentist back home. How wonderful to find Four Seasons Dental in Hendersonville. At the front office is Dolly—-a delightful, competent, and friendly individual. My hygienist, Shawma, was great. Kept me informed throughout X-rays, cleaning, etc. An easy person to talk to, ask questions of, and trust. Then—-Dr. Rowland! A breath of fresh air. Competent, conservative, so personable, and someone who instills confidence. U have no doubt that this is the best dental practice in this entire area. I feel so lucky!!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were able to get in quickly and had wonderful new patient appointments today. I need to disclose that I am a very anxious dental patient; my husband is not. Melissa is delightful and helped us get appointments scheduled and guided us in getting paperwork filled out, etc. Shawna is an excellent hygienist who is very in tune with her patients, attentive, and put me at ease. Fantastic experience: First off I would like to say that the waiting room is like sitting in my living room. Very relaxed atmosphere where you don't feel like you're at the dentist. They even have books to read. My favorite is the clocks of Philadelphia. Dr. Rowland is amazing and you can tell she truly cares for her patients. I look forward to my appointments. Fantastic experience: The ladies at Four Seasons Dental are super nice, compassionate and caring. I’m glad to have finally found a dental group who cares! Update after one year: Dr. Rowland replaced two fillings and I felt zero discomfort or pain. I let her know I was nervous and she and her team did everything they could to ease my mind. I’m so happy to have met these wonderful caring people.

Fantastic experience: Everyone in this office is exceptional—the office staff who help with the insurance, the dental hygienist, and the dentist herself. My hygienist, Lauren, helps me understand how to institute my home-care in such a way that I’ll have a chance to keep my teeth. (Yes—I’m a senior citizen, but young people could benefit from a more healthy way of taking care of their teeth!) She was so patient to listen to my current regimen and help me adjust it to accommodate an additional brushing in a way that I’ll be likely to acquire the habit. Fantastic experience: As a patient in any health care setting, it has always been my preference to seek health care providers who are willing (and able) to go 'above and beyond'... That has been my experience at Four Seasons Dental (Hendersonville). The staff is exceptionally courteous and, in my experience, exceptionally capable. During a recent, routine dental prophylaxis, Shauna (hygienist) discovered, and resolved, a lingering dental PAIN issue that had developed following a root canal performed by an endodontist 1 year previously. Even the endodontist had missed the problem. Four Seasons Dental....impressive, professional care!

Negative experience: Rowland only cares about her money. She doesn't care about the patient. I'd leave a 0 if I could. Never going back.

The office is very homey so I felt very comfortable and relaxed right away. My hygienist was so kind and compassionate and made me feel more like a friend than a patient. Fantastic experience: First of all Lauren, the hygienist, is unbelievably fantastic. I am terrified of the dentist and she did everything in her power to make my experience as calming as possible. Fantastic experience: Dr. ROWLAND IS FANTASTIC. SHE LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE. DIRING MY VERY FIRST EXAM WITH HER, SHE IDENTIFIED SOME CALCIFIED NUBS THAT SHE THOUGHT COULD BE RELATED TO MY CAROTID ARTERIES. AFTER SENING A NOTE TO MY PRIMARY CARE, IT WAS CHECKED OUT. Sure enough, my one carotid turned out to be almost completely. Required surgery. If Dr. Rowland had not sent that note to my doctor, this would not have been discovered. I cannot tell you how many medical professionals were blown away by this story. Each one said that my dentist must be really good. She definitely is!!!

This being the 1st visit they sent 1 1/2 with me and explained everything that needed to be done and what it would cost me. On top of that I really like having a female dentist! Dr Rowland was great! Fantastic experience: Great office with great people! My hygienist was Lauren and she was quick and efficient, while also still cognizant of the fact that she's using sharp metal objects in your mouth. Funny and understanding to the max. Dr Rowland is great too, very informed and polite. I had a question about an aesthetic procedure for my teeth, and she was very receptive and looked into it for me. Overall, a very pleasant experience even if I don't like getting my teeth scraped.

