We moved here from the east coast as an Active Army family and began our dental care there and have been nothing but happy since. They have definitely improved our dental health over the years. They are kind, caring, professional and provide the highest quality care. I would highly recommend their services!!

Fantastic experience: Made it very easy to ask questions and were very friendly. They also helped me when I was looking at the receipt for my visit and what plan we had decided. Getting everything setup and financing was a breeze, they really help you out every step of the way. Don't get nervous if you haven't been to a dentist in a long time. Its better to just go in and start now!

Am so glad I did. He truly cares, is professional and genuine , and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Sheila at the front desk is great. Excellent customer service. Fantastic experience: Having waited too long to see a dentist, I finally went after getting insurance. I did need special services, but Mary Jo got me back on track and now need only a 6 month cleaning. My special needs adult son is also a patient and the entire staff has shown nothing but patience, care and humor with him. Wonderful staff!!

Fantastic experience: I really love how patient with my 4 year old. My son is very hands on and inquisitive and the staff are more than happy to include him in education and thoroughly explaining to him What they’re doing. The environment is also very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Having been a long time patient (over 25 years), I didn't think I could share anything noteworthy one way or another about Waterloo Heights. Recently, I have realized how awesome the whole staff is. The team works together to get things done when there's emergent needs. They have worked with me as my dental needs have changed and grown over the years. Having an upcoming "Big Day" they are there to be sure I have my best smile.

Fantastic experience: Any time I go there, and I've been there a lot (lots of soda as a teenager), it seems that no matter who does my work I find professional service with a friendly atmosphere. I never get the sense that anyone is rushing and that they work hard to make sure the quality of their services is of the highest. I'll keep them for all my dental needs as long as my insurance keeps them as a in-network dentist. Update 5/28/2026. The mentioned above still remains the same.

Fantastic experience: First appointment, I could not have been more pleased.Everyone was welcoming, kind. Very up front on how much it was going to cost after insurance.Never had that done before! The doctor was amazing , highly recommend to anyone!!! I have now been there a couple of times. You walk in the door they say hello , and use your first name..The staff is wonderful, I feel very lucky to have found a wonderful dentist!!! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Karen was very kind and understanding when I called to make an appt after ‘life’ caused a very long gap between appointments. We made a plan for making an appointment and noted if anything came up sooner I may be able to do that. The next morning, I was called with an appt the next day - 2 days from my original phone call. Upon arrival staff was kind and helpful. MaryJo the hygienist is always professional, gentle with cleaning while at the same time getting my teeth sparkling again. She always makes the visit a comfortable encounter with good conversation. I highly recommend Waterloo Heights Dental.

Fantastic experience: We had a really great experience at Waterloo Heights for my son’s appointment. He’s 6 (almost 7), and they were very kind and patient with him the entire time. He’s a little more on the quiet/observant side and doesn’t usually ask a lot of questions, but they made it really easy for him to respond and stay engaged, which I appreciated. They explained everything in a way he could actually understand, and it helped him feel comfortable. I also appreciated that they took the time to answer all of our questions about fluoride and sealants without rushing us. I felt informed and comfortable with everything they were doing. You can tell they’re good with kids and genuinely care about making it a positive experience. Definitely recommend, especially for a kid who might feel nervous.
