Negative experience: Walked out Did not like their staff and lack of attention to details and patients need The office is very nice and modern but I just knew I chose wrong dentist

Fantastic experience: Referred by family member and was not disappointed with the service. Very clean office with nice staff. Called early morning and was given 2 cancellation apts (lucky for us) for that same day, very fast, efficient and kind service was given over the phone by receptionist Samantha. Followed by great service from Jean. She was very thorough with explaining the process from start to finish, very friendly and helped ease our nerves as she talked to us during the appointment. Jean made a lasting impression on us and we plan on continuing to visit Rodig Smile!

Fantastic experience: Sometimes dental issues can cause embarrassment and hesitation in dealing with the issues. I have never felt more comfortable and confident than with these great people. I can not recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Great staff and (even more importantly) honest with their assessments. I switched over to this dentist a few years ago after my previous dentist was mysteriously saying I had new cavities to fill just about every time I visited. Ever since I’ve been at Dr. Rodig’s I’ve received an honest review of my teeth and have not had any cavities filled since. They do great work!

Negative experience: I had an appointment yesterday and I was stuck in traffic and I called to let them know I would be late and the person told me that they would only wait 15 minutes and there was no way I’d make it in 15 minutes so they charged me $65 which is totally unfair. I’m a nurse and I couldn’t make it on time very disappointed

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rodig is hands down the best dentist I’ve been to as an adult, helpful, kind, funny, and knowledgeable, he does his best to show you the right options for you. I’m nervous about dentistry work and I felt as comfortable as I could in here. I had to get a filling and it was honestly almost completely painless getting the numbing injection and that’s never happened before. I would suggest this office to anyone!

Negative experience: Very disappointed.I waited for 45 minutes in the room and they tolf me it could take another 15 minutes for me to be seen, I told them I was told the procedure will take 45 minutes to an hour, then they told me I have to understand the Dr can take longer with another patient’s, I told her they have also to understand that I have things to do and it was very disrespectful not to tell me the Dr can’t see me sunce the beginning, I walked out passing by all the rooms and I didn’t see the Dr on any of those rooms so I am assuming he was no there.

Fantastic experience: Had the best dental cleaning today. Due to my gum recession it’s usually a bit uncomfortable to have cleanings. But not in their office. RDH gently placed a product onto receded areas and I felt zero pain and it wore off right after visit. I also got to meet their newest addition to the office. Dr. Sierra. He made me feel very comfortable and was very thorough in examination and reading X-ray. All in all I’d have to give their amazing office 5 Dr. Rodig’s office is top notch. I will continue recommended to recommend their office to all of my family members & friends.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was to refill an old porcelain filling and two other places on the front surface of my lower front teeth. Wow, things have changed since I was a kid in the 1960s! Totally comfortable, quick as a bunny, and I was in and done in an hour. Impressive and careful. 5 /5 stars! 11/1/22: Another great appt to refill a cavity. Quick, thorough, comfortable, polite. 5/5 stars! Consistently excellent. 11/9/22 Very comfortable cleaning. My hygienist placed a little pillow behind my neck and that really helped- I hadn't even thought to ask for it, so it must be routine and it impresses me that she was forward thinking about patient's comfort. This office has warm water for rinsing while she was cleaning, too, which helps so much in my temperature sensitive teeth. I also felt that my hygienist was detailed in my cleaning, addressing some issues that made it feel like it was more through than other cleanings I have had. 5/5 stars, would recommend ♡

Fantastic experience: Since I have joined the team (3 yrs) with Ross Rodig, DDS I tell everyone why would you go elsewhere? Dr. Rodig is personable and best attribute of all he doesn’t say-you need something if you don’t! Who does that anymore? Just another testimony-who says honesty isn’t the best policy. That attribute he practices alone will continue to provide a following to genuine success. Yet as providers, we all know who really makes us look even better-the staff. I am not one to commend someone for just doing their job (we all) should! But it gives me great pleasure in recognizing, one of your own dental hygienists-Veronica S. Though the hygienist I had prior, Christine was exceptional, as well. We have seen employees become increasingly passive just to do their job, especially this past year. But few from the time you meet them stand out. That includes, Dr. Rodig’s front staff. But, Veronica puts you at ease from her first words. Above and beyond she keeps you informed while impressively supporting the process of Dr. Rodig seeing patients with higher priority. She professionally and appropriately conveyed such while maintaining the flow of the clinic. She was personable, very meticulous and stayed focused to the end goal-yet always kept well-connected to the patient. She makes you feel you are more than just another patient. I mean going to the dentist is never easy, but with this team it is never a bad experience. That speaks volumes. Veronica, or the team did not know I was going to write and attempt to be sure Dr Rodig, as CEO was advised she is a worthy investment and I hope this is conveyed. If not in some monetary manner (anything surely helps right now) but certainly the recognition she deserves in going above just an average employee and takes pride in not just her job, but how she performs. That includes, Christine the three times I had prior. I am sure Dr. Rodig agrees how lucky he is to have them on his team; but more than likely with his morning huddles. Not many do that anymore! If so; organizations would continue forerunner success just from happy customers-well serviced. What a concept.”

Glad I found a good dentist for my family.. 2nd appointment different hygienist but still amazing don't think I've had a better experience anywhere.
