My wife’s dental hygienist Kylee and my dental hygienist Laura always do an excellent job cleaning and caring for our teeth. During this visit Laura took X-rays. Dr. Robinson is very thorough in his manner and with his exams and assessments and in discussing concerns with our oral health. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: A 5 star rating for a dentist. Yep. Dr. Chander is unique. She will be direct and honest- but will not lead you down the path that is self serving to her and the practice but actually for you, her patient. Example: I had a Thursday appointment for a crown the weekend before Mother’s Day. I am in the chair and she decides she wants a few more X-rays. She had the chance to start drilling and preparing but instead chose to move my appt to Monday in case there were issues and I was in pain (decay too close to the nerve). She told me she would have worried all weekend and rather do it when I could get in quickly for a root canal. She is top tier. She and her staff are wonderful and compassionate. Her spidey senses are on point (because she is a good thorough dentist) and I 5-star recommended her to everyone. Big shoutout to Kylie, Diane & Elizabeth- you guys are fantastic too!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency need and they worked me in! The staff that responded to my call, that answered my insurance questions, to checking me in were so professional and helpful. The dentist was relaxed and efficient. The dental hygienist was positive and encouraging. Wow, it was a great experience from beginning to end.

Negative experience: Appointment was at 11 AM. I’m stuck on traffic on 150 if anybody knows about 150 they know how bad it is. Drove down from Statesville 30 minutes at 11 AM I am 3 miles away and due the traffic says I’ll arrive at 11:12. Mooresville dental call me. I advised them of such and they immediately stated that they’re canceling and rescheduling my appointment. How many times I’ve sat in a waiting room for more than 15 minutes and you just have to deal with it. Unfortunately medical practices are a one-way street. This was literally just a consultation to meet the dentist. It would’ve taken no more than five minutes. Absolutely the perfect way to get new Patience. I own a medical practice and we understand that things happen and I would never make my patient reschedule because they were running late because I know that sometimes our patients have to wait in the waiting room for more than 15 minutes Do better Especially if you want new patients, which will not be me

Fantastic experience: My second cleaning etc. with Mooresville Dental. I have only positive things to say. Everyone is very respectful and helpful, starting from the front desk. My hygienist, Dallas, did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth. She is gentle and carful to make to ensure minimum discomfort, which I'm very grateful for. I saw Dr Robinson very briefly this time, but from previous visits I find him approachable and friendly, he answered my questions. Thank you! Six months later (September) another cleaning. Dallas was, as always, super gentle, and very conscientious. I’m almost looking forward to my next visit in March, 2026. Thanks again for great care. I had never been there and hadn't been to a dentist in a long time (financially reasons and poor habits ect), called about tooth pain and they got me in the same day. Staff was super caring and explained everything so I could understand. Made a plan for me to get back on track and have been goin back ever since. They tell you prices up front if you ask or are worried about that then work with you to get what you need done as you are able too. I needed two extractions and several fillings. Which we broke up in to several appointments to pace my recovery and allow me to gather the funds needed for each apt. Dr. Chandler is the best. Amazing people and will keep going back. ❤️

I take good care of my teeth, so I’ve only needed one crown with Dr. Robinson, and it fit perfectly! My dental hygienist, Michael, is also fantastic—he’s personable, thorough, and always makes the experience comfortable. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a thoughtful, professional dental team. The only thing that could make my experience better would be if they were open on Fridays.

Negative experience: I definitely would not recommend this dentist office! This is probably one of the worst ones I've been too. They want to do things that are unnecessary...trying to gouge for $ and when a dentist tells you that they don't really know what's going on with a particular tooth and that they've never seen anything like that before and can't explain what is going on....it's probably time to move on and then you go get a 2nd opinion and they knew right away what the problem was says ALot about the Dentist.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with Mooresville Dentistry. Had a consult with X-rays before my cleaning and was very thorough. Laura did my cleaning and she did a wonderful job. She was gentle and also thorough. Very easy to schedule an appointment, front desk was polite and accommodating.

Positive experience: Friendly staff but I was there for dental work and all I got was a consultation and was moved on to deferent doctor and my issue was not fixed. I ended up looking for another dentist. I appreciate their advice and concern but I was there for dental work and admittedly it had been ten years since I had gone to a dentist largely due to no dental insurance but I still should have received care and it cost me my once a year free teeth cleaning. I will probably find another dentist that will be able to be a dentist instead of receiving advice on seeing other doctors or other health concerns.

Negative experience: I’ve been with Dr. Robinson for 24 years. I’m seeking a new dentist office. They’ve become outrageously expensive, no self pay discounts, they give the cheapest toothpaste and brushes at cleanings and the hygienists have TWICE cracked fillings and this time want me to pay full price (that price changed and went UP within 2 minutes of questioning cost). My son had issues with billing the same charge kept popping up and it had been paid THREE times. I paid it, his dad paid it and he paid it, it was “past due” every time (The date was always the same) so he paid it for the 4th time and left the practice. The staff is always changing. It’s really gone downhill.

