Fantastic experience: Dr. Kitagawa has very gentle hands and can do the most difficult job while keeping the patient comfortable. The office lady Maria is very helpful with finding the best insurance benefit.

Fantastic experience: As a long-term patient of Dr Francine Kitagawa, I can vouch for the office's professionalism and care through the past two decades. She has seen me through dental crowns, fillings, tooth chips and even an emergency visit to get a temporary crown. (The temporary crown was a work of art itself!) Dr Kitagawa and the staff are always mindful of my comfort, with continual check-ins if anything hurts. During my last visits this week, they even turned on the AC and supplied me with a soft blanket. The dental hygienist, Kat, is thorough yet gentle even when poking me with needles and drills. Dental visits are never fun, but the friendly and caring staff helps me get through it every single time. A shout-out to Maria at the front desk for her patience in scheduling and billing questions. Thank you to all of you!

Fantastic experience: I recently chipped my Zirconia crown on a hard mint that I never should’ve chewed on but accidents happen. The tooth was sharp and cut my tongue so I called Gateway Dental and Maria as always was great at what she does and Dr. Kitagawa took time from her busy day to have me come and she smoothed the surface of the crown like new again. The staff was very nice, very helpful in getting me comfortable, and they had no issue working with my anxiety about being in the dentist office. While doing the procedure, she was extremely gentle and talked with me throughout which was very soothing. I did that for the following reasons: She's fantastic! Over the years, she made me feel cared for. She's always made room for me on emergency situation. She meticulous, gentle, pleasant and professional. I trust her! She made referrals to specialist when needed. She provides many options to help me make proper decisions as dental work could be very expensive. She's incredibly thorough and take time to explain things. I went in yesterday and she provided me with front temp bridge that looks amazing! I could go on my scheduled vacations and keep a confident smile and not toothless. My dental situation is a little more work than expected, but I feel comfortable that with her guidance and dental expertise, I'm making the right decision.