Fantastic experience: I was seriously not looking forward to going to the dentist after years of skipping visits when someone recommended Four Seasons Dental and could tell they thought highly of the practice. From setting up an appointment with Compton who was super friendly and helpful on to Lauren and Shawna who are amazing at what they do and truly care about their patients all the way up to Dr. Rowland setting the pace for the practice. I could not recommend Four Season enough and remember, this is a dentist!! Thank you for taking such good care of me and I even look forward to future visits now! Y’all are amazing!

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased to have found Four Seasons Dental. I've had a lifetime of dental visits thanks to growing up on well water. I can honestly say that my recent visits for crown and fillings were the first virtually pain free experience I've ever had in a dental chair. Dr. Rowland is patient, kind and completely in tune with both procedure and patient. She and Beverly, her assistant, were a great team and put my comfort first. Lauren, my hygienist was spectacular! I have never had a hygienist understand that conversation simply isn't possible while the patient is having her teeth cleaned, but Lauren knows. Honestly the best experience with a cleaning anywhere. Midway through, I realized how totally refreshing an experience it was. Pun intended :). I highly recommend Dr. Rowland and her team.

Fantastic experience: This practice is the best! They are friendly, very knowledgeable and they clearly care about their patients. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! They always explain things to you and answer any and all questions. The first time Dr. Debi looked in my mouth and made some comments I knew she was the one for me. Update. Dr. Debi had to retire and Danielle Rowland now owns the practice. She is fabulous, warm, knowledgeable, professional. She will spend as much time as you need. Excellent practice.

Fantastic experience: The group at the Four Seasons office is at a Major League level. A smart and listening Dentist, Dr Rowland and a team that you can only describe as smart, thorough and compassionate. Lauren who is my hygienist is a life saver , Dolly and of course Compton fill out the team of pros I have dealt with. All in all, if you are in need of a new Dental experience, give Four Seasons a try in Hendo.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rowland and incredible staff exceed expectations of what a positive dental experience should be. I have been a patient for 4+yrs, but feel more like a friend who came to visit for an hour or so. Going to the dentist was never high on my "look forward to" appointments, but Four Seasons Dental changed that. Several oral concerns were discovered, discussed and resolved because of the quality of care and professionalism practiced here. #1 in my book!

Fantastic experience: I was a new patient to the office. The receptionist upon entering was very nice. I saw Lauren to have my teeth cleaned. She was super explanatory and very gentle. Dr. Rowland was friendly and went over all that was needed to be done in the future. At no time did I feel pressured to do work that was not needed. Being a retired dental assistant of 20 yrs I was happy to find a awesome dental team here in Hendo!!

Fantastic experience: After my dentist of over forty some years retired, I was nervous to begin the search for a new dentist. My mouth and teeth are "interesting" and the work that has been done is a bit overwhelming. So, I read, researched, and asked friends before selecting Four Seasons Dental. My dental records, profile and notes on issues were included prior to my first visit. August 30, 2021, was my first visit and was I ever impressed. Not only had Dr. Rowland and Lauren Cole, hygienist, read my information, they both took ample time to discuss not only past issues but what to expect with my visit including a recommendation for a necessary treatment. I did not feel pressured or forced to make a quick decision. The cleaning was one of the most thorough I have had in years and I am OCD regarding my teeth. Oh, the office is the center of ZEN with beautiful plants, soft music and Compton being the "director of first impressions". Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit. I needed a local dentist in addition to the one in my primary residence state. I was pleased with the incredible professionalism of my hygienist Shauna and also was impressed with Dr. Rowland’s careful exam. The new patient package was very fair. My teeth feel great and I can heartily recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Recently moved to the area from out of state. Online research produced many dental practices with good reviews in Hendersonville. I'm so glad I decided on Four Seasons! I haven't had a checkup in 3 years, but received no judgement from the team. Got a thorough exam, x-rays, and a cleaning. Loved the cleanliness of the office, the modern equipment, and the friendly staff. I don't have insurance, and they were very upfront about my out of pocket costs. I thought the fees were appropriate and my treatment plan was communicated clearly. My hygienist Shawna was a pro, and Dr. Rowland clearly knows her stuff! Highly recommended.