Negative experience: Mooresville Dental Group Leaks personal information of potential clients I submitted a request for an appointment through their website. Instead of confirming, the front desk admin emailed me back instructing me to “call for an appointment.” That alone would be fine — but the email was sent to every single person who filled out the form that day, with all of our personal email addresses visible to one another. This is not only unprofessional, it is a clear breach of data privacy and patient confidentiality. Dental offices are entrusted with sensitive information, and protecting client data should be a basic standard. When I called to raise the issue, the receptionist told me this was “standard practice.” As an IT professional, I find that response alarming. I urge this office to immediately correct their email practices and implement proper safeguards. Until then, I would strongly advise against sharing any personal information with them.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience for someone who is still not so comfortable in a dentist’s chair! Very comfortable with cleaning and got some good advice for an issue I was having - Glide for me now on that stubborn back tooth! My hygienist, Michael, was awesome!

Fantastic experience: I had a molar extraction today, and I cannot say enough good about Dr. Chander & Dianna. They made sure to ease my anxiety by explaining very clearly each step of the process. They even put a weighted blanket over me, brought me a stress ball to squeeze, and allowed me to listen to my book with my earbud during the procedure(all a HUGE help for anxiety! ). They both checked my comfort frequently throughout the whole process, and answered any questions I had. For someone who has had horrible experiences in the past, I could have cried happy tears and hugged them both, they were so kind! I'm so happy to have found this office. I'm no longer afraid to get my mouth back to healthy!

Fantastic experience: Awesome, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended and bonus points to Jen over phone insuring the necessary information over my grandmoms insurance policy.

Negative experience: The technician was brusque and did not explain what the procedure would be to take measurements for my night guard. I have a very active gag reflex, and just putting the measuring device in my mouth without any explanation caused me anxiety as I had to fight off gagging throughout the procedure.

Fantastic experience: Even though going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, it’s always a pleasure to go to Mooresville Dental. My dental hygienist (Chris) is the best, she has taken care of my teeth from day one and continues to do so!

Fantastic experience: Our family has been going to this dental group for about 35 years; first under Dr. Poore and now under Dr. Robinson. Everyone is always so nice and the office runs quite smoothly. They try and get you right in when there are teeth emergencies.

Fantastic experience: I am new to this practice, and when I had a pretty emergent situation, even as a new patient, they got me right in. I’ve been in twice now, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience there. They were so professional, yet kind and understanding. Today, my second visit, I was there to have a broken tooth extracted. I was so nervous! They covered me with a warm weighted blanket, gave me a neck pillow and a stress ball. Dr Chander did the procedure quickly and comfortably, and I was honestly surprised at how quickly it was over. The office itself is very nice as well. Very nicely decorated and positive. All in all, from the front desk employees, the wonderful hygienists to Dr Chander, I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. They have made me feel so much better about the work I will have there in the future. I recommend this practice 100%!

Fantastic experience: Today I got my teeth cleaned and examined by Kylie at Mooresvill dental group. as a 61 year old grown adult, you would think I would be an easy patient but without giving a lot of details let’s just say that being at the dentist does not bring out the best in me. I have had so many bad experiences and all my years that I found myself afraid to go to, get my teeth cleaned. So I went in there today, not knowing what to expect, but of course, expecting the worse. I was so incredibly blessed to Be taken care of by the capable and caring hands of Kylie! She is very kind and careful wanting to make me feel comfortable and doing a great job at taking care of my teeth. If you were in the neighborhood I highly recommend this dental practice and especially Kylie And Dr. Robinson. I will soon be able to have the privilege to meet Dr. Bacon, who will be knocking me out For work that needs to be done And I prefer to be sedated. This is a new service they’re offering and I Looking forward to not Feeling anything on my next visit lol

Melissa and Ronnie, Nancy -- I don't want to leave anyone out but they've all been so helpful. Dental services are exceptional. I have had a great deal of dental work over the years, and I am grateful to have found Dr. Robinson and team. Dr. Robinson and his assistant, Ronnie, have done an exceptional job to ensure my Treatment Plan is followed through with care and quality of work. They look at the overall and potential problem areas, coordinate and provide referrals if needed. Dr. Bacon has done two of my implants including bone graft and he is careful and attentive. I've worked closely with Kaitlyn and she is great too.

Negative experience: I had been a loyal patient at this dental practice since childhood under Dr. Poore’s care—for decades. After his retirement, I chose to stay, hoping the same level of service would continue. Unfortunately, my experience after his departure was disappointing. I dealt with repeated crown issues and overall ineffective care. Eventually, I made the decision to switch to a new dental office—l, and it was the best move I could’ve made. The new team immediately identified dental issues that were never mentioned at my previous office, and my smile has never looked or felt better. I’m truly grateful I made the change; zero regrets!

Dr. Robinson was excellent—he examined my teeth and adjusted my night guard to ensure it would work best for me. I felt well cared for from start to finish. Highly recommend!
